I called pharmacy and allowed phone to ring for over 5 minutes no answer. I called again next day and on minute 7 they picked up.I called to see if I were to walk-in as encouraged by an email just received for a Covid Booster what a good time would be. I was advised no walk-ins were being taken and I could try again tomorrow. All available appointment slots filled and walk-ins only taken should one cancel. Walk-ins could wait all day and not be seen.Giant should not encourage walk-ins and solicit so heavily for a service they cannot honor.

Pharmacy was unfortunately out of my medication and had already ordered another round. The pharmacist overheard and got me an equivalent dose to carry me over to tomorrow. Very professional and excellent service.

The disorganization. Every time I come here they mess something up. Almost like they dont want you to have your medication.

I went there to collect prescription sent well in advance a day ahead. And this complaint relate specifically to the the Man (pharmacist). I barely could talk which I told him clearly due to oral surgery just an hour ago. Inspire of this he delayed it, and when I came back made me speak multiple times even though I told him I had oral surgery. I had multiple medications and on asking for direction on dosage, he asked which one and Mae eke speak again. I guess if I am taking multiple medications, it is for al of them!Absolutely shoddy guy. And in my observation he also delayed the medication for an old woman just before me in the queue. She mentioned she was told it was ready but he made her wait for at least 15-20 minutes.This pharmacist guy was on duty 12/14/2020 at around 8:30 PM EST. Absolutely rubbish!

The last thing these people wanna do is give you your medicine. They make you jump thru every hoop they can think of. Its always a long wait and they are the rudest people on earth. Just changed pharmacys and i will never come back here again. And a word of advice....try hiring people from the area and hire people who like doing the job. If your looking for a pharmacy DONT COME HERE!!

My doctor called in a prescription last week. in the morning. I went to pick it up that afternoon and was told they do not have the drug in and it was expected the next day. It was not there the next day either. Tonight, I went in to pick up my prescription for blood pressure meds and was told the drug was in but had not been filled yet. I dont know what has happened to this pharmacy. It used to be a very good pharmacy.

I’ve never had a problem here until about a month ago when I had a bad experience with an extremely rude older male pharmacist. I felt belittled by him, so I now absolutely refuse to go to the counter if he is there and I’m considering switching pharmacies. It’s unfortunate because everyone else has been great!

I wish I could give them zero stars... They work extremely slow, they have an attitude when you ask questions and they rarely answer the phone. Not sure if they are understaffed or theyre just incompetent - they need a solid manager to handle this customer oriented business.

Absolutely rude staff. I called before I left home and I was told that medicine is ready for pick up. When I reach there to pick up they told me I have to wsit 45 mins and after an hour they told me that they need to see my insurance card which was already in there system.I am changing my pharmacy they not worth anything.

Would give it no stars if I could. They put out mediocre produce and their pharmacy is worse than awful, I don’t even have words to describe the disgrace.

They are the most incompetent pharmacy Ive ever been to. They cancel prescriptions then reorder it. The wait is terrible. Their employees are overworked everything is terrible in this place.
