Great place to workout! It is very clean, the staff are totally upbeat and friendly. This location has plenty of water bottles for purchase I bought mine from here especially for the price! Honestly you get pretty awesome deals each month for signing up and you will love the staff!

Good gym. Enjoyed my time when I worked out there. Dumbbells eventually got too light, as their heaviest dumbbells are 70lbs.Very good gym for people who are new or only 1-2 years into weightlifting. For people moving 100lb+ dumbbells, you may want to try a different gym.

You get what you pay for. People come in to workout and spend a good amount of time sitting on the equipment looking at their phones. Or theyll do an exercise where they stand but will take up a bench using it to set their phone and water bottles on. Weeknights are terrible. Weeknights arent too bad.

Convenient location from home. The space is kinda tight compared to other planet fitness locations.

The manager Alexis brings enthusiasm compassion and energy to the gym. Alexis cares about her members and takes care of any and all concerns immediately. For a gym where you walk in with headphones on and shouldnt have to talk to anyone, Ive had too many bad experiences with customer service here. Facility is not well maintained, always out of paper towels and the bathrooms are dirty. Front desk staff is blatantly rude and discriminatory. Will not continue to fund this location with a membership

I came to this location and I couldn’t believe how I was treated I am a visitor from Georgia and apparently there was a discrepancy with my bill where it showed I owe money. So I called my Georgia location and they asked me to put the representative at the front desk on the phone so they could explain to them that their was an error In the system and to go a head and let me into workout. Even after talking to the Georgia location representative. They still refused to let me go in. They did not offer a temporary pass or try and offer any good customer service options to resolve. They did not even say anything like let me talk to my manager and see what we can do. Luckily I was able to go to the Planet Fitness near bethel rd and they received me with no problem. This location needs to change their staff if they want to start receiving better reviews. Stay away from this location use other location or even consider La Fitness because I never had any issues with La Fitness like this one when I travel for work. I totally felt violated by the treatment I received from this person at the front desk I will be calling management to discuss this matter.

Worker was very disrespectful and not answering any of my questions. I only want a 2 month membership for the summer and he said there’s a 40 dollar annual membership fee after 2 months, so I told him I would just cancel it before then since I don’t want anything longer than 2 months then he got upset that I didn’t want to get ripped off by an annual fee and refused to answer any of my questions. I wish I got his name, I don’t know if I’ve had worse service.The place is also tiny for a planet fitness and packed, I’d find another one or another gym.

I think for what you pay, its a good deal. Its not going to have all of the equipment some of the other chains, have, but youre also paying less than half here compared to what you would pay at some of their competitors. Its a good chain for beginners who dont need free weights > 60 lbs.The $10 a month plan lets you go to the location you sign up at and the $22.99 per month plan lets you do any location and also bring a guest

I’ve been to many different planet fitness locations. Horrible staff and management here. Rude to customers, confrontational, and lazy employees. Bathrooms are messy, spray bottles constantly empty, paper towels out, and trash is full and never changed.

I like going here, but only at 7am. If I go in the evening its too crowded. As long as its early in the morning its great!

Clean machines and helpful friendly staff!

First time I got a membership. It was great the lady at the desk was efficient and got me together in no time.

Inconsistent with mask rules. I was turned away for not having a mask, even though that wasnt a problem every other time I came here this week. Its also weird that they dont have disposable masks on hand to give people so they arent forced to drive all the way home and back. Absurd.

I wish they had a pool. Other than that their great.

The workers are doing an outstanding job at this location keeping equipment and areas clean and safe for all members! Big fan! Have been recommending them over other gyms due to their efforts.

Came in and cancelled on the 11th WAS NEVER TOLD I WOULD BE CHANGED AGAINWhen I called they said I cannot get a refund Bec it gets processed on the 10th even through it doesnt come out for 8 days after.The people working here are absolutely incompetent. The staff are rude and not very helpful at all . I tried 2 times to take a PF class and either the trainer doesn’t show up or they show up like 30 minutes later. Also I tried buying a bottle water after my workout the staff were too busy on their phones to help me . I don’t recommend this gym if you need help from the staff to help you. I even talked to the assistant manager and told me to talk too the General manager because there was nothing she could do about the PF trainer

I was able to get in and do cardio before work. The staff is always super nice.

I like this gym, especially for the price, but their response during this pandemic has been terrible. They don’t enforce mask wearing (even if you don’t have to wear one while working out - which is BS in and of itself - you are required to while walking around the gym), and their employees consistently wear their masks incorrectly all while walking around “sanitizing” machines.This completely defeats the purpose of even wearing the mask. Maybe they just don’t know or weren’t trained on how to wear their masks, but the lack of management clearly shows. Machines are also constantly out of order and cleaning isn’t really enforced or done very consistently either.

