I would put zero for the lack of any type of caring in regards to my application. 4 months and not a word and they never answer the phone or emails. They absolutely don’t care about me or my family and our need for help. They all need to be fired and replace with some people who want to and will do some work.

Loved it...went thru screening and process with NO DELAYS...gave my Case Worker ALL PAPERWORK he/she needed THE FIRST TIME so he/she can have/ do whats needed to be done QUICKLY AND EXPEDITIOUSLY and also WITH NO HASSLES FROM ME...GREAT JOB WCAI...

My last experience with them was horrible going on 3 months still dont know if they are going to help me with rental assistance..took 2 months to assist with my light bill .single mom 3 kids they cut my unemployment and i have health concerns so cant work like i would like.they stopped answering my phone calls and they dont even email me back in a timely matter..smh.i would not recommend going to them if you need help right away..ive been very consistant in seeking the help i need but wateree is not in keeping up with their end

It was good well organized, picked up my application filled it out and dropped it in the drop box. Awaiting to hear from them.

Never had any trouble getting help from these people but they seem to help who they want. The manager has a unprofessional way of speaking to clients. Understanding a person thats in need is better than making them feel uneasy. Even if you cant help. Really needs to improve. By the way I havent had assistantance in years. So its been a while to hear what I heard today.

I have been trying to get help for 2 months call email fax nothing. Their Community is horrible.

No help and they said I didn’t fit the criteria. I hope no one else need a little help and have to see them it’s like you have to be on the system not out here just needing a little help we ALL going through this but they help who their heart desires .

This place is the absolute worse for help, I have never utilized this agency or any other agency in Columbia for help. I am in a crisis sitiation and could not get any help. Very disappointed at this so called community action agency. More like rude, unprofessional, condesending, and definitely non compassionate agency. I hope one day the state sends someone undercover as a resident in need, so they can be exposed.
