The Axe house is fantastic. We took all of our employees to do something different. At first we were hesitant about renting a lane for two hours but turns out we were just getting started! Anyone can participate and everyone in our group had a blast. Thanks again, we look forward to out return!

I had the most fun at a networking event held at The Axe House! Such a neat venue//I love that you can bring your own refreshments and hang out and enjoy the space and throwing axes.......so fun! Can’t wait to go back—and even thinking about taking my 9 and 10 year olds.....

Great place. Staff was helpful and it’s a good place to spend an hour or two. Kinda pricey for the time but not excessively so.

The Good: Axe and knife throwing is a blast! The hour flew by. The tips that both instructors gave were extremely helpful. I would absolutely come back.The Bad: My throwing skills clearly need a lot of work!The Ugly: When we reserved a spot at 5 PM (they open at 5 pm) the directions clearly state to be there 15 min early for instructions. We were there 15 min early only to be greeted by a lock door and a dark building. We tried to call, no answer, no informative message.Finally at 5 minutes before the hour we were greeted by the snarky Brandy who quickly informed us that for the first appointment they dont open until 5 minutes before the hour.Maybe we are the first and only customers to misunderstand that although the policy is to arrive 15 minutes early the first appointment is different. Maybe not...Maybe Brandy was having a bad day and decided to take it out on us, leaving a bad taste in our mouth. Maybe not...Maybe if youre going to have a different policy from what is on your confirmation email you should effectively communicate it to your paying customer. Maybe not...

If you are looking for something to do around town, dont miss out! Reservations are required for the weekend, so grab your friends and head over for fun! They also give you the option to use throwing stars and knives with the axes. The staff is very knowledgeable to teach new people to throwing and are also very fun and friendly. Ive been a handful of times and its always a blast!

We booked a reservation for the top of the hour. Everything was going great. There were 4 of us and we had a 2 target lane. Of those 4 people 2 were our children who are young teenagers. At about 35-40 past the hour they brought in another party and had us share our lanes. I’ve never had this happen at other establishments. Then the WORSE part was that the “axe master” as he called himself was giving directions and literally threw the axe while my husband was retrieving his axe from the target. He missed and the axe bounced around, luckily not hurting my husband. The “axe master” said sorry and walked off. He didn’t even finish the safety instructions or how to throw for the new party. Then upon leaving the manager says I talked to him about it. Yet there wasn’t an apology nor a compensation or refund or anything. We will not be returning to this particular establishment.

While me and my group were very excited to go, as we received a gift card my family member bought at a silent auction for charity sadly the service we received was very poor. I will say the first person we spoke to was very kind. Unfortunately AJ was quite rude sexist and condescending. If I felt like taking more of my time away from whats really important in life i would proceed with further action. Too bad was a really great concept, wont be back while hes employed. Eventually if they keep him employed theyll have a lawsuit.

Our first time in, Staff was grumpy. We tipped well considering we paid $20/hour per person and its not like they were making bar tender wages, had a group of 3 and were placed on a booth of 2 targets, while there was a booth of 3 targets next to us. With paying as much as we were we asked if we could move to the booth of 3 and they told us no, because there was a group of 6 walking through the door at the moment, they did not have reservations and could have been split up between two or 3 booths because there was space the whole time. We had a good time but didnt feel like the money we spent was efficiently used, Especially with the unnecessary attitude from the staff toward myself and my friends.

Staff was knowledgable, helpful, and kind. Building is nice and clean, and theres plenty of space. I was still only mediocre at throwing, but 5 ⭐.

The service was amazing, and it was such a unique experience. The environment was super open and friendly, even to inexperienced axe throwers such as myself. They had sone good tips that really helped. Overall 10/10, would axe again.

I went there reluctantly and only planned on staying for 30 minutes, four hours later we had to leave because it was midnight and the place was closing. Most fun I have had in a long time. I will definitely be going back!

Great place to exercise along with learning the sport of axe throwing and star throwing. It can be dangerous, but still fun to do.