I only gave 3 stars because it seems treadmills dont work and when there is still social distancing, its hard to use a treadmill when 5 treadmills dont work. Hoping they get them working soon.

Had the basic membership and was accidentally upgraded to the Black Card. Reached out to online support and they said I had to downgrade in person. Went to the gym and was told they couldnt downgrade me without a manager present. Went two additional times when they said a manager would be present and they were never there.Fast forward a couple months and I go back to downgrade again. This time they said a manager was never needed to downgrade... so I was lied to. They said even though Planet Fitness accidentally upgraded me I had to pay a $15 downgrade fee. I refused to pay for a mistake they made and canceled my membership.Will never go back.

Cancel culture. Judging people for a tee shirt and kicked them out. Dress code not violated. Shame on you.

As much as it’s a hassle for all of us to wear masks and sanitize our machines. We need to do it to keep the gym open and to be safeThis location allows people to continue to not wear masks and to not sanitize after using machinesOne gym member was blatant about not having a mask on and going from machine to machine doing sets. After each he did not sanitize any machines The stuff we all do...He’d stop and hang on machines between setsI couldn’t take it anymore so rather than a direct conflict with the lug head I went to tell the Planet Fitness personnelNo quick action and he walked outNot safe, no action when told about it.

Moved out of state so I tried to transfer my membership and wasn’t given much help, so I was looking to cancel, only to be told that I must either come in to cancel or send a letter by mail.

COVID doesn’t just disappear after 10pm...... the best feature about this gym was the 24/hr access..... they lost me after the early shutdown...

Extremely clean and very nice equipment. Staff could interact and talk a little more, and Make sure new people are comfortable and know their way around and what everything is and how it works.

I wished yall would go back to the 24 hour schedule. Or at least increase your hours by two. Close at 11pm m-f. Close at 9pm weekends. Time to allow some lockers to be open so members arent coming inside without a coat.

Great environment! Staff is super friendly. Love the tanning beds and how clean everything is. Bonus, it’s open 24/7 for night owls like me.

I mean it it a Planet Fitness and the gym was super super clean. Clean locker rooms, up to date equipment. Nice people too. But its so freaking small. During my tour of the facility, it appeared as if people were working out on top of each other, and that was a huge turn off for me as far as this location. The new Polaris location is nice and spacious though.

Yo! Its Covid time, they should be more rigorous about mask. People have been working out without mask!!!! Doesnt feel safe.

Its nice that its open 24/7 but the equipment is pretty lacking. They should replace their tanning and massage beds with more workout equipment to make a more complete gym. However, for beginners they have all the equipment youll need and a personal trainer during the day to help you get started. Note that they use the term personal trainer very loosely. Dont expect (insert celebrity here)s trainer but youll get someone who knows the basics. Overall clean and well staffed facility.

Gym itself is fine, albeit a bit small. Its the staff that are the real problem - nobody is really interested in actual customer service. The people behind the counter spend 90 percent of their time chatting or flirting with one another, and act like you walking in and needing to scan your badge is a major inconvenience to them. Rarely do you even get greeted (AFTER saying hello first), and when you do its begrudgingly. Avoid this location like the plague if you want a welcoming atmosphere.

Small compared to other planet fitness gyms. They won’t let you store things in the locker room but also won’t let you carry around even a small bag even while every other machine is blocked off. Am I supposed to just carry my stuff around from machine to machine and get it dirty on the floor? Staff is friendly while walking in and see them clean machines every once in a while but they mostly stay behind the counter

Its a decent place to workout. Never really reviewed a gym before... but its the best 10 dollars a month that I have ever spent. But of course you will only get out of it what you put into it. You dont just magically lose weight because you have a gym membership lol.

Very upset about this franchise. I get my workouts done in the morning before my workday. With COVID the hours no longer work for me plus having to wear a mask. I planned to call this week to cancel my memebership, but as of last week my yearly fee came out of my account (which should have came out in april) I call to cancel my memebership and they tell me they cannot refund my yearly fee that just came out even tho i will never use their gym and they are unwilling to do that! In a normal situation i would conpletely understand, but 1)it is a pandemic, 2) i was never even told that the yearly fee was coming out as it should have came out in april not August! To me this is gym is more concerned about money then their clients. And in a result they have lost us for good. We planned on returning after the pandemic, but i would never be a member in a gym, to which the owners of the franchise wont even talk to their clients. And let alone who act like the whole world isnt going thru a pandemic!Also i see a lot of the responses to other ratings as please follow up with a manager, but you cannot follow up with anyone higher then front desk. I have asked to get a number in upper management to speak about this, and poor front desk girl told me. They told us we are not allowed to give out their number.. great franchise huh?!?! Cant even talk to some above the highschool/college kids that work front desk..

