Very open and easy to reach. Always listening to what is going on in my life even just to listen and not accuse. With pandemic you remain calm and healthy therefore keeping our stress level with in encouragement and compassion.

Dr. Scoles and his staff are not only professional in all their interactions, but also quite personable. They are thorough and take the time needed for whatever issue has surfaced. I have always felt like my overall well-being, as well as that of my husband and a couple of our children has been their greatest priority. Because of the treatment that my family has received over the years, I consider the entire office staff more like family, a very smart part of the family I might add! Dr Scoles is knowledgeable, an excellent listener and truly concerned about his patients’ well being. He determined through a blood test that I had an acute infection that would have led to a chronic health problem. His immediate diagnosis and care protected my future health. I give Dr Scoles a very high rating, but I always have, long before MDVIP. I am a bit resentful about the program because I have always received good care and I have been very satisfied. Now, it costs $1,600+ a year for the same care I always received. Although, the wellness exam is a nice benefit.

There is no comparison between the care I received at other the primary care doctors and the MDVIP Staff at Dr. Scoles. With a lower caseload everything is sped up, done right, and the appointments take as long as needed. End up in the hospital? Dr. Scoles will be there soon. Amazing service to his patients.
