I have been utilizing the Physicians office for several years. Staff is Friendly and helpful from sign in to check out. Keep up the good work. I wish I could remember all the names but Dr Sims and Leigh Ann Barbaree NP are amazing!

I’ve been seeing Dr. Chipman for several years now. He’s attentive, knowledgeable, and practical.The other staff members at the practice are also very nice and professional.

Dr Gregory Parker is my 84 year old father’s physician and he was my mother’s doctor prior to her death in April 2021. He is a very caring and extremely knowledgeable physician. He really takes the necessary time to understand his patient’s health. If only there were more doctors like Dr Parker. I am eternally grateful that he is my father’s doctor and my mother absolutely adored him, after all she was the one who recommended Dr Parker to my father. Let me not forget the friendly staff at Horizon Diagnostics, especially the staff that works closely with Dr Gregory Parker.

Horizon Diagnostics is great for anyone seeing good medical care where multiple doctors and a nurse practitioner are available. My doctor is awesome, but he’s retiring soon. I’m confident that another doctor in the practice will serve me well, going forward.

Everyone - from the front desk to the physician - at this facility is friendly, effective and efficient! They listen and genuinely care about you and meeting your needs. They see you as a person; not a “problem”.

They are quick, courteous and very efficient. Here with Dr Michael Sims and LeighAnn Barbaree,NP, these two are a magnificent Duo. They are very attentive , caring and go Beyond and Above as just being themselves. Wouldnt have chosen no one else. I love them both ❤

Kristen has always taken the time to sit and talk with me during our appointments. I have never frlt rushed or like she didnt believe what I was telling her. She answers all of my questions and makes me feel welcome in her office. I appreciated that during my initial visit she recommended doing all the normal blood work just to make sure everything was good and to have a starting base line in my care with her. Any other place I went never did that until there was an issue or I was sick so knowing what my normal was compared to that instance wasnt a possibility. I would recommend her over and over again.

Dr. Kettelhut refused to refill a prescription for my 68 year old mom while she is visiting me in FL. Instead, she insisted that my mother risk potential exposure to COVID-19 by going to an urgent care facility in the most populated county in FL -- or at least thats what the office manager told us; we never actually spoke to the doctor. While we understand the doctor cannot practice telemedicine because she is only licensed in GA, my mother was only asking for a refill for a previously-prescribed medication for a chronic skin condition from which she suffers. While the office staff was stiffly polite, they were altogether unhelpful and ultimately simply refused to help my mom. I suppose its a nice clinic if you dont need to get in touch with the doctor often, and certainly dont leave the state to visit your family!

They give great service, when you get them on the phone. If you want to be seen prepare to be on hold at least 30 minutes to just make an appointment.

I was looking for a primary care doctor when I reached out to my friend who told me about Dr. Kettelhut. First of all everyone in the office is so sweet and patient. Dr. Kettelhut is so sweet and amazing! I was nervous but she made me feel very welcome. She listened to my concerns and she was very interested! I would definitely recommend her and recommend Horizons Diagnostics!

Me and my family have been going to this practice for over a decade. Dr. Bush and his staff are always professional and accommodating, almost as though theyre family. The most recent experience which prompted me to write this was calling in for a refill. The person on the phone (Laloni) was no different from what Ive come to expect with her compassion, especially considering the circumstances of Covid. She met my needs with tact and didnt make me feel like I was a burden. I look forward to future correspondence with her and the rest of Horizons for years to come.

Prompt, cheerful, competent service. With anappointment for a doctor visit or for lab work, I typically am seen at my appointment time. Lab work is very quick. Physician and staff are professional and genuinely concerned for my well being.I have been going here for 25+ years and continue to be satisfied with my medical care.

Dr Sims and his nurse Ginger are the best. They are caring people. Knowledgeable, listen to you and follow up. Hes been in practice long enough to know what he is doing. If your lucky enough to be able to see him you should jump on it 😍

I was a patient of one of the physicians in this group for 1.5 years. I left to see another family care physician in another group practice. After that, I wanted to return to my Horizons Diagnostics physician. When I phoned to make an appointment, the somewhat snarky person who answered the phone there looked up my records. She told me that I had been discharged from the practice and repeated it. She told me that I would never ever be permitted to see ANY physician in the Horizon Practice Group. There is a lifelong ban on me from them. Horizon professes to practice Christian values. It seems that they are unaware of the prodigal son, or in this case, the prodigal patient. When I left this practice, my bill was paid and there were no hard feelings.I am making this post for those Horizon patients who may not be aware of this ban.

Office staff is courteous and friendly. When I call in I continue to get a friendly voice on the other end!
