I have a toddler with special needs and we are unfamiliar with glasses and understanding the prescriptions. Sterling was amazing to work with. She was very patient with my toddler and was incredibly generous with her attention diverting efforts to ensure we would get the right frames as well as the position of her eyes to be measured properly. I cant say enough nice things about how genuinely kind and caring Sterling is to work with We will definitely return! The only area of improvement would be for their corporate office to send the plastic flexible frame glasses gear towards toddlers. Mariam was so friendly and gave excellent service. She was funny, sweet, and even had some jokes when I cut up some.Dr Noble waited for us. He was supposed to leave at 330. Our appointment was at 3. Dr noble waited for us to get there when I was already about 20 minutes late when I called to see if we could still be seen that day. When we were done with the exam, he looked at my daughter, who is 10, and told her “you were worth waiting for!” having no clue that we lost her daddy (my husband) to suicide just in September. It was such a moving sentence for her, and for me. He doesn’t know how much warmth he put on our hearts with just that one phrase. I cried for a minute, but tears of love. I’ll never choose anywhere else, as long as I’m able.Also, I can’t forget Karyn, who was super professional and quick with the paperwork.

Called for an appointment for my 13 yr old son. First I want to say this was the first eye glass place I called that the person to answer the phone was so sweet. Sorry,I didnt get her name but other eye places when they answered the phone was so rude and did not act like they wanted to give me any kind of help. They were all so friendly here at eyeglass world and our first experience here was great and thanks for that. Melissa c. was amazing at helping us pick out my sons glasses. She went above and beyond to help. We will be back thanks for the friendly and helpful experience.

Absolutely in LOVE with this location! Everyone was extremely friendly and answered any questions I had. I had crushed my pair of glasses and went in for a new pair, while I was there, Vicki, the general manager fixed my broken pair and told me to come by today to grab a temporary pair to hold me until my real glasses were made. She was outstanding! I will be going here from now on!

We had a great experience here! The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable! We were helped by Karen and Sterling and they were very kind and helpful.

My days/hours at work are completely erratic and never the same from week to week, therefore it is sometimes hard for me to schedule any type of appointments. Routinely, I ask doctor’s offices to please schedule me, but to add me onto the cancellation list (whenever a patient cancels their appointment the office gives you a call), which is exactly what I did with Eyeglass World. Well let me just say, a lot of businesses say they will do it, but I never get a cancellation call. Eyeglass World on the other hand not only did what they said they would do, but they CONTINUED to call me (approximately four times in 10 days) even though I continually had to keep saying “no” because I was working, yet it never once deterred them! Eyeglass World went above and beyond to get me in to be seen….BRAVO‼️And I want to also say what an excellent Assistant Manager (Sterling Johnston) they have that also goes above and beyond. I came in one day (without appt.) to see if something could be done about an adjustment to one of my contacts. They were extremely busy, but Sterling made sure I got what I needed (while waiting on two other people and answering the phones) in a timely manner‼️Eyeglass World…as far as I can tell you have some really good employees right now which makes for some really happy customers! I went to get 2 pairs of glasses but the lady there, Sterling, gave us a deal for a single pair! I got cool looking glasses, anti-glare, and a 1 year warranty for only $25! I would definitely go there again for a great deal on glasses :)

First time here and I recommend to anyone. Everyone was polite, caring and helpful. The place was nice, clean and quiet! My 10 year old son had his heart set on a pair but they didnt fit his face just right and they made sure to find ones almost exactly like the ones he picked. So he went home a very happy kid! Will definitely be going back!

Optometrist was great, however whoever job it was to explain to me the difference between polarizing, etc. missed the mark! Im a first time eye glass wearer so I wasnt familiar with the terminology and she did an AWFUL job explaining the difference to me so I have a ugly little block inside the lens. Gee thanks, Eyeglass world. Will use another company next time.

They do not have an optometrist on duty during all open hours. You do need an appointment for eye exams and to pick up your glasses. They are checking Temps and require masks. Love my new glasses and see so much better. Had my exam at My Eye Doctor but Eyeglass World filled my RX.

Poor service all around. I requested a refund of $160.. they said they processed it . 3 weeks later still no refund. Bank says nothing came through. So to eyeglassworld im just out of $160. Recently I went for my eye appointment with them .. I get there and they tell me oh its canceled because the doctor isnt hereWould you like to reschedule? Like huh?? Im just done. Good luck If you decide to deal with them. Very unprofessional!

Sterling was incredibly helpful. She helped me pick out a new frame that looked great and was covered by insurance. Never before have I found a cute frame in minutes.Everyone has been great. I had a later appointment and needed new lenses before I leave for an out of town business trip tonight. Even though its getting towards the end of the day and the lady who is doing the lenses leaves soon, she said they could get mine done today. They understood how important it was to me to have them. Hands down the best place!

Make sure the people at the front desk understand how to verify insurance. I was told I could order contacts through them and they would be delivered to my home. After waiting over a week with no updates I called only to find out no order was ever placed because my insurance isnt accepted.

So besides these people charging about 3x what the other opticians are charging in town they have the exact opposite of BKs moto, Its our way or the highway. Id suggest maybe checking out the highway option atleast.

My son received an exam last year. Took him back this year, to pick out new frames for his unexpired prescription. They couldnt find it. Gave them all the info needed; but my time was still wasted, without apology. Knew that I had a hard copy at home somewhere. Grabbed it and took it back to them. They still couldnt find it in the system. The manager ? asked me if I was sure his present glasses were from their store? When I answered that I didnt believe that they were, I was told that if glasses arent purchased through them after an exam, they dont keep the prescription in the system. Why not when youre still a paying customer? That was inconsiderate, non-disclosed and poor taste in customer service. Ive never gone through this at any other office. After picking up my sons new glasses, we wont be a repeat customer.

