Today was my first visit to this office, and EVERYONE was professional, friendly, and very helpful. Dr. Young was very knowledgeable and listened patiently to my concerns and thoughts. From the front desk to the frame selection room, I was treated with respect and kindness. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

TI was to be a new customer and was given an appointment for about 3 weeks from the day I called. Since o never received a confirmation text or call, I called to make sure I did, in fact, have the right day and time. That being confirmed, I drove 30 min to the office. Upon arriving to a very small office, I was surprised to see all three staff members without masks. At almost 72, and in a hot spot for COVID,on the day after the Labor Day weekend and county fair, I thought it best to leave.

This is probably the first doctors office of any kind I have visited where everyone had a welcoming attitude! I took my oldest daughter there for an exam this morning and ALL the staff we encountered at her visit were super nice and professional! The optometrist was thorough and engaged. I made an appointment for my other daughter and I before we left!

Visited for my annual eye exam on 7/25 and received the typical outstanding service from the Primary Eyecare team.Beca did a great job on the various tests, Dr. Young did a thorough exam and we discussed the needed change in prescription. Picked out some new and exciting frames with Dawn’s wonderful assistance. Kelly quickly and efficiently took care of the insurance and financial components.The office was celebrating their Christmas in July promotion and I received a nice 25% discount on the new frames.This organization does a terrific job of taking care of their customers and they take pride in doing everything perfectly.All-in-all, another fantastic experience!!Thanks gang!!

Called into office with my 95 year old grandmother with an eye emergency. They came out to my car to help her in, were able to take her right back. Staff is friendly and extremely helpful.

This was my first exam with Dr.Pace and she is an excellent eye doctor. She was very thorough and took the time to explain everything. She even plucked a stray eyelash that was on a collision course with my cornea. The staff is also very helpful and I would highly recommend them to everyone.

Took my grandson in today for first appointment. He is 7 years old. They made him feel so at ease with the whole experience. Loved that office and staff, that I will make them my eye care provider.Thanks again

They are the absolute best at what they do!I have been going here for over 4 years and unfortunately will have to find a new doctor due to moving out of state. From the staff to the doctors they are all incredibly helpful, kind, patient, and most of all, caring. I have seen Dr. Young and she has been the best doctor Ive seen. My vision changes so much in such a small period of time. So much that I have to come back again and again to get my prescription taken and to try out new trials but even so, she is so patient and tries to help me find just the right amount so I can see without any problems. They have annual sales and throw little parties including snacks to make you feel welcomed. They also send you birthday cards which may sound unimportant but its the little details that go to show just how much they care about their customers. My last day going there, Kelly and Andrea hugged me and said they will miss me as their customer but what they dont know is I will miss them much more! I truly believe this is the best eye care clinic and believe once you start coming here you wont ever want to go anywhere else.

My husband and I travel almost 50 miles for our appointments at Primary Eyecare Group in Columbia. We happily make this journey twice a year because of the great service and professional staff in this office. I have been going to Primary Eyecare of Columbia since Dr Young started seeing patients there and have see Dr Walz once. Drs and staff have always been very kind and knowledgeable. I cant say enough positive things about them. Along with the Drs the staff have been friendly, helpful and knowledgeable at all times. i cant remember even once that I have not been greeted on the phone or in person with a kind word and smile by them. Though the majority of the time i have worked in the Franklin/Cool Springs area I have made it a point to continue seeing Primary Eyecare of Columbia because of the atmosphere in this office.
