I had a terrible time seeing Dr. Buchalter. He simply does NOT take the time to properly attend to his patients needs, and symptoms. But dont worry, hell certainly bill you correctly. I got charged $700 for him to look up my nose with a flashlight for all of 20 seconds to confirm that, yes, I do have polyps. Something I TOLD HIM I had. According to him, this counts as a nasal endoscopy.Save your time and money.

He didnt have much time to examine my nostrils and explain/discuss possibilities. I feel that I wasted my time and money. I am going to another specialist with the same questions.

I went to the office on little patuxent parkway in columbia md which is still open as of 06/04/18, first off I got there and the receptionist was rude and snappy. She took forever to get my insurance information together, and because of that which isnt my fault doctor buchalter told us we had to wait and hour and a half to be seen cause he was going to lunch, he was suppose to be seeing my 2 year old and I had my 5 and 6 year old with me, which was a mess trying to keep them calm, so he made us wait an hr and a half while he took lunch, and we got to the appointment on time which was really unfair, I asked if they could see us and he take lunch after he said no. So then an hr and a half later he sees my son for 3 mins barely checks him out and says come back for another appointment after is waiting for 2 hrs to be seen, this is crazy, I will never go back, hes awful so is the staff. The only reason Im giving one star is cause I have to.

I will not visit again. I felt rushed and like I was wasting his time or my problem was no big deal to him. Will be switching ENT offices immediately.
