I was referred here by my therapist. I sent in the intake form through email that noted I have Tricare as my insurance well in advance of my appointment. When I show up I am notified by the lady at reception that they are not in network with Tricare so I would have to pay $325 up front for the visit and they would file with Tricare and I would have to see what they would cover of it since it is out of network.This is very unprofessional to do when someone is looking to get help and expecting to have the appointment. Very poor communication on their part. Im sure they are good at what they do but this experience for me was poor and wasted my time.If you are military I hope you find this of value.