First impression is everything, if the person at the front desk doesnt want to be bothered enough to give us a tour then why should I even consider joining your facility.

They doing an amazing job of keeping the place sanitized and clean.

I love this gym because I love its philosophy. The only downside is that this place gets really busy during peak hours, to the point that you need to be prepared to spend your allotted workout time waiting in line for an elliptical or treadmill. So if you do go to this gym I suggest that you go either really late afternoon or really early morning to guarantee access to all of the machines

It would be nice if they told people they were closing or put up a sign that said closed I just tryed going up there at 9 and they were closed I checked my email and got and email from them at 8:35 nice advanced notice

With the upgrades to the locker rooms, this is now a really nice gym. The lack of mirrors around the walls leave me feeling less self conscious, and the staff there is always kind and courteous.They do have most of the good machines from the other gym, but they do have less space, so there are a few things missing. With it being smaller and more packed in, somehow its more motivating than the other Planet Fitnesses Ive seen. While Im on one machine, Ill be looking for what to jump on next, and though I will spend less time here on black card features than at the other gyms, I tend to spend more time in the gym per visit due to actually working out longer and harder.

A nice version of PF, though on the smaller side. Locker rooms have been recently renovated and greatly improved, but again smaller and tighter than the average PF . This location is also VERY busy most weekday starting as early as 5am .

This is the best gym ever! Youll never have trouble finding a treadmill. There are a multitude of cardio machines to choose from. Theres a stretching room. A 30-minute circuit machine room with red & green light that time your sets and breaks. There are plenty of weight machines and free weights.The best thing is the Black Card membership. They have hydrojet beds and lounge chairs. There are full body coin massage chairs like in the mall, they supply the coins. Dont forget the training beds.There is a trainer on staff Monday - Friday. He gives Orientation sessions and basic workout classes. Design Your Own Workout sessions are available for Black Card members.

Ive been to a good amount of different location when I travel and this planet fitness isnt bad at all. A little outdated in some areas yes, but has a good amount of equipment and is reasonably clean. They only reason I give them a 3 out of 5 is customer service. Im comparing the customer service here vs other planet fitness Ive been to. When you walk in the simple hows your day going and when you leave have a great day can leave a lasting impression over time(from personal experience) its funny because the newer staff are actually nicer and more customer friendly then the more experienced staff. This is an easy fix and Im interested to see if this review gets noticed and I see a difference in the future.

Idiotic, wont let you cancel your membership no matter what you do.I left this gym a year ago and Im still trying to cancel. Ive complied with their procedures and sent multiple letters. They simply wont do it. These are absolute scan artists.

I only visited once with a neighbor. They offer a huge number of machines to accommodate large numbers of members. The guest where respectful and friendly. But I didnt see many staff in case you needed help of some sort. Maybe they think everyone is experienced.

Great gym. Only 10 bucks a month. Open 24/7. Clean. Pretty nice staff. Modern equipment. Reasonably well-behaved and mannerly people. And, while this isnt a bodybuilders gym, there is still enough equipment for all but the most serious weightlifters. The dumbbells go up to 75 lbs., and they have Smith machines if you want to do heavier weight. Also, its much more spacious than it looks on the outside.

Poor communication.

Planet Fitness in general is a great deal. For the money, you really get a lot. This location is crowded, so sometimes parking is an issue, but not often. The staff is friendly, and they have good hot water in the showers.

Clean most of the time, a bit cramped during peak hours.. Very nice staff except the skinny girl with the long hair and the old dude working at the counter could use an attitude adjustment. Glad they got hooks for the showers.

I have only been a member at this location for a few days, but so far I could not be more pleased. Given some of the online reviews, I was a little nervous, but so far I have experienced friendly and attentive staff as well as maintenance issues fixed in a timely fashion. I think Planet Fitness is very upfront with the kind of services and equipment they offer. For anyone that seemed surprised or disappointed, I would say they didn’t investigate very closely before joining. If you are looking for a nice cardio selection and basic weight capabilities, (not to mention the tanning and other perks), Planet Fitness is an amazing deal!! This is a convenient location, with ample parking.

The staff is friendly and the machines are clean too. They also have a lot of cardio machine so it is easy to find one.

Real geniuses working the desk there. I was in from out of town and needed a day pass. They kept my drivers license! You have one simple job to do....Then you would think they mail it to you since it was their incompetence. Nope they just toss it. How bout send me the $10 it cost to replace it?

Not a bad place to get your workout on. Wish they had a stair machine and a rower but otherwise not a bad gym to get the basics in.

Its ok for beginners. Wish they had a rowing machine or running track or kettle bells or yoga balls. Very basic gym.
