This is the best gym I have ever had a membership with. It’s an experience not just a work out! I leave refreshed!! There is so much to do here! This was one of my best memories of Columbus while there for work.

So far I really like this location. It is clean and the staff is helpful. Cons: Its easy to lock yourself out of your own locker, as they are not reliable. At the moment, I am only using it for the pool and have found that evening swim practice and teams will take up 3 out of the 5 lanes from 5:30 PM to 8:30 PM. For someone wanting to swim after 5 PM, it sure makes it difficult to navigate.

The customer service for the Life Time Fitness is very poor and give you wrong information about the membership. They will charge the customer on pro rata basis from the day you entered the gym but for cancellation they will take 30 days instead of pro rata basis and charge you for the whole amount even though you cancel immediately Without using the gym not even for once. If you call to the Customer Care for cancellation they said it will be canceled but there will be no record until you approach them through mail or in person.

This is the best commercial health spa/gym training center I have ever had the pleasure attending. I highly recommend becoming a member.I was on vacation at the time I visited the area, and I found myself wishing our local gym had the same amenities as Life Time.

I was out of town and needed a lap pool . Staff here are exceptional . The lap pool , locker rooms were exceptional in every way . If I lived in area this would be my club . You feel like you are at a fine resort here .

Ive been a member for a few years. Kari the GM and her crew have shown me the utmost professionalism. The class selection seems limited and focused mainly around cycling and yoga, but I am sure that is also a result of member demand. The members are mainly a great group of people. Strangely, I found LA Fitness to be a better gym with better classes and at less than half the price.

I love going to lifetime not only is it always clean, there is plenty of equipment, nice staff, extracurricular activities but they perfected how a gym should be ran!

I came from Sawmill Premier being there 30 years...The Pandemic closed it! Now I have a new Happy Exercise Place Life Time! It is a beautiful place really Clean! The Manager is very friendly and Speaks to you never had that at Sawmill! The trainers give you what you need to be Fit.... I was fortunate to get Mr. Kyle’s Smith for my trainer to better Fitness it was a Game Changer! He is also good with people and makes sure you do the exercises Right! And most of all I love the exercise equipment sooooooo many Machines the waiting game is next to none and the Those Hot Tubs,.... 2 not 1 and they are Huge! I am Happy to be There ! Love Life Time Fitness at Easton!

The other one is awesome. This one... Its kind of ghetto. The pool and gym are tiny and not worth the price. If it were cheaper to get in, it would have a higher review.

Was threatened by a stranger at the gym for trying to share his machine (gym was packed) while he was using a different one. Manager blamed me and did nothing because I was a much newer member than him. I was glad to see I was not the only one who has had such a negative experience with the manager. She should be replaced.

Unfortunately, this facility is not very accommodating. If you want to play basketball don’t come here. They block off 50% of the court for summer camp 25% for weight and equipment that no one uses so, my daughter and I are unable to ever practice because it’s one half court with 20 ppl on it. You can’t use the pool either; during family hours the slide is not available and you can only use 25% of the pool because it is blocked off for summer camp and/or swimming classes. The kids water fountain never is turned Our family pays 200 plus a month and the most we can do is work out upstairs. You are better off going to the YMCA or LA. The facility is very clean! This is a review from a parent with children.

Did you know that they can start your membership the day you come in, but it takes them 30 days to cancel a membership. Very unprofessional or they need the finances to upgrade their system - which do you think it is?

Ive worked out at several gyms before but nothing like Life Time Fitness! They customize your workouts to your needs and they make working out fun! were excellent and extremely knowledgeable.

I just switched to this Lifetime Fitness from Upper Arlington because I felt there were less people here at the times that I go and spacing between equipment was better. So far so good! only thing is I wish they had more hand sanitizer, only two bottles for the entire floor.

On Dec. 9 I went to this gym and I was super impressed by how they handled my situation! So I had such a great workout that I almost fainted and was on the floor seeing black dots all over. Ashley, one of their employees saw that I was struggling and stayed a bit pass her shift to help me! Everyone took this so serious that I felt super safe! So thank you for your help lifetime! It’s my first time my blood sugar dropped so fast and I learn a lot of what to do next time I start feeling this way!

