I’ve been going to Jessica Tidwell for three years now and I love her.... she takes her time with me and answers all my questions I never feel rushed. She is very kind and helpful and has made a huge difference in the quality of my life since I started seeing her. I see her at the Columbia office however I have drove to Dickson to see her if I need to witch is a long drive but she is worth the drive.... I highly recommend her to everyone

Great doctor knows what hes doing.this place is clean. Not very long waits. Has wheelchair accessible bathrooms. The secretaries are nice. The nurses and all staff and doctors actually treat you like human beings instead of looking at you like your some drug head off of the street. They actually care about their patients.

Great doctors and nurses. Clean office and friendly receptionists. Do wish NPC had stayed on Hatcher Ln though. They were quicker and you got in and out a lot faster.

So see a lot of angry people, some are justified and some are not.1, Any pain Clinic in the state of TN is required by law to perform random pill counts, and drug testing to be in compliance with state and federal guidelines and regulations. The recommended time frame is 60-90 days for both. Most PMGs decide to do them for every patient usually every other visit for urine labs, and pill counts every time.2. It doesnt matter if you passed a drug test two days ago at another clinic. If you are a new patient to a PMG, the law requires them to do an initial drug screen.3. Yes, they are required by law to ask you if you have been convicted of operating a vehicle under the influence of narcotics, or other such crimes. It goes into a state database where the DEA monitors what and how much they are prescribing for you.4. Physicians are allowed to prescribe you either Controlled Psych meds (anti psychotics, BZDs, etc) or Pain management medication (Narcotics in most cases). Another law established to prevent abuse.5. Per any PMG contract you sign, they state that you may be asked for a supervised drug test, meaning an open door, empty pockets, etc. If you sign the contact, you are agreeing to their terms. Considering all PMGs do this to avoid complications with potential contamination or falsifying the test, nothing to be upset over.6. Pill counts are regularly required. Its just part of the prevention of abuse in TN.7. No physician is required to give you pain medication that they feel in their judgement is not appropriate for your condition. This can be discussed with them or having a PCP or another specialist contact them and discuss it directly, but you are not entitled to 20mg Oxycodone for your arthritic ankles.

You are a number not a patient. Extraordinary long wait times 2.5 hours to 3 hours! Will write a prescription for you to take prior to injections then following month are upset that you have that medication in youry urine?!?!Billing- One bill is for office visit (which is 9 to 12 months behind & they say they are billing primary and secondary insurance but they dont) The other bill is for urine tests, these are outrageously high $1000 & up and they are performed by CPS which is all the same group! II am a retired registered nurse and practiced hospital bedside nursing in a large hospital in Fla. for nearly 30 yrs. I recall early in my nursing career in caring for chronic pain patients that I became judgmental toward my patients and was not as caring as I should have been. The hospital began to send the nursing staff to “Pain Management” classes at which we were to attend every 6 months and it did change my outlook with these patients. I became more compassionate towards them.....NOW - I am that patient...I had been going to Comprehensive Pain Management Clinic for 3 yrs. since moving to Spring Hill, Tenn. I was well cared for and treated with respect and dignity the first 2 1/2 years under the care of Dr. Tolman and nurse practitioner Joanne. After Joanne left - a few months ago -I was scheduled to see Dana Carter, Nurse Practitioner. She was unfriendly and lacked any compassion or empathy. After my 2nd appointment I felt that she was viewing me suspiciously. Because of my nursing background it was easy to pick up...it troubled me as I had never had any difficulty prior to seeing her and it was obvious that she did not have my best interest at heart ...I requested to see the other practitioner in the office. I was told over a four month period that I could not change practitioners by the front desk staff and that it was against the rules....My June 2019 appointment I seen Dana. I went to check out and the staff at the desk informed me that I was to see Dr. Ladson, whom I had never met before. I asked her what Dana’s reason was for me to see him and she replied “I don’t know.”I went to pick up my prescription and it was for 2 weeks which did not anger me...instead I was upset that she had me in the room and never shared with me that I was to see Dr. Ladson and why...that she was faxing a change in my med and why......common courtesy and good communication skills required in patient care...Nursing teaches us to inform patients of changes in care.. My appointment with Dr. Ladson was on July 8th. I found him to be very pleasant. ...when asked if there was anything else I needed..... I shared my concerns about Dana Carter and that I felt she was targeting me. He informed me that their was no rule about changing practitioners and I was free to see the other... My appointment was set by the main office to be with Linda on July 15th. Dana came in with her computer and began to ask me questions as if to conduct the appointment...I said “ I am to see Linda today.”. She proceeded to talk and continue... I got up and said I would change the appointment.. It was obvious by her facial expression that she was angered.. as was I. I reminded her of the need to communicate with her patients of new orders or changes in care.. and why...She said she does this and I said “ you did not with me”. ..”the staff at the desk tells me of your orders”....She continued to defend herself and I said “Dana that is not true.” This would NEVER had happened if the appointment had been handled as I requested and was informed would be— to see Linda.....Shortly after Dana left the room Morgan, her med assist, . came in the room and said “ Dana has dismissed you from this clinic”. I had decided to let it go until I visited my primary caregiver today..and she shared with me the letter sent to her from Dana stating how she discussed with me non-opioid treatment and other plans of treatment and that I was not interested. (A new practitioner was in the room and if she tells the truth Dana did not say any of this) ..She stated that she dismissed me from the clinic.....this conversation NEVER happened..My primary knows me well and was troubled when I told her of my treatment concerning Dana. Dana marked on my dismissal letter 3 occurrences that I explained to Dr. Ladson and I have NEVER had outside fills! Dana simply lies. I will now not let this go...As a veteran nurse I know I have rights as a patient. I request a meeting with Dr. Schneider and Dr. Ladson ASAP. You have my number.

