Cannot complain, Westerville location works for me. The gym is clean and well situated. The staff are always helpful and cordial. The weight lifting equipment I need and use for my regime are all here. Gym goers definitely do theirs and the availability for others like myself to get sets/reps in are appreciated. Definitely an atmosphere where gym etiquette (at least the times I go) is well observed! Definitely recommend!!

Great atmosphere, great equipment. A strong persons gym!! The radio isnt great so bring headphones. But the staff and members here are a very welcoming group of folks. A family if you stay long enough. The love in here is spectacular. My home away from home!!

This gym has all the Hammer Strength and Icarian style machines you could ask for. Train for strength, fitness, or just for cardio, they have it all. Great gym!

Straight-forward, no-frills gym with all the equipment you need to reach your fitness goals: Free weights, power racks, plenty of dumbbells and machines -- this is the place to be to get results. Staff is helpful and encouraging and they have some products for sale at the gym to get a jump start or to finish strong.

Doesnt provide a friendly atmosphere for people that are new to the fitness world. If you already know what you are doing Im sure this is the place for you, for new people I would recommend you look into other facilities. We were only here a few months due to our apartment complex switching our gym membership provider, but we are happy with the new place we are going to.

Basic lifting gym. Machines are maintained and seem clean, floors are a bit old and beat up, locker room is functional and showers work and are kept in working order and clean. Hasnt been too busy and people seem friendly, but not overly friendly like one of those Social Gyms where you cant use a machine because they are too busy using a machine as the speaking platform. Would give another stat if they would clean it up a bit more.

Nice gym with a great atmosphere. The staff is excellent and very helpful. This is the gym that I go to when Im in town on business. I like it a lot!!! 👍🏾

Former employee and member (was a member first). This gym is the best gym Ive ever been to. The people are so warm and welcoming and I love the staff! I had no idea what I was doing when I first went there and no one ever made me feel uncomfortable (which is unusual for a girl to say that about a gym lol) and the staff were always willing to help! I moved to TN but if Im ever in town, this will be the first place I visit! Miss it every day! :)

Not the newest gym, nothing fancy, but its a down-to-earth place and I dont think theyre going to try to rip me off the way my last gym did. Just to be sure, though, I got my membership through a Google Offer. :)

Been a member for fifteen years. Basic gym offerings. I go because it is convenient. It is not kept very clean. There is lots of staff turn over. It is affordable.

Good gym, clean with great equipment & staff.

This is a lifters gym but they have nice cardio equipment also. Not much in terms of functional training space or equipment. Price is a good value and staff are extremely helpful and friendly.

Beautiful Gym equiped with everything.

No nonsense gym with plenty of free weights and equipment. Friendly staff as well. If you dont have Spectrum you can only use the WiFi for 30 minutes before you get kicked off. But other than that I love it.

Worst customer service. worst billing I have ever experienced for a gym. tried to call and cancel; my renewal and was informed that I have to call the billing department. called billing department to cancel renewal and was informed that I needed to send a email or they would renew my membership.

Very comfortable place to get a workout in. No judgement all encouragement with patrons who go to this gym.

I am a former member of Planet Fitness and definitely prefer it over here. The only reason I come here is because the membership is free with my apartment lease. The main complaint I have with this gym is that it is not very welcoming to people like myself who just go to get some exercise. This place caters to the lunks as PF calls them. This is evident in the amount of weightlifting equipment vs machines this place has. The bottom line is, if you are a person like me who is just going for fitness, you will definitely feel more welcome and accepted at Planet Fitness. I would NOT pay for a membership here.

Its not the fanciest gym ever, but its got all the equipment I want and need. Staff is always helpful. Perfect gym for me!

A great clean no fuss gym. Nothing fancy, but they have a wide range of equipment from machines to free weights all is in good shape and the manager knows his stuff.