Michelle was so great and helpful and I love my glasses. Everyone there is nice and helpful as well but Michelle and I bonded right from the start. I will always go to Eyeglass World and hope Michelle is there to help me she picked out the perfect pair of frames for me and lead me all the way through the process of getting glasses for the first time in my life. Michelle could tell I was very nerves since this was my first time picking out frames and she also could tell I wanted them to be a part of me not just something I put on to see I wanted them to look great I told her I could make my own self look stupid without paying for it and we had a big laugh. Well Im very happy with my glasses and the service Michelle gave me and I know she will be there if I need her help even though the glasses are already bought and on my face oh she also is going to help me with a pair of sunglasses as well. SHE IS WONDERFUL.

I use this place for my own eye care, and yesterday trusted them with both of my daughters for their eye exam needs. The Optometrist and staff were top notch! They truly cared about their eye health, and the great service followed through to even picking out their new glasses. My dad has began using them himself and loved the service, now my husband will be scheduling his first eye exam ever! This place is the best!

I paid over $400 for exam and eye glasses. Lens were not right when I picked them up. Had to wait several days and go back. Everything seemed good at first. I moved out of state a few months later and had problems. The lens kept popping out! Three times my son in law screwed the lens back in and than again today they popped out again. Paying $367 for the glasses and that is with my own frames, I should not keep having this problem. I would never go to this place again! Terrible! I have paid less for glasses and frames and they lasted a long time. Not these!

Dr. Ireland and his staff did a great job on my exam. The true shiningstars there have to be Cody and the young lady who works with Dr. Ireland. There was a minor issue and they quickly corrected the issue for me on a Saturday even.

So i get my eye exam on saturday. pick out a pair of glasses... was told they would be ready around 3pm.... go to pick up... put them on and cant see a thing!... gentleman investigated my exam... instead of +numbers input they we inputted Neg numbers completely opposite of the prescription...... so now its monday.... 5pm was told there was breakage of some sort would be ready tomorrow...... just wondering is this the exception or the norm..... ????

I have not had an eye exam since around 2008, so at the end of 2016, after my dog chewed up my glasses, I set an appointment for an eye exam and then lense/frame choices. Can definitely say I will always come back here. Everyone is super friendly and very helpful. Very comfortable atmosphere where they care about the customer. Have had another annual eye exam at the first of this year and they still remember who you are. A++!

They advertiseno hidden costs except for when you check out...the hidden costs come out. Then I was told that there was a military discount...until I looked at my receipt and found out..no military discount. And my glasses are so super special, that a store that says glasses same day takes 5-7 business days to make. Once one bad thing happens, the next bad thing feels like its been multipled several times worse.

So my dog ate my glasses last night.... not a joke, and Eyeglasses World was able to get the prescription off my chewed pair and make me 2 new pairs in less than 2 hours!! They were very professional and so friendly!

My first time going here and my experience was great. Everyone is extremely nice and helpful.I purchased a pair of Ray Bans and lenses for a little under $180 with my insurance. Thats a great deal considering how bad my vision is and my lenses can be very expensive. ID RECOMMEND THEM!

This is a good place for an eye exam and contacts/glasses. They have a awesome group of employees.

I found the staff to be extremely inviting! I felt quite comfortable. The staff made sure to assist me with selecting the best glasses that were reasonably priced and met my needs. They have a great variety of frames and really value what they do. It felt rewarding to attend a business who understood my vision insurance and were honest about what options were available to me. So I lost my glasses and I was using my last pair of contacts so I was in a hurry to get new one, but apparently my insurance wasn’t going to cover anything until June which was a hassle for me. So I decided to let them know that never mind I was not getting an eye exam because my last exam (which was with them) is not a year old yet. So I asked if I can buy a pair of glasses with the same prescription ( I didn’t wanted to get their contact because its crap, which is a whole different story) but they didn’t want me to get the glasses because I had to do another eye exam because my last exam is “too old”. Dude that’s not your problem I was in a freaking hurry but anyways they have lost me as a consumer and the people that I had recommend. And another thing that bother me was that he was keep asking if I had an appointment, I wouldn’t be there if I didn’t.

My frames had broken on a Friday evening. I was in a panic but knew I could not do anything until Monday. I went to my eyeglass store and they could not repair the frame and did not have an in-store lab. I had them give me my prescription and I went to the car to google a local store that had an in-store lab that was open at 9:00 AM. Most of the stores here do not open until 10:00. I found a store but they were not in network for my insurance. Then I found Eyeglass World!!Karen greeted me as I entered the store. They were in network and they have an awesome selection of frames. I found a pair of Coach frames that I liked so Karen assisted me in completing my order.Because I stare at a computer all day and have trouble driving at night I need the glare tint. They could not do this at the in-store lab. I was desperate because I cannot see without my glasses. In steps Cody, the store manager. He offered to make me temporary lenses that would work for me until he could get the glare tint lenses back from the lab. How AWESOME was that!!!! It took about a week for the lenses to get back from the lab. Karen gave me a call so I went by the store Saturday and Cody had my glasses ready.I am so pleased with the service I received but mostly I felt as if Karen and Cody went beyond the normal to help me. I thank them so much for the time and effort they took to help me. They did an awesome job and I have received so many compliments on my new glasses.

I saw Dr. Ireland, who was pleasant enough until he started talking about the decline of standards in public education, which he informed me was the Democrats fault. I dont care how old or wise he considers himself to be, I dont need political commentary with my eye exam.I rated two stars because the receptionist and other staff member who helped me were both friendly. However, the selection of frames and designers is limited, so I dont have any reason to go back to this office for glasses.
