I mailed the renewal application and a new application and they claim they havent received any of them. Ive been eating for my meds for several weeks. Ive done everything that was required if me and all I get is the run around. Its not worth all the agitation and aggravation. Good luck to anyone whos reading this and decided that welvista was a good choice! I hope that you have a better experience and actually get your meds. I would give zero stars if I could. Im very dissatisfied with their service.

Didnt give one star because they do help me afford my medication, but everything else would get 0 stars. On several occasions it has taken me over a week to actually be able to talk to a person instead of leaving a message. This is with both me and my mom calling to try and help me out while Im at work and cant call. Also re-ordered all my prescriptions using the automated service a couple days after the date it says to call and were told they have been added and will be shipped. Call a few days later when I didnt recieve my insulin and was then told they are expired and never sent..... and during the times that I cant get in touch with someone not a single one of my messages (not sure exactly how many over the the period Ive used welvista but at least 5 or 6 separate occasions) has ever been returned. I kind of need my insulin and would be great if the people responsible for it could try a little harder.

An amazing company that helps so many people who need it. Without Welvista, South Carolina would have so many in pain without the wherewithal to get the medicines they need.