In full disclosure I had always enjoyed my workout time here. When the reopening happened in May because of health conditions it wasnt the best idea to do my fitness here. Just spoke with the membership manager after receiving a email my account was due to be charged tomorrow as my account was put on hold when they reopened not canceled. Havent been to the facility in 9 months and shes arguing with me about they sent emails in the past. Ms. Manager my account was supposed to be closed and who reads Spam. Go head take your few dollars and enjoy the review also.

The club looks amazing you can see all the hard work the staff did cleaning, updating the locker rooms and the rest of the facility. Also the staff has taken extra measures to keep all of us safe! They are cleaning constantly entire time I’ve been back, after classes sanitizing everything, members should have no worries and feel great to be working out and staying healthy again at Lifetime Easton!

I really love the gym the have a pool,hot tub a little expensive but well worth it

Today is Thanksgiving & lololol at me for googling to see if the gym is open!I started to read comments that are posted. I disagree with the negative comments towards the G.M. & the employees. I’ve been a member almost a year & I love this gym. The employees are the most friendliest people you’ll meet, very patient at answering questions & the gym is always clean.Every employee always smiles or speaks whenever my daughter & I walk pass them. I just had an encounter with the G.M about 3weeks ago. There’s a negative comment posted pertaining to her attitude same week she walked up to my 18yr old son& I. He was being your basic moody teenager. She walked up to us to see if everything was ok., she didn’t have to do that. Then she talked to us about added him to my family plan. She’s a very nice lady. She always speaks or smiles anytime I’ve seen her. The daycare center is amazing & my daughter likes this gym daycare the best out of every gym we’ve been a member.As far as the monthly price, like the old saying: you pay for what you get. Plus I never have to wait in line to use a machine, there’s more machines to target every area of my body plus more ab machines at Lifetime Fitness.

I was so relaxed when I got home. Nice nap. I really missed coming, its been since March. And truly missed my two most favorite.

Alot of beautiful faces with splendid personality, try to recommend this place to everyone you can. The products are very high quality from a view stand point. Its nice.

Is there any fitness club better?

NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE! Started a membership prior to COVID then canceled in March. They continued to charge me for another 11 months. Ignored my calls and when I went into the center they’d always say no one was available. Shady and horrible scum people.

Best gym so far.

Experienced extreme prejudice here today that I have never seen here at this club before! I am going to LA fitness and taking the lifetime fees to start a membership elsewhere! Soooooo glad I didnt pay for this month yet! Anyone who is thinking of going here...just keep in mind that are extremely picky about the people who come and go here, a place that is supposed to help you look and feel your best are more concerned about how you look coming in, then how you feel going out!!

Used to be a nice gym, now ... not so much

The quality of the facilities and equipment do not outweigh the embarrassing, unprofessional and horrid management at this gym. The outright disdain and disrespect when speaking to people makes me question how such a large facility has not been run into the ground. I pray no one ever needs to interact with GM Kari Strout in any capacity. Considering a majority of bad reviews revolve around this person, there is a common denominator causing issues. If you stay away from this gym, you will never need to experience this, and you will be happier for it.

Great Facilities, Good staff. Had to make some changes to my account. The front desk wasn’t helpful but the life time membership fixed everything and was super helpful. The childcare and facilities are WELL worth the extra dollars for families with kids too young for elementary school. Highly recommend.

Lifetime is the best gym Ive ever worked out at.

Even during these trying times, gyms are a great release for everyone. Lifetime is doing a great job going above and beyond to ensure sanitary practices while remaining to be extremely courteous.

Basketball closed for multiple weeks, was told it would reopen next week multiple weeks in a row. Also got charged a cancellation fee of $25.

I have worked here for 18 years now. The place is big with a lot of equipment so waiting on something is uncommon. The Personal Trainers are very good and are current with all training methods.

Lots of different equipment nice gym, nice size pool and extra class are great we did swimming lessons for our daughter and she loved it and the summer camp they offer. Only problem I have is the family locker rooms people not using the family locker room can still walk in to go to the other locker room when there is clearly a sign on both doors that say not a walk though and the people a the front desk dont even bother to stop them there has to be something to fix the traffic going though

The general manager was the rudest person Ive ever encountered at a gym. Whoever was in charge of hiring her made a grave mistake. I will never ever go to this gym because of her

Pretty dope gym, staff is cool, gym is clean, its in a great area , life time Cafe is awesome if you want food immediately after your workout and theres an app you can download on your phone to have food ready when u want it ready, the locker rooms are decent.. imo could be kept up a lil better but theyre definitely useable. The leisure pool is heated and is great to use to relax as well as the 2 huge whirlpools. The lap pool is cooled and lifetime staff is doing their due diligence in keeping the area clean during this pandemic. Lastly parking is great, u can either park in the parking lot or in the garage. If i could Id rate this gym a 8 outta 10. Plan on being a member for a VERY long time.

