Ladies at the front desk were so sweet, and very helpful. The doctor was amazing and very thorough. They helped my daughter pick out her first pair of glasses and encouraged her with each pair she tried on.

Everyone at Eyes on the Lake was very nice and professional. I was greeted immediately as I walked in the door. The technician was ready right away and was very friendly. He explained everything and answered any questions that I had regarding the tests he was doing on my eyes. The doctor was also very nice and thorough with my eye exam. He explained what was shown on the pictures of my eyes. He was very patient and didnt seem to be rushing at all. Susan (I only remember her name because its my middle name) helped me find a great pair of glasses with clip on sunglasses. My appointment was at 10:30 and I was back home before 11:30. I am very impressed with how easy it was to get an appointment and at how quickly I was seen, without having to sit and wait at all. Cant wait to get my new glasses.

If you have ever been to the doctors office you know how important it is to have professional staff no matter their job in that office. From technicians to secretaries they all are so important. They can make or break a practice. The staff at Eyes on the Lake are those that set the standards of what all offices should strive to be. Not only if Dr. Daniels the best, but his staff is amazing. Kristina, Suzy Q, and Lindsey are so friendly and helpful. They immediately took care of filing my insurance and assisted me in finding the best glasses. Very patient and professional. I cannot thank them enough for all they have done.

Great experience! The staff members are all very friendly and welcoming. I was not a patient here but called after experiencing a vision problem. They worked me in the next day and quickly diagnosed my issue. They made arrangements with a specialist while I waited. I was seen at my set appointment time and was out in under an hour. I highly recommend Eyes on the Lake and Dr Dennis.

I have not been to an eye doctor since my most unpleasant experience with the staff at an Irmo Ophthalmologist. I was told by the doctor, three years ago that I could not go any further with my contacts. I finally decided to reach out to Dr. Daniels. For the first time in three years I can see without the use of readers because Dr. Daniels got it right! Not only is he professional and amazing, his staff is beyond professional! They are always cleaning and making sure you are in a safe environment. They are all friendly and my contacts were ready in two days! I am so glad to have found Dr. Daniels and his team!!

I recently went to Dr. Daniels at Eyes on The Lake. I started wearing glasses in fifth grade and changed to contacts in junior high school. Dr. Daniels examined me and fitted me for contacts a week ago. He discovered that my last prescription was incorrect and I am thrilled to report my headaches are gone. In the past I did bring this to the attention of the prior optometrist and I was told that my prescription was correct. I did not mention that I had recurring headaches to Dr. Daniels. I didnt think it was my prescription. However, it was clearly the prescription of my contacts that were causing the headaches! The staff is also so kind and friendly. I am so happy that Dr. Daniels office is located in Ballentine. I live in Chapin and it is convenient and they are fabulous! 5 STARS!

The best pair of glasses I have ever had. With -8.5 vision its been impossible to get a pair of glasses that didnt weigh a hundred pounds. Dr. Matt took care of that! From 9mm thick lenses to 5mm thin, and a fraction of the weight.
