Booking online was convenient and eliminated wait times. The staff were great! I will go here for any future issues my family has.

Took my daughter for sinus issue. After signing her in and finding out they were with a patient, my daughter needed to go to the restroom. The nearest one was on other side of the store. While she was gone, they called her name. We informed them that she went to the restroom and would be back any second. They informed us that they were going to take their lunch break and they couldnt see her for another hour and a half. She arrived less than 30 seconds after they told us this. We left and went to Providence urgent care and was done in less than an hour, travel included. Will never use this site again.

I went this morning for a simple sinus infection. No one was there but because someone booked on line I was told it would be an hour or longer. So I have to wait for some one to arrive while I sit there? This is not my idea of quick care. It should be 1st come not book on line. So I get to remain sick, while you twiddle your thumbs and wait for someone to show up. What a joke!

I was happy with my initial visit. My doctor told me to call to follow up if I didn’t end up getting better (to give another prescription if needed). When I called to follow up, they told me that my doctor wouldn’t be there for another week and I would need to come in AGAIN (and pay again), if I wanted anymore help. They wouldn’t even allow me to speak to another doctor. I would NOT go back ever again.

I took my 3 year old daughter to the Broadway quick care last weekend. Brenda and Jess were so amazing. My poor daughter threw up multiple times during her visit and both Brenda and Jess handled her with like she was one of their own. I am so thankful they were able to care for my daughter. Brenda even called me after hours later that night to check on her. My daughter did have a follow appointment with primary care doctor and she was a little disappointed that we werent going back to the Broadway quick care.

The wait was insane, even though there was one person in front of me. Its experiences like this that make me avoid these places. I was there for over 2 hours and there was only one person before me???!! Too long for a sick baby. The lady who checked us in was very sweet. The PA was lacking in bedside manner. I would never go back.

Amanda Schieber refused to treat me with antibiotics even with a patient history of the same illness. I understand that antibiotics should not be taken routinely because one may build a tolerance; however, denying a person needed care is inexcusable.I will never use that clinic while she is attending again.

I have been to this location more than once. First time was great for me and my son. Second time they couldnt help me since whatever I had wasnt treatable. (Viral) I thought third times the charm. Unforseen circumstances had me arriving at 640p, they close at 7p. I was greeted with a sign that stated they werent accepting more patients for the night and that they start turning people away as early as 15min prior. Again, it was 640. I spoke with someone that confirmed what I was reading and was told that this is something new they were doing. I get it, clinics are busy, but I cant help that I got delayed. And it wasnt quarter til. If I wanted to spend more, they were happy to give me a map to an urgent care down the road...All in all, ok for ratings, and dont plan on being there right at 7, or 645, or 640 apparently. Try 6p?

A good place to get something basic like a flu shot, but if you have to do anything more complex be aware their services are limited in unintuitive ways. (See photos of the categories they take at the registration kiosk.) For example UTI diagnosis, but only for women?

I just took my 13 yr old daughter which has been sick for a week. PA Bieber was there. We waited two hours when we finally got to see the PA she was short as in rude. She didnt check her ears...didnt do a strep test. I told her of shortness of breath she said they were unable to treat that. My daughters chest and ribs hurts. She recommended honey. Ill never go to that one again. Terrible..now we have to go to another Dr.

I brought my daughter to the quick care clinic this weekend. We came for a strep test. I was very pleased that they started doing a lab tested throat culture in addition to the rapid strep test. When they first opened they were only doing the rapid test. But, the real catalyst for me writing this review was a sweet Patient Service Representative named Jummy (Pronounced: Joo-me). My daughter was very nervous to have her throat cultured. Jummy spotted my daughter and immediately came over to encourage her. She was professional and very attentive. She came in to our room when it was time for the test and my daughter even wanted her to hold her hand. She gave my daughter a treat after the test. She made a stressful situation a positive one. My daughter came home talking about how cool Jummy is and how good the Nurse Practitioner, Ann Cotton, was at doing the actual culture. I will not hesitate to bring my kids in if we need the MU quick care services in the future.