Well staffed, clean environment, health bar, steam room, pool with exercise classes. Workout machines well maintained. Has something for everyone, good listing of classes.

As a Silver Sneakers member I have many choices of places to work out. This is my favorite, and I use it on a regular basis. There are many features that are outstanding, and only a few areas that need improvement. The huge sauna, nice pools and hot tubs, large number of machines to choose from, generous parking in the attached parking garage, and many other features are great.One aspect needs improvement and that is locker room support. In particular, since the club removed the need to use your member card to lock the lockers, an increasing number of lockers are permanently locked. I had one of the locker room attendants go through one row of lockers and every one was locked and empty. People are apparently reserving lockers, which generates a negative spiral. As fewer and fewer lockers are empty, more people are apparently reserving them.There are posted signs saying that lockers are cleared out every night, but that is not being done.

This is a nice gym with quite a few amenities. The whirlpool, sauna, and steam room are luxuries available at LT. Theyre nice, but not necessary. I cant speak to the spa services or personal training, but the cafe is very good, albeit a little expensive. This facility is also open most hours of the day and the staff is very helpful. Its clean and the equipment is in good repair. While its nice, I cant really justify the price, $60/month adds up. If I used it more and the parking was more convenient, it wouldnt be bad at all. Im also partial to a gym with an indoor track which this gym does not have. The price would be worth it to me if they had a track.

Life time Easton is by far the best place in Columbus. Everyone is so friendly. The front desk always greets you & the GM Kari is always friendly & talking to everyone! I can’t say enough on how amazing the place and people are!

This fitness center is clean 👌 and organize. The best part is service they provide for new visitor/Guest. They gave me full tour of the center when I went there the first time.

I have been a member of this gym for at least 10 years. Great workout area, swim area, childcare center. The group fitness classes are wonderful and empowering and the staff and management are excellent and helpful. Please bring back Alexander!

I needed to close my membership. Ive been away on leave for half a year but returning close by to the area. I closed my membership temporarily and told them in a few months Ill get a full year (rather than month to month) because Ill be in permanent housing. They said I owed another month because they claimed I agreed to inform them a month in advance. They have no paperwork that shows my agreement. I love(d) swimming here in the mornings. I informed them of my intent to return but that I wont pay yet another month I cannot go. I also said I understand if they want to wait for removing that final months balance until I pay for a full year which is very fair business practice. At this time I leave my review as a caution to anyone who has medical, travel, or commitment issues who does not like to pay for services they cannot use (or dont want to use anymore). Lifetime is not a good fit for you. The YMCA will cost less and treats you as a person. I will change my review if the company does not try to make me pay for a part of their agreements I did not sign.edit/update: 1 year later, I never returned because of the poor experience. I ended up putting a stop payment on my card and a chargeback for 1 month which I won.

Has a lot of equipment and usually plenty of space. clients and staff are polite. The gym is cleaned often. Trainers are nice and are not clueless. Free yoga and other classes. Some more serious clients than at other gyms .Problems;No bathroom upstairs in gym area.Coed shared steam Sauna.

I was a long-time member of Life Time Fitness Easton and left for a time to try out the local Y and other boutique fitness facilites that have popped up in the area. I just returned and I am so happy with my choice. The facility is bright, cheerful and super clean. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. I can get all of my favorite workout classes in one place for one reasonable fee, and the group fitness instructors are some of the best in the area.

No wonder this place has low rate . Because last night I went there to use the bathroom and the dude asked me if I was a previous member unfortunately I said yes although I wasn’t and then the guy said if you were a previous member you can’t use the bathroom it’s just the rule ! What rule ?! It’s just a freaking bathroom regardless if I’m a member or not. I didn’t get a Basic human need! I was so shook that I won’t even think or advise anyone to join LIFETIME FITNESS.

