The Tech that did my MRI was great. He allowed me to remove the padding where you lay down- it bought me an extra inch inside the machine above my head which made me feel better. He also let my husband hold my hand during the test. I appreciated his professionalism- and patience with me! The only reason I am not giving this POlaris experience 5 stars is bc the receptionist had her mask down around her mouth and no one said anything to the man that came in to the office with NO mask. There were signs posted that masks were required but it wasn’t being followed.

I am massively claustrophobic, its crazy, I know. Having to go for an MRI was NOT something I wanted to do. However, the folks at ProScan were wonderful! Wes, who setup my appointment and answered all my questions was outstanding!!!! Upon arriving Steve, the technician, couldnt have been better if I designed the perfect tech myself! Kind, Patient, Informative, Skilled and willing to do anything to make this 45 min procedure tolerable. He reminded me that he was kinda new to this as he has only done it for 30 plus years. We enjoyed some laughs and Im sure he was as glad for it to be over as I was! If you are looking for an Open MRI, I strongly suggest you contact them. I hope to never need another one but if I should, I will return to continue driving Steve into retirement!

First off, thanks to the ladies here for making my visit as comfortable as possible. With the influx of additional patients (linen day was today) they didnt have enough linens to put over me because it was so cold in the room. the Tech Brenda went out of her way to find something to put over me just to take the edge off.. Even though I had to lay there for about 25 minutes she really did go out of her way to try and make me as comfortable as possible and I really appreciate that. the ladies were so kind so I just wanted to give them 2 thumbs up and 5 stars..

I arrived early and they accommodated me. Everyone was professional. Will was the gentleman who performed the MRI. He was very informative of the process. He made sure I was comfortable and provided music throughout the process. I would recommend this site for any imaging needs.

Having a MRI with contrast was so much more comfortable at Proscan open MRI than when I had it done in a regular one. Will was very good at his job and made me feel very comfortable. Oh, and even with all that, the cost was about less than 1/3 of the other MRI at the hospital. I will only go here if I have a choice!

Got in alittle before appointment filled out paperwork and went right in! Friendly staff and had the music I wanted to hear during the scan!

I felt the faculty was there to help me. My wait was minimal and the employees seemed to be knowledgeable about their jobs.

Customer service is one of the first things I look for when I come anywhere. Its so lacking these days, so to come to ProScan and receive great service was refreshing! From beginning to end everyone was friendly and safe. They had their mask on properly and all. I got a MRI and Im used to the 45 minute experience but I was done in about half that time! Will was awesome, informative, and friendly. Hopefully I wont need another MRI but I know where Im going if I need one!

The facility was spacious and clean, the service was professional and efficient. My technician Will, was great! He explained to me the process of my visit, scan, obtaining images, etc. from beginning to end and ensured I was comfortable and relaxed throughout.

Had a head scan for headaches wit contrast. It took about 45 min including getting dressed and undressed.Will was great and made me comfortable. I asked if he would tell me the time so I knew how long I had to finished. It sure made the 20 minutes go by faster and the the contrast injection and another 10 min.Place was clean and parking right out in front.The Receptionist was helpful and polite.

Been here multiple times. Great people and a seamless operation. So easy I’ve taken a nap each time while in the open MRI!

Had an MRI scheduled the day after Thanksgiving 2020. Staff was friendly and facility was ok. Whole experience of the MRI was ok, nothing to complain or brag about. Problem was, when I went to my Orthopedic dr. (Which costs me $75 each time to go) they found my wrist MRI was my knee MRI from 2009, but my label says Lft wrist 2020. So, now I have to follow up AGAIN with my Orthopedic for another $75 dollars. I called the location and spoke with a rep requesting the proper MRI disc and Id like to talk to someone about the ordeal. I received a call later and spoke with a supervisor, I was given the typical song and dance of how they strive for only the best and this was odd and usually never happens. I was offered a fuel card for my trouble as well as advised my MRI cd would be delivered to my Orthopedic so I didnt have to do the running. A day later I received my compensation fuel card for all of my troubles. To my surprise my card was severely overloaded with a massive amount of $10.00!So, my $150.00 Dr. visit and mis-loaded MRI and time wasted is now evened up by a $10 dollar fuel card?Way to go ProScan. I appreciate your genuine concern and commitment to excellence. Ill be visiting another location next time.Terry G.

