I had the pleasure of working with Michelle for almost a year. I came to her at a time when I was really, really struggling.She is so kind and patient. She is genuinely interested in her clients well being. She helped me put myself back together. She encouraged me when I couldnt encourage myself. Most importantly she challenged me to dive deep into my think patterns, and pushed me to see how I could grow.Scheduling was easy and flexible. Beyond 5 stars if I could! When I began to see Michelle, my life was in shambles and I was beyond distraught. So much felt like it was going wrong, more so than right. I highly recommend Michelle Jones if youre looking for a therapist who cares. When I was dealing with a bought of severe anxiety, she was able to recommend helpful resources to aid in my recovery. She has a kind demeanor and is readily available for assistance.

I wouldnt recommend Michelle Jones to anybody I care for. I feel like I was pranked. What type of councilor would do a couples counciling session over the phone and hang up on a client within 5 min of the call? She caused more problems than she helped. Just because I disagree with diagnosing an Adult ( or a child) with A.D.D! She spoke more than we did. How can you diagnose someone within 1.05 sessions? She didnt even take the time to listen to what our life has been like within 7 yrs. Ive never heard a professional tell me how professional they were in the same breath as them telling a client you came to my practice, I didnt come to you. Her ego is too big to be a councilor. And as far as professional, how are you professional and you cant manage 1 hours time with a paitent?.. she wanted to diagnose someone with anxiety then rush them off the phone due to her being 15mins late to a phone session and 3 mins over our session to get to her next session. I think she needs a therapist.