We pay over $70 a month for a premium gym membership. One would think that problems will be minimized for you. Sadly, you would be mistaken. Anytime we complain to corporate we get a call from Kari Strout. Instead of hearing our problems she is too focus on defending her rude employees. She treats people by class. She is too focus pleasing on certain race. The gym was supposed to be a corporate gym with corporate policy but Kari is running the place like rogue employee. She decides when she wants to close or open the place. You can come one hour early in the morning and they will open the door for you. Yet she decides to closed for 30 minutes early. Every year the fees increase without notification. The gym hours are close to being YMCA. Please stay away from Lifetime Fitness Easton.

Reading some of the reviews here, you’d be led to believe Lifetime Easton is a poorly run disgusting mess with rude and disrespectful employees. You may think they will steal your belongings or prevent you from using the facilities. However, since joining 9 months ago, I’ve had quite the opposite experience. The staff is friendly, and above all the facilities are clean. I’d recommend Lifetime Easton to anyone, and while it may be expensive, you get what you pay for. If you’re looking for a gym in Northeast Columbus, don’t hesitate to choose this Lifetime property!

Matthew Cote you are the sales manager for Lifetime. Do you know that it’s against company policy to submit a review while your employed by lifetime Fitness ? It is strictly used for consumer feedback. Not for a current employees. The same way you deleted your review, please remove the 5 star. Also, I noticed that when I came in the morning the sign that is post at night stating that the gym closes 11:30PM is removed. I heard that it’s in house and corporate does not know about this new policy set up by GM Kari Strout.

I cancelled my membership here after my own encounter with their rude and unprofessional service. I took a class one night and left behind my (relatively fancy) water bottle and my boxing gloves ($30). I went back the next morning as soon as I realized Id left them there. So I go to a worker and ask for direction to the lost and found. She stammers for a minute and then asks what are you looking for? So I tell her what I left. Her response was Yeah, we dont really have a lost and found. We usually just throw stuff away at the end of the day. I just looked at her like the idiot she is to tell me something so stupid and expect me to just say oh, okay, makes perfect sense, have a great evening. The next time I attended the class I saw my boxing gloves in their courtesy stash of gloves. I just find the whole company full of trashy people so Im not surprised theyd have such a trash policy for lost items, which is basically that they have a right to your stuff as soon as its out of your sight and no responsibility to their customers on that front. Fine, just dont expect me to patronize your business.

Lifetime Fitness Easton is the worst gym ever. I’m cancelling my membership. I’m switching back to YMCA ASAP! The management is extremely rude, especially Kari Strout. Me and my boys wanted to play basketball tonight and for some odd reason they told me that the gym is actually reserved/rented out. The people that reserved the gym were only using 1 side of the court and the other side was completely empty. They would not let us play ball there even though we all pay the same rate $65 a month. I feel like we are always targeted and racially profiled. This needs to stop! There are plenty of other facilities that would like our business.

Al of the trainers are really nice and helpful. Ive made more friends at the gym than I ever expected. Theres plenty of resources and information to help you achieve whatever fitness goals you may have. Highly recommend anyone that can afford the monthly fee to join.

Paying membership to use the basketball gym.

Long time member. Recently the quality of customer service and culture has taken a significant hit at the Easton location. One would think that these things would be at the highest level of focus given the costly membership fees. There has also been recent targeting from upper management with no regard from members. Something has to change. This place was outstanding years ago. Bring that management back or bring in new leaders at this location.

I joined in January 2017 it was good and all at first until I started bringing my two-year-old and seven-year-old, the girls at the child center were pleasant but literally 10 minutes in my work out I would be getting a call saying to come get your son because hes crying. If youre a day care center and youre watching over the little ones then theyre expected to cry. My son attends regular daycare through out the week and he does perfectly fine in this type of setting. It was like the staff didnt even try to make an attempt to comfort my son or get to know him. So now today Im heading up there right now to end my membership. It was a waste of money, especially for a busy mom.

While living at Easton, it was amazing to walk across the street and have a Gym that had all the options that Lifetime Fitness at Easton had. I personally love to play basketball, and I usually could find some good pick up games over there. The club was usually really clean and the staff was willing to help out when called upon. I recommend this club and you should consider joining.

Ive had an great experience here. The staff is nice and the facilities are well maintained. The rock wall, cardio machines, etc are good.There are issues with their billing system (things just appear on your account), so watch your account each month.

