Dr. Cook has been very patient with me and has been handling my injury with much care, however he seemed to be more concerned with my ankle injury rather then my metatarsal fracture. I believe we came up with a great solution and I will follow his instructions as I believe he is a good doctor. I still have concerns but he is comfortable addressing them. And I am so grateful to him for all his help.

I took my son with along with the xray done by radiologist and Dr. Cook looked at them, seemed confused and then recommended a boot. Very quick visit but he charged my insurance for two codes, first for new patient visit which makes sense and also for a code for surgery and follow-up visits (in advance). This doctor overcharged us and didnt respond to my complain letter. They just kept sending me statements and a last note before sending me for collection. I called the office and they justified the charge as being valid. At the follow-up visit, Dr Cook stated revising my sons ankle but the fracture was on his metatarsal. BE aware, bad doctor, bad practice, over charge, and zero customer service.

He was very polite , professional and I would definitely recommend him to anyone , the staff at the Columbia office are top notch

Took my daughter to this doctor. She is a gymnast and had issues with her foot. He spent about 3min with us and charged me over $300, with insurance. Totally useless appointment and highway robbery in terms of fees. Beware!

Dr Cook surgically repaired my broken ankle and helped me get back to work with a minimal recovery period. I am grateful for his handiwork!
