I have had many hydro facials here and I’m NEVER disappointed! These girls really cater to you and have you leaving feeling like a million bucks. My skin feels so clean and soft every time. Absolutely loved the ladies! It was so beautiful in there and super clean. They all told me exactly what was going to happen before it did so I knew what to expect every step of the way. It was my first time getting my lips done and I was nervous but I ended up feeling so comfortable and loving it. Other than absolutely loving the decor and homey vibe, the ladies were great. I was terrified of getting lip fillers and they were so gentle and so careful to make sure I was numbed. It wasn’t bad at all and the results are so worth it! Mamie did my brows and took 20 years off. I love them and can’t wait to go back for marionettes. I cannot recommend them enough. Kind, caring, attentive, gentle and masters at their skills.

This group is amazing!! My husband was in a horrible accident where his face and arms were burned. He had several lacerations as well. Mamie and Carli had us use a growth factor serum and my husband is looking amazing. The doctors are amazed as well. I will never be able to thank these ladies enough for their heartfelt kindness, because of them, my husband is looking like himself again! Thank you!!!!

I was really happy with the results from the two treatments of Kybella to get rid of the unwanted fat under my chin. The improvement continued for months after the treatment and my skin has tightened . Everyone there is friendly and professional. The spa is beautiful, and I would definitely recommend the spa and Kybella.

I have been going to The Art of aesthetics Med spa on a monthly basis since they opened . The entire team is so professional, knowledgeable but yet so friendly. I am in the beauty industry myself and refer all my clients there for their skin care needs. That is how pleased I am with my results. Ive been visiting the Art of Aesthetics Med Spa for months now and Ive never been happier with my skin! I love the Hydrafacial along with the dermaplaning which both keep my skin super smooth. I had always been self-conscious about the lines on my forehead but the Botox has helped smooth them out in the most natural way. Im also pleased with the cleansing and serum products which I use regularly. Mamie and the entire staff are always very helpful and friendly. Theyre ready to answer my questions without pressuring me to accept certain treatments or buy their products. I would recommend this med spa to anyone looking to improve their skin and to enjoy some pampering as an added bonus. Im so glad I discovered this place!

These ladies are literally phenomenal. When I look at my pictures from the beginning of February vs now (I’ve probably had about 4/5 visits), the subtle tweaks, facials, laser hair removal and skincare routine provided by Art of Aesthetics become all the more visible.They also have great ethics of care. I tend to mentally make myself queasy for any procedure outside of facials (don’t worry, pain is minimal if any at all, I’m just dramatic lol), and the ladies remember that about me and keep it in mind by providing extra support and always having a bottle of water on hand for me with crackers on standby.Another thing I love is that they never attempt to oversell or over promise. They create a routine specific to your needs/desires.Would 10/10 recommend this facility.

You can skimp on some things but shouldn’t skimp when it comes to your face. I initially went to the Art of Aesthetics after reading all of their positive reviews. Not only do they provide great services but they have created a friendly, relaxing and inviting environment. I can’t say enough about this place or the staff. This Spa is by far the best one I have been to since I moved from New York 3 years ago. They have sophisticated services and are very knowledgeable in everything they offer. I’ve had keravive scalp treatments, hydra facials, dermaplaning and fillers here. I’m an old timer when it comes to dermaplaning but my first time in South Carolina was with Mamie. It’s a relatively simple process but because of the tool, you need an experienced person. I won’t lie, it’s scary thinking about the razer scraping your face, but that is literally all it does. It removes the peach fuzz and manually exfoliates. It is quite relaxing and boy do you feel soft after. Don’t worry about getting a beard – your hair doesn’t grow in any thicker! Mamie was absolutely fantastic and I wasn’t nervous at all. The glow is unreal after this service and not only do I recommend this service, I recommend Mamie. Kim does an ah-mazing job with filler. She has a technique that gives superior results compared to those at other spas I have been to (Here in SC and in NY/NJ). Yes, there is an ART to this and don’t think all injectors are alike. I love my new and improved pout. If you have small lips, save your money because this is worth it. The keravive scalp treatment was new for me. I had no idea the buildup that ends up on your scalp from well water. The keravive is like an exfoliation of the scalp. After the exfoliation process, a special serum is added. It’s very relaxing and you get to see the container at the end so you know it worked. It’s worth it especially if you have hair concerns. I was appalled to see what came off my scalp and I already see new hairs coming in. Mamie did my entire scalp and it was so worth it! Hope this review helps people in search of a great Medi Spa!

This was by far my best experience at a med spa! When I walked in, I couldn’t believe how beautiful the office and waiting room are. It is a very comfortable place to wait. The women who greeted me were friendly and inviting. The injector listened to my concerns, my desired look, and answered all of my questions. I have never felt more comfortable in a spa, as they made the experience feel like I had been there many times though it was my first. I have had other procedures done at other med spas, but this was my first time getting lip filler and I cannot believe how great the results are. My lips are perfection. I honestly had such a great time and can’t wait to go back for more. They offer a ton of services and I want to try them all! Thank you so much to the awesome staff. I can’t say enough good things about you! I love love love my new lips!

Went in today after I called a day prior looking for more information on lip filler and made an appointment asap. Everyone there was so knowledgeable and made the experience painless and easy! My roommate came with me and ended up deciding to get filler too and they fit her in right after me. Loved it so much will for sure be returning for more filler in the future!!

What a great experience!It was effortless to make an appointment. Everyone was helpful. Its sometimes difficult to articulate, but they were great. They heard what I wanted and helped make that happen.There was a small error at checkout. I only mention this because of the excellent customer service experience I had. The response I received means more to me as a future repeat customer because of how the error was handled.I will be back, and I will encourage others that want to enjoy a med spa experience to make an appointment.

I cannot recommend this place more! after years of hating my lips and pouting them out myself because i was embarrassed of them i can finally say that i love my lips! i was very unfamiliar to lip injections and the staff reassured me the entire time that i was going to love them. i cannot express how happy i am with my new lips, please if you are considering lip injections look no further this is your place!

No duck lips here! They are my lips, but so much better. I personally wanted mine to look natural and more low-key and was nervous after seeing lip filler experiences online. But they made them more pouty, gave me a beautiful upper lip to match my bottom, and I’m so pleased. I’ll be back in about a year because I’m so happy with how they came out.The clinic itself is beautiful and glam, and very clean and honestly the staff is very friendly and cheerful.Other than a little initial pinch feeling when the needle went in, it was not painful. I didn’t feel stressed or tense during from pain, I just held a stress squeeze and it was fine.Highly recommend!

This spa is so amazing and my skin has never felt this soft from the hydro facial. I had a laser treatment that did not hurt at all and my hair is totally gone. I will definitely be back for more treatments.

I loved my experience with Kim & Mamie; they were so accommodating and knowledgable when it came to getting my lips done. They recommended 1ML of Juvederm XC to even out my lips, and now two weeks later, they look AMAZING! When I experienced some significant swelling the day after getting them done, due to it being my first time receiving lip fillers. They went out of their way to prescribe me some medicine that would help, I could not be more thankful! Not to mention, the actual Med Spa is so beautiful on the inside. I feel so confident and pleased I found them and would recommend them to anyone!