Dublin is my normal home and I just like the fact that its newer there but the people and staff here seem to be pretty great! I just happened to be in this part of town and it was getting late but yeah, its still the LT brand that I love and expect! :)

Very clean and up scale at a upscale price. Seriously beautiful facilities, but out of my budget. They offer lots of services like daycare and swim lessons, etc. Everything youd want and more in a total gym.

Absolutely terrible customer service. I scheduled an appointment for a message at 1230pm, they mistakenly wrote it down for 12pm. When I complained and asked what they could do to make it up to me, the manager of the spa called me back just tell me I was wrong. She was rude, condescending and she raised her voice to me. Wrong, just wrong. Do not go to the Easton location for a relaxing message, you are likely to be frustrated and mistreated instead.

I dont like to write a negative comments on someone but this is an exception and warranties. An employee named Perez at Easton was mean and disrespectful, and my son was with me. I regret being loyal customer for so long.

My son has been taking swimming lessons for almost 2 years. Every time he improves the instructor quits. Now they have new aquatics manager, Jake, with no experience. He does not know how to deal with customers. I feel sorry for life time fitness!

I am a Bronze member at Life Time in Pickerington, Ohio. My sister was in town from California and wanted to play volleyball, so we decided to go to the Easton location (which has the gymnasium). I pay $20 a month at Pickerington. We were told over the phone that it would be $25 per person for a 24 hour pass. When we got there, they allowed my sister and I each a no-charge 24 hour pass! Then, I was told that I could have a complimentary 7-day pass! We were able to use our own lockers temporarily also, which was convenient.We played volleyball in the racquetball room, since it was just the two of us peppering. A great space! We brought two of our own volleyballs, although the gym does provide them. They even pumped air in our volleyballs for us! The locker rooms were beyond clean.. They were amazingly clean!! We also went upstairs to hop on the treadmills and do some light weightlifting. Impeccably clean equipment and all staff members were professional and accommodating.My sister and I had a very pleasant experience here and recommend this gym to anyone looking for a place to workout, shoot hoops, play volleyball, etc. Thank you Life Time Fitness!

Hi to all squads,Just dont go to their training dep. its a hole that suck your money in and sign no end date contract. If you had auto payment, they dont care when do you want to end it. They dont proceed your refund at the the first place, and then they delay it until the END OF THE WORLD! I AM NOT THE ONLY ONE had problem with refunds. If you work out long time there, you will know this. It SUCK YOUR MONEY!!!

BEWARE of this club soo many hidden fees that they won’t tell you about. After I cancelled they kept charging me for 5 months and I would call and go in person to tell them and they wouldn’t help. The facility is very dirty used towels everywhere and the employees are super rude and always have a attitude. You know it’s a bad club based the low stars. Save your self the hassle and go to YMCA much cheaper and the employees will respect you and your business

10 days ago I was robbed in mans locker room, documents, credit cards and cash were stolen from me, from a closed cell in the mens locker room, the management of this club took absolutely no steps to try to find a robber, the day after the theft was the club assured us with a smile that I just didn’t close my closet, although it’s not 100% true, because I came back after classes in the cardio zone and my closet was CLOSED! I opened it, got dressed and only then found that the wallet with all the documents and money was gone, the money from the credit cards were immediately stolen, this suggests that their storage system is in the mens locker room, consisting of a combination lock-notnot reliable or stealing the one who works in this club and they cover up, I so know that this is not the first case of stealing in this club, so guys, be careful, you pay your money for the service, but have no guarantees that when you return from a workout your values ​​will be in place, and the manager simply pats the tebch on the shoulder, with the words: it happens to everyone, man!

Was told I was a gold meber i can go to any Life Time fitness gym. That is not the case. You have to be gold elite. I also didnt like the way the guy signed me up he didnt offer a tour and didnt go into great detail about this club, even though I went to a different Life time before. I felt I was just a sale to him. Ill be switching to another lifetime.Other tha love life time fitness and all the things it offers

Overall a nice gym. I was there for a week while visiting relatives in Columbus. The one thing that concerned me was the large amount of people using the family changing room as a short-cut to the lockers. This concerned me as a parent, especially when adult males were walking around kids getting ready for the pool.