Definitely a kind staff! Unfortunately with all the overdoses and drug abusers it has made there job harder and I can tell the stress level seems higher for all the staff. If you stick to the rules and take your medication as prescribed they will definitely work with you. If you dont and your pill count is off they dont have much of a choice but to dismiss you because everyday there job is on the line. I like this place but you dont seem to get there full attention and they look at everyone as a possible drub abusers!

My name is Anthony DR. Muench is the best pain management doctor I have ever seen. He has helped me tremendously. Along with pain medicine he always tries other ways to help alleviate my pain. I have a medtronic pain pump implanted along with a Boston scientific spinal cord simulator that help control my pain. I have seen many pain doctors but DR. Muench is the only one who is getting to the bottom of why I hurt so much. I have had several back fusions along with other back surgreries and I thank the Lord for Dr. Muench. One more thing all his staff are excellent but Sandy and Gina are so awesome God bless them both.

I had my older pills that I had gotten at a different drug store in with my pills that I had gotten at different drug store the month before but anyway I was getting my meds not just my pain meds at the cheapest drug store due to my insurance making me file an appeal so during that time I was waiting on the decision I had to pay cash myself for my meds. So I searched out the cheapest place that I could afford. So yes they were different but they were mine!! I told them where I had them filled but they told me that those pills shouldnt have been in that bottle!! Hell I didnt know or didnt think about the pills being different I just know they were mine and it didnt matter to them if they were mine or not! They dismissed me!I think that was ridiculous. They shouldve called and searched for a confirmation that they were mine! But they didnt seem to be interested in spending time doing it! They told me that I could do it but thats what I pay 250.00 a visit for. For them to actually do what I need them to do for me. Its not my job to do the work for me its theirs.so I took the dismissal and will go somewhere else when I win my appeal!! I think its ridiculous the way they do people! Its like it doesnt matter what you tell them they gonna do what they want. They put me on fentanyl patches and they helped but not enuf that I wanted to stay on them. To be honest I was scared of them. So I told her that I didnt want them anymore..she would not take me off of them!!! She sad well talk about that next month then that next month she wanted to be petty and dismissed me! So I think she didnt want me to go back down off those and just picked that reason for a dismissal!! But thats OK Ill go somewhere else to a place that actually listens to the patients.

UNDERCOVER REPORT: Today at CPS I endured complete DISREGARD of My constitutional rights, at CPS you ARE guilty each month Untill proven innocent, via urine or blood test AND searched (visual), pockets must be emptied on Exam table then you get to give them a bolidly fluid sample in a filthy bathroom without even a sink to wash your hands. The person that saw me WAS NOT a MD. She was half as old as me but acted like she knew Everything about chronic sickness and pain. Have you Ever been arrested? she asked along with other moronic Non medical facts, probing for some Unknown reason about facts not revalent to my situation. She pretty much ignored most of the information I revealed ( from 19 yrs of medical treatment by a REAL MD) and used the same old story that the STATE requires us to say these things. My prior 4 Years of Drug testing was ignored and The office DID NOT have my records nor what my illness was(she said all they told her was my hand hurt). They had 2 weeks to obtain SOME data, at least they could have made an effort. I was informed that my current pain meds were NOT really allowed in the combination that had been prescribed by a MD. (Who wont allow it?) I was also told that she signed a form stating that she would Not treat any other medical condition SO I would have to see TWO different doctors now!NOTICE: THE current healthscare opioid farce is changing EVERYTHING, YOUR rights are violated, you have to sign multiple documents and submit to Random Pill counts, drug tests and other Socialist tactics, of course they say You Dont Have to Comply BUT you will be denied medical care (pain meds etc.)This situation is out of control and its been going on for years now, I AM SORRY I DO NOT HAVE A ANSWER but CPS is not a viable option, By the way I have COMPLIED for Years Now And Never violated a agreement, contract or Drug Test, Ive HAD ENOUGH of being looked at like a Criminal. GODSPEED...
