Loved the office staff! They were very kind and the technician Tracey she helped me with getting prepared for MRI machine and used a different technique because I’m cloister phobic which worked out perfectly. Rachael was also pleasant too. Even though my appointment was after 7 pm they were energetic as if it was 11:00pm

Awful experience. I have had many MRI studies over the years and almost all facilities were equipped to accommodate my need to be positioned for an MRI study so that I do not get BPPV due to problems with head positioning.This place claimed that slightly elevating my head would ruin the MRI and they had no ability to accommodate the need or request. The technician got upset when I grabbed him on the way up because I was unable to get up off the table due to weakness and to the fact that having been placed flat on the table, the room was starting to spin because of the displacement of fluids and crystals inside the labyrinthine system that controls my balance. Very unaccommodating and cost me about a $50 fee just for transportation to and from the facility where I was not able to actually get any study done because of these issues. Maybe they should warn people ahead of time that if they suffer from vertigo due to head positioning that theyre not able to accommodate them for studies. It would save people money and time that could be better redirected elsewhere. Also since I am not vaccinated for covid I was put at unnecessary risk for absolutely nothing. I dont like to take chances and I dont like to unnecessarily expose myself to any place or anyone but obviously going to a facility for a scan does create some risk that was completely unnecessary in this particular case because they were unable to perform the service consistent with my needs.Also the technician was not wearing any mask!!!

Amazing staff and experience. Every time I called the front desk, the person was very kind and helpful no matter who answered the call. They were able to work things out with my referral and insurance and make it all work in a very timely manner. Probably one of the best experiences I’ve had with a healthcare team and definitely a place that cares about their patients.

Everyone was awesome and kind friendly and they explained to me how the the procedure was done I was really nervous but after they explained to me I was okayi give them two thumbs up

Palmetto Imaging offers a great service. They are. Very efficient, they are very customer oriented. . And if you can Get in. Can I have their services? It is definitely worth. Having it done. . I personally cannot recommend them. Enough!

It would be great if they used a ultra sound machine to locate veins. I had to endure the imperfect technique of tapping the arm to find a good vein. It goes without saying that the first and second attempts were failures.

This office was very slow today. My appointment was at 1:30 and I arrived at 1:20. Its 2:15 and I am still waiting to be seen. This is very inconsiderate. I have a job too. I have to go back to work. The only saving grace was my technician who was sympathetic and fast. The three stars are for her.

The receptionist was kind and happy. The lobby was very clean. The tech that helped me was Coco and she was incredible. She had a calming voice and made sure to explain every detail. She truly cared! This was a wonderful experience for a scary time.

Yesterday was my third appointment at the Lady Street location in the last 6 months and each time the service, professionalism and care were great. Thank you and God bless and keep you all.

My daughter had to go there for an MRI, and she has a shunt in her brain. Unfortunately and disappointingly, Palmetto Richland Neurosurgery never issued my daughter an ID card with the make and model of her shunt. Sarah, of the front desk staff, went the extra mile and then some!, to obtain the info necessary for the MRI to be done. Shannon, also of the front desk staff, was so helpful and cordial to us when we were handing in the paperwork. We were so touched by the grace and kindness of this office (shout out to Mike, the technician who demanded to know the info to be thorough and safe!), that we literally left in tears, thanking them for their support and assistance. We have encountered some of the rudest, most unprofessional, incompetent doctors, nurses and staff members since moving here from MD 3 years ago. It is SO frustrating to have to explain to someone how they should be doing their jobs, especially when you have a grown daughter with chronic illnesses. Palmetto Imaging has set the bar so high that its almost sad because I know that we will not receive such exemplary customer service elsewhere. Thank you, guys, for such a great experience! We will DEFINITELY select your office location for future imaging! God bless you ALWAYS and please know that you made a HUGE, positive impact in the lives of two people on Monday! Here early and now been waiting an hour pass my appointment and the girls at the desk say there is another 30-45 min wait. They have sign saying if you are 20 min late, you must reschedule. My time is as important and would they pay the extra money for my time and what is required for me to be here.

This business is wonderful top to bottom.I have been here for a lot of different MRI and X rays. The girls up front do a great job of handling the check in and check out process.The Techs are all extremely nice, and also very aware of pain one may be having. They are also very good with private pay and insurance payments. I think all doctors should be using them.

I had back surgery on 8/16/2018 and my back has not healed correctly. After 15 months I was referred to another neurosurgeon. I called to get a copy of disc and the reception named mike said i could not get another copy without paying $20. I gave the original ordering MD the disc. He never return to me or Palmetto Imaging. I could not afford to pay $ but I could have paid over a couple months. But the guy, mike just said to bad, cant get another copy with out paying.

Been to this facility several times and every time the entire staff is great! Very fast turn around time for my results. A lot less expensive than I would have paid at the hospital too!

Unless your goal is to spend thousands for unnecessary invasive procedures by people you wait hours for who wouldnt wait 15 min for you tThen avoid these people like the plague

Was able to get in quickly for MRI and got results back quickly as well. Tech was very sympathetic to my pain. Front desk was easy to work with.

I was referred here by Moncrief Medical Home for a foot and ankle MRI, and I couldnt have been more impressed. From the time I walked in until the time I left, the employees were friendly, courteous, and professional. They were very thorough and efficient. Any questions I had were answered with ease. I highly reccomend Palmetto Imaging for any of your diagnostic imaging needs!

The staff members are friendly and helpful. They work to make the experience as simple and easy as is possible. The facility is clean, well-lit, and provides a relaxing environment.

Quick turn around time on getting you an appointment after they receive the order. Parking is easy and the location is convenient. Staff is helpful.
