Showed up at 1:45pm for my wifes 2pm appointment, there was no one in the lobby and we waited till 2:55pm to see if someone would show up and no one did. We waited 1 month for this first appointment and couldnt even start it because no one welcomed us or decided to show up. If i could give 0 stars i would.
