It took one phone call the day before, and two physical visits the day of, to get my script to “in-process” status.On my second physical visit, the lady told me she had to check with the pharmacist to see if they could fill it. After all the time I put in to make sure they knew they had my script and I wanted it on a specific date. Talk about feeling like nobody listens to you when you speak.She came back and said they could fill it but it wouldnt be ready until after 2pm. Great... Then I go home and see on the app that it wont be ready until 6 pm. Thanks, Walgreens 😑

Rude Rude Rude Customer Service. My family and I are here on a fun family trip. The older gentleman at the cash register did nothing but complain to the customer in front of me about a former employee who would not be back. Then when I get to check out I asked if I could use my coupon. He said he had no idea. He looked and then checked out my sunscreen and the only thing else that was said was man does no one work around here I said my family is on vacation. He did not give my coupons that printed and out and told.me that my receipt was sent digital. What a jerk.

Was super unfriendly and I seemed to be a bother with 4 employees there.

Typically excellent service. There have been a few times my scripts weren’t ready to be picked up when I expected them to be, but that’s just par for the course. Things happen. The quality of service remains excellent.

Service:It came off as we were profiled while shopping.The story:We went in here to view items for crafts for the holidays and wast a little time. Doug walled past the front isle we were in staring and us, not exaggerating, in 5 to 8 sec he was on the opposite end walking past us a gain and staring at what I had in my hands then 2 seconds turned around and walked past again to stare at my lady friends hands.Thanks Doug well make sure we will shop other places.

Walgreen is right at every corner. Good place to buy medicine and other items. Reasonable price.

Nicholas, the pharmacist is awesome! I am from Alabama and needed to transfer a script because I am in Columbus working and he made the process so painless. He is also a wonderful people person. Walgreens, this man deserves a raise!!!

Covers almost everything for day to day needs along with Pharmacy and Photos. One time I had a bad experience here with one of my photo orders. Printers ran out of connections and I had to rush home to get photos in a USB for easy prints.

Visited Walgreen up on Polaris Parkway. I received the best deal!! Windex 23oz was on sale 2 for $7.00. Scrubbing Bubbles 2 for $6.00! Yeehaw!! I always receive good deals on most household product at Walgreens! Plus, I receive points for my purchases! Life is good!!!

Had to switch my rx from CVS to Walgreens in order to pay for them with my Care Credit card. I’m currently trying to taper off of Effexor (an SNRI) and the withdrawal symptoms are really, really tough to deal with. Nick was really compassionate, made me feel like he understood what I was going through, and gave me the pep talk I needed to keep going. It was such a small gesture, but it spoke volumes. Thank you.

I dont understand the bad reviews on employee interaction with customers. Everyone (most of my experiences are with pharmacy) is very excellent. Best Walgreens ever!

This is the best Walgreens Ive ever been to and its all because of one of the most friendly and helpful Walgreens employees Ive ever encountered, LaCandra! She was so polite and helpful and even helped me save a few dollars by showing me the a deal I was missing out on and she helped me sign up for a Walgreens rewards card! She would definitely be a manager for me if she was my employee! Definitely going back to this Walgreens! LaCandra for president!!

Overpriced. Nothing against the staff, but I never realized how overpriced they are. I went out to 4 places today looking for an item called DiaResQ which is anti diarrhea for toddlers. I didnt find it, but learned this... I found Pepto for kids and got Pedialyte, although not from Walgreens. Just these two items would have cost me $6 more than my previous stop. Pepto for kids at Walgreens ($9.99), CVS ($6.99), Target ($4.99), and Discount Drug Mart ($6.49). Pedialyte was $1.00 more at Walgreens than any of the other places as well. Not sure why they think they should be priced so high, but now that I have learned this, I know where to avoid in the future

Extremely poor service, can never get anybody on the phone in the pharmacy. Always find the most expensive option to fill even generic prescriptions. I will be finding some place else to take my business.

Rudest customer service ever! Especially the manager, named Rick. Asked him for help, told me he was busy and to ask someone else for help. He was just walking around in the same aisle doing nothing. Next time, he yelled at me saying that he couldnt take my day late expired coupons when all of the other Walgreens around the area do. When I said that I was going to complain about him, he actually gave me the customer service number to contact and to complain about him. Also, the cashier was intolerable. Couldnt understand half of the things she was saying. Walgreens should be employing people who are easy to communicate with. Not idiots like them.

Nice enough people but they pay zero attention to the drive thru window so you end up sitting there for way too long.

You pay a little bit more but you can find just about anything. Avoids having to go to that other store that starts with Wal.
