My appointment was scheduled at 9:00. I was literally there at 8:30. People came in and out after me and was seen promptly. 10:00’rolled around and I asked the reception to verify my appointment. She said it was scheduled for 9:00. I asked her how much longer before I was seen, she said another 15min. I said no ma’am.. backed up or not I’m not waiting another minute. Horrible.. so hate MACH referred me here!Had to reschedule a week out on a Saturday

I explained that I a claustrophobic but they didn’t have an open MRI. The attendant REEKED of smoke. He also did not give any briefing and when I had a panic attack he took his Time getting me out. I would never go there again!

I didnt feel comfortable here at all. It said on my sheet that i have anxiety. Im claustrophobic. He asked about it. I said yes i have anxiety. This place is supposed to have a open MRI. But now that Im looking back, i dont believe the one he put me in was a open MRI. Not only that, i could barely get up after it was done because my back hurt so bad. He didnt help me up or ask if i was okay. Some people dont need to be in this field of work. He needs to find a new job.

Staff here is really kind but I was given a price for a CT and then I was billed for more, even though I was told I wouldnt be billed for more, especially not $500+ more since the self pay option was way less than that. Had I known this, I wouldve self paid instead of paying a higher rate through insurance. I know the healthcare industry exists to rip people off but I was really shocked and disappointed considering I received great customer service up until then, when they gave little negotiation with payment plans and didnt care that I was given the wrong amount.

Waited 40 minutes after appointment time before being seen. Staff allowed other caregivers to accompany patients, but they wouldnt let me accompany my wife to see out ultrasound. Unbelivable.

The wait might take a while, but it is worth it. The Doctors take time with you as a patient and really fix the problem. They will referrals and follow up with professionalism and diligent care for thier patients. Highly recommended!!

I prefer CDC over all other local options. My husband and I have had multiple visits with always great experiences. A bonus is the ease with which you can obtain copies of reports.

Very inefficiently managed office. I called three times asking for my financial responsibility and no one returned my call. I get there and am told I have a large amount due. I suggest going elsewhere.

I liked the ultrasound tech, she was very nice and professional. I guess on the day I went, their computer system was down, but it was still not too bad of a wait considering how many people were there. The billing department, however were rude and rushed me. Im ill, Im moving slow, thats why I was here, dont treat people with disdain when you are supposed to be helping them.

They refused to file with Tricare insurance because I have insurance under my former last name even though I had the Tricare authorization in my hand. They refused to file with either insurance company and made me pay $650 out of pocket. I have already filed a complaint with Tricare (Humana East) and will also be discussing this issue with the referral management out of MACH. Hopefully no one else has to deal with the money grabbing business.Edit: They finally filed with Tricare and my other insurance after being contacted by Tricare. They have also been paid by Tricare, but they refuse to refund me my money.

Service was horrible. I was treated like less than. The female Misty was rude and dry, but they wanted and took my money. Just because youre in a low income area doesnt give you the right to treat people like they are. Misty needs to find another job if she dont like the one she has. She going to rub the wrong person the wrong way one day.

Horrible! Appt scheduled for 2:45..after 4 and still have not been called to the back after checking in and paying the co-pay.. My suggestion is to make sure you have your doctors orders when checking in at CDC because if not, theyll ask if you have them with you, and if you dont, theyll just say ok, well call you when were ready...nothing else..after almost an hour of waiting, I went to the front desk and asked what was taking so long, they stated they were waiting for the doctor to fax the orders over but they werent able to speak to anyone..she asked would I like to try to call.. I called explained the situation.. They stated they faxed the info over.. CDC still said they didnt receive anything.. I went to the doctor myself to pick up the orders and the time stamp and confirmation # of faxed orders showed 3:19..Mind you..it is AFTER 4 PM..CDC staff couldnt explain what the delay was.. Rude and will not bother communicating with you if you dont communicate with them.

I have had two imaging tests done here in the past. The first was a great experience but the second was awful. Front reception desk was great. My male MRI technician was groosly unsympathetic and cold. The MRI was being done on my neck but a more recently diagnosed rotator cuff tear was my problem during this particular MRI. I explained my left shoulder could not completely fall back and if we could prop it up slightly. Denied. My elbow? Denied. I was only offered a call to the doctor for something to help me relax or to reschedule a different type of test if I couldnt make it through the MRI. I explained why I couldnt take pain medication and he seemed annoyed. I knew I had to suck it up to get the best images possible...this is the best of the best imaging tests. I wiggled around trying to find the least painful position with him standing over me with nothing more to say than let me know when you are ready. I asked if I could use my other arm to grasp my left wrist to hold up my arm slightly. This was my only solution that he agreed to and I kept silent as I wondered the difference between that and a towel or pillow. I almost didnt make it through the test. Couldnt hold my arm for that long. Wondered how bad the images were due to my movement trying to hold my arm up, shaking from the pain, hyperventilating breathing pattern from crying and trying to breath through my snot. He didnt even offer me a hand to get up off the table knowing I couldnt use my arm. Nor did he offer me a tissue to wipe the tears and snot. Only time my shoulder pain has been a 10/10 was during this test and I am a tough cookie. Shoulder Surgeon was shocked by my story and assured me I could have been and SHOULD have been accommodated. For his MRI...he sent me to Bridgeway in Phenix City.As a registered nurse, I know the roll compassion, patience, good service and care play on patient outcomes. These imaging tests are one of, if not THE most important tools that doctors utilizes to diagnose and treat their patients. If it is not done correctly, what might your doctor miss?Tracy Gilchrist

Ive been here on more than one occasion and quite frankly certain receptionists can be a bit impolite and unprofessional. As a result, your visit can be a bit distressing and awkward to say the least. I expected all patients to be treated kindly, but obviously thats not the case at this center. The wait time and services rendered is another issue as well.
