The way the receptionist speak to people on the phone is unacceptable.

Dr Bergman was excellent as was the staff at MCMC day surgery. My after care by Dr Craig was also excellent and she listened.....I was impressed by her professional manner. I was disappointed in the care and communication by Dr Nguyen. She mostly had her back to me when speaking and was dismisseive when I voiced my concerns..this was a concern as this may be a daily surgery to some but was major to me. The staff was excellent,know what their doing and kind..... The office is beautiful and front desk keeps you up to date.
