I felt comfortable from the minute I walked in the door and with every person on their team helping me and preparing me with what to expect. They always followed up thoroughly and with consideration of my needs so that I understood how things would go and what the next step would be. I’m really very appreciative of all the time that they took to make sure I was comfortable.

InMed has been awful. My appointment was at 10:30. I got here 15 minutes early. My appointment for my MRI was scheduled last Tuesday. And now I’ve waited for almost an hour because no one knows how to schedule correctly.