I had a shoulder MRI at this Facility in June 2019. The center was efficient and friendly. I appreciate the technicians careful handling and explanation of my MRI and how smoothly things went. I was able to get in and out in 45 minutes. I also left with a disk of my results. Thank you for the great care

I recommend Polaris ProScan for many different things. They got me in the next day to have an MRI. The friendly staff started with Natalie at the front desk greeting us with kindness, then the MRI tech Staci easing and explaining step by step and making the process smooth, and then Dr. McBride,, he was a blessing to us with his caring conversation. My son couldn’t believe he was a doctor. Thank you for making us feel at home! Highly recommend this office!

They couldnt be nicer! We took our 89-year-old father in for an MRI. Both Brittany (receptionist) and Stacy (technician) were great. They were so friendly and upbeat, but both had excellent, concise communication. So much better than normal for a medical visit!

This was a comfortable, clean and relaxing experience. Both worked without complaining after closing hours. The young lady at the front desk was very outgoing, efficient, friendly, and went out of her way to make my appointment happen on short notice. The technician did an excellent job of informing me what to expect, how long it would take, and all the other information I needed to feel comfortable with having my MRI. I recently was scheduled for an MRI with ProScan in Polaris. I did not know it at the time of my appointment that I was too heavy for their open MRI. I was not upset by this, as their Dublin location was able to accommodate me. What I was upset about, is that the technician came out to the LOBBY and loudly told me in front of the reception desk (two women were there) and in a public space. This is PHI, this is information that can be sensitive and you can cause harm by turning someone away in front of others because of their weight. Why would he have not had the wherewithal to take me to a room in the back or whisper AT THE VERY LEAST. I found that to be very unprofessional, awkward and it left a very bad taste in my mouth. I already face a lot of discrimination for my size when it comes to the health field. I dont need to come in contact with service providers that do no make efforts to preserve my dignity and be respectful. So this is a warning to other plus size patients, dont go to the one in Polaris. Go to the one in Dublin. The staff is friendlier and they treat you with dignity and respect.

Getting an MRI is a pleasant experience at Polaris location. Stacy makes the experience comfortable and the front desk staff is so nice and helpful.

Excellent service at a fantastic price! I had to squeeze in an MRI before the end of the year, and they went out of their way to make sure that I got the necessary pre-approval and scheduled me with short notice. The procedure went very smoothly and was FAR cheaper than Ohio Health or Mount Carmel quoted me. Highly recommend.

My husband had MRIs done today at the Polaris location. We were met by professionals from the moment we walked through the door. They were polite, prompt, and efficient. We were even called back (after we had left) to suggest an additional scan that should be done. Scheduled us later in the day for that.If we need other MRIs, this is the place we will go!

Cant say enough about this place. Everyone, from the reception person from the technician to the doctor were friendly and accommodating. I went in there because of a wrist injury, and the technician running the machine made me feel right at home. The doctors report was right on point, and nailed exactly what my injury was.A+

First of all, be aware that nowhere on the building is there a sign identifying the business as ProScan Imaging.As the photo shows, business is identified as Polaris Open MRI. Go figure.Overall experience with this business was good however this company does not play by the typical procedures of in-network providers.Although my insurance plan has zero copay, this companys policy is to collect full amount at time of service.They do offer a slight discount if you pay in full and they will allow you to split payments if necessary, without any discount.Forever and a day, my experience has been that I go to a medical or service provider, they perform the services, they submit billing to insurance company, I receive an EOB stating the negotiated discounted out-of-pocket charges if deductible has not been met, then provider sends a bill for the balance due. I then pay the bill.Other than that little billing quirk my experience with this company was good with very nice people to get you checked in and the technician to get the job done.

I arrived at my appointment 15 minutes late due to heavy traffic. I fully expected to have to reschedule, but the staff took me in right away. The appointment was quick and efficient and I was on my way in an hour. Very professional staff.

In and out in under an hour. If you are claustrophobic like me their Open MRI machine makes it much easier to get through the experience as well. Saved hundreds off other locations rates as well.
