Customer service is unreal. I forego using the big store’s apps because the interactions are THAT delightful. They also deliver.

Great pharmacy. the pharmacist (sorry forgot his name, begins with letter T) was very helpful and explained my benefits to me very thoroughly. Unlike other big name pharmacies Ive dealt with in the past, I didnt have to wait forever to be seen, and I was treated with respect. Id give 5 more stars if it were an option.

As most can agree, waiting for the pharmacist to fill a simple Rx can be a time consuming process . Not at Ultra Care. I have been having my Rx filled here for more than a year, and refuse to go anywhere else. Not long ago, my Rx was changed and as a result we had to get approval from my insurance company. Ultra Care handled the situation and, made sure I got my medication without missing a dose. Same situation happened several years ago at a larger, well known pharmacy. I had to handle the issue myself and, did not get my Rx for two days. Ultra Care staff is not only caring and professional but, they provide the kind of service that makes a customer feel like they are the pharmacist s only concern. That makes a huge difference when one isnt feeling well. They provide the kind of personalized care you cant get at a larger pharmacy. Also, they have never run out of my medications. By far the best pharmacy I have dealt with in years.

Very slow on mailing out prescription on Thursday I paid for my prescription thinking it was going to be put in the mail the same day they never process the prescription or payment I called back on Wednesday I was told they normally take three to four business days to receive this prescription I live 27 miles from store and I had to end up reprocessing my information again and the prescription had to be sent overnight probably wont use them again.

Prescription didn’t work. I don’t believe it was mixed correctly. I had to call the doctor to get the prescription filled again.. and I went to another location to get the correct stuff. Totalwaste of 40 dollars. Won’t be back again.

Fellow Columbians,I would like to share the name of a pharmacy in Hickory Ridge that most of you have probably never heard of (until now). They are called UltraCare Pharmacy and trust me when I say they are by far the best pharmacy Ive ever been to and why everyone should undoubtedly transfer their prescriptions there today!From inception, I was made to feel important, respected, and comfortable. The customer service provided by the pharmacists themselves is second to none. Just today I called to check on a prescription and upon first ring, Neil (who is amazing!) answers the phone knowing that its me on the line. I know its just call waiting, but I mean, who does that?Each and every time I have something ready for pickup they call to inform me ahead of time. There are so many minute personal touches about this place that gives it a warm and friendly vibe.Oh, and did I mention that they DELIVER???Well they do!!Who does that either? Especially with a smile.Nobody thats who.And no, I have not been compensated in any form for this glowing review.I just thought you should know about this place.

When there was a mix up with my mother in laws medication, the doctor was able to contact Ultra Care and they filled a prescription for her in minutes! Such a life saver. The staff was kind and very attentive to our needs.

The proprietor is incredibly kind and was able to fill my prescription in just a few minutes.