I do not leave reviews ever but I believe lifetime Easton’s behavior warrants this.In most cases when you compare prices for gyms in the Columbus area; lifetime’s membership is at a premium cost. As this the case, the entire facility closes at 12am but for some odd reason they close the basketball and aquatics area at 11:30pm. This new rule just came out of nowhere last month. This is extremely frustrating; how can lifetime Easton management decide to start to close key areas of a facility whilst still charging the same monthly rate. Something about that logic makes completely and utterly no SENSE.When I chose to sign a membership; I believed and was told that the entire facility closed at midnight but that seems not to be true. For those who are interested in signing a membership here please ask yourselfs; if you would like to sign a membership at a premium gym that starts to restrict its amanaties while you are still paying the same rate.IF THIS IS THE CASE, sign up at lifetime Easton and throw your money away.Lifetime Dublin does not do this nonsense!! Easton managements needs to keep true to the lifetime brand!

The actual gym is amazing, but like some people have mentioned in the previous posts the customer service can be a little annoying sometimes, and yes it really is impossible to cancel membership, I had to cancel my credit card last time since they did not let me cancel it over the phone, said they need a months notice-- what is this a 12 year apartment lease?! Other than that the actual gym facilities are excellent.

My friend who doesn’t speak English was trying to cancel her membership due to moving back to Russia. I was helping out by interpreting for her. I wasn’t involved. Strictly translation. Kari Strout called me and yelled at me saying she is tired of both of us. She said we didn’t understand anything.I was so shocked. I tried to explain that I was just trying to help out and that is not my membership that is being dealt with to no avail. I called about the incident the corporate office to no avail. Playing racquetball 4 times a week here, you cannot ask for a better facility. Great atmosphere of members staff etc. Been a member for quite sometime and loved all the years being here.

Lifetime Fitness Easton is a terrible gym. The management is very rude and unprofessional. The gym is dirty and expensive. They frequently rent out the entire basketball gym for hours leaving none to their regular members.This place has gone downhill. After being a member for 3 years, I am looking for a new gym. My membership pricing and benefits were changed without my acknowledgement. I had to find out from my bank. I was never informed of any changes. Kari Strout was not helpful at resolving the issue and was very rude. When I first signed my contract I was informed of any changes would need to be made in person. This is not ethicalWARNING: If you want to work out during peak hours, forget it. The gym has scheduled group classes that take over most of the free weight area from 5am - 7am and during peak evening hours. This leaves almost no equipment to work out individually. The trainers leading the group fitness sessions are extremely rude and will not let you access most of the free weight equipment. Getting into the gym and not being able to work out defeats the entire purpose of going to gym.In addition to no free equipment, the place is becoming increasingly run down, dirty, and dangerous.They are getting greedy! I have been a member for many year and they raised my dues way too often. And it use to be just $10 per month to put a hold on my membership, now they charge a $10 service fee plus $12 every month. The so called service fee is a bulls*** charge and they know it! . And why does it take 30 days for it to take affect? Leeches! I will be cancelling soon.When you pay almost $200 per month (family), you would expect to be able to WORKOUT at a fitness facility. Thats not the case at Lifetime Fitness Easton

When I first joined a year ago, the instructors were very kind and helpful as was the other support staff. One thing that is kind of shady Is that over 27 years old is A different membership price than under 27. I signed up when I was 26 thinking I got a great deal only to find out that after my 27th birthday my rate went up without my knowledge. Recently Ive moved to another state and was informed that under no circumstances could I cancel my membership over the phone. My only option aside from in person cancellation (which took 30 seconds, mostly walking to an office) was to write a letter and mail it in. They wouldnt need it notarized or to formally prove its me though. The general delivery of this information was done decently over the phone but was rudely presented once I was in person. Most of the staff Ive encountered at this location have been nice. Im just unhappy with my most recent experience and the policy of 30 day notice. At least they get another $50 for a month of membership while Im living in another state. My suggestion is to try the UA or Dublin location for better staff interaction.

Since Kari Strout took over the weight room is constantly being picked up and cleaned by the staff. We’ve had my daughters birthday parties here and the staff have always been wonderful. I’m always greeted and the locker rooms are constantly clean. The only downside is there are lots of people that don’t clean up after themselves and the staff is doing it for them. Anytime they have to work on a section of the gym or weighroom to imrprove the facilities they give plenty of notice and post signs. Great facility!

After cancelling still kept charging me for monthly expense and training over 600 paid for time I stop going and it was miscommunication on their end, I have called and gone in and still no help or any recognition for what happen. Very disappointed with lifetime and do not recommend for anyone to go their.
