Visited 8/22, got there about 1pm, was in a lot of pain. Taken back for vitals within first hour, also saw physician assistant b4 returning to lobby. They made me comfortable for sitting in the lobby. Was called back to a room after 3 hours waiting in the lobby. Never saw a doctor but we were in the room for an hour and they brought us discharge papers. I asked to see the physician assistant again and she came and answered our questions! All total 5.5 hours from check in to check out. Everyone was nice and courteous!

Arrived at 6am and was taken straight back to triage. Dr Hayes is an amazing physician, who listened to my complaints and gave me relief from my symptoms quickly! All of the patient care staff was accommodating and compassionate. From the time they took me back to the time I was discharged, it was 5 1/2 hours, which truly isnt bad, considering. I would highly recommend to anyone!

The administrative staff and medical doctors and nurses are great! Theyre doing the best with the minimum staffing. I hope MUSC recognizes that and hires more professionals!

Husband came in for COVID 19 related symptoms. After 4.5 hrs in the waiting area he was finally admitted. The physicians on duty was professional and straight forward. But MUSC Health you all need to do something with your ED nurses and front desk staff because they are rude and unprofessional. My husband literally sat in the room for over 2.5 to 3 hrs and not one person came to check in on him, offer food/drink or administers his meds that the physician placed an ordered for. It was a nurse name John who was assign to my husband room WE NEVER SAW HIM. I went to the front desk several times to ask where is the nurse and the woman was rude not once but twice as if she didnt want to be here. I WILL NEVER come back to this hospital for patient care nor would I recommend anyone to come to the ER dept. These nurses and front desk staff lack compassion and its sad because I work in Healthcare myself.

Words can not express how kinds the staff was from the beginning to end. Having pain for weeks and then last night it was so bad I felt completely nauseated and hot I rushed myself to the ER had no wait around 7am. The staff was prompt and getting a ct scan was quickly as well. The doctor came back in a good time frame to give me what I needed to feel better. Thank you all for my experience in such a hard time!!!!! Very Clean, and comfortable!!!! Best ER experience I’ve had.

If I could give this hospital and review no star, I would. This hospital is very unprofessional in the way they handle patients. They are rude and unkind. There was no order and structure amongst the employees and we sat in a room waiting for HOURS to be told they could not treat my spouse there.The staff seemed to know they were not attentive and seem like they had an issue with us for needing treatment. It was two individuals there who was better than the rest. That was Sarah and a unnamed assistant who had tattoos on him. I could appreciate their service but the overall staff and service that we received is why we will never come here again.

Came in at 7:24 a.m. with chest pain, shortness of breath head ache. Was seen in the side room 2 times. Didnt get call in the back for 3 hours. The room was not clean so I couldnt lay in the bed sat in the chair. I will never come back to this hospital.

We bought our daughter to the hospital two times and they misdiagnose her. The staff in the emergency area is incompetent and rude. Now I see why they are rated 2.1 because their bedside manners are horrible. There are no courtesy greeting as if they care. I will not recommend this hospital and I will be spreading my experience with family and friends so they are aware of the mistreatment that they will received

I will NEVER , come back here again. Especially for the emergency services. I came here during 12 in the afternoon. It’s 8:17pm and I’m still in the lobby waiting to be called to the back. Asked one of the nurse how long the wait is twice. Her response is ,”she don’t know”. I have never been in a hospital to where I had to wait 4 plus hours to see a doctor. If you could avoid this hospital. PLEASE do !

Worst ER ever took almost 4 hours just to give me over the counter medication. The attention is so poor they dont even take you to a room, they dont even do blood work or covid test, dont even pain medication

The worst hospital ever doctor came in looked at me and told me I had a virus but did no test what so ever on me. I left and went to Richland memorial hospital which is a way better hospital. I will never go back to that hospital ever again. Ill suggest before I go back there again they are the worst hospital ever. I brought my wife to be seen at this Hospital we sat in the waiting room for 4 hours. Before she was seen in Triage .There was hardly no patients there wben they finally called her to the back the doctor never came in we left and went to lexington and was seen in secs this hospital is Terrible

Great work by the surgery team with my appointment this morning. The administrators were courteous and very quick to assist me. The health care team saw me promptly and were the most professional staff I have had the pleasure of seeing. Thank you Providence Northeast!

My boyfriend had piss poor service with their emergency room team. He went for eye problems that are preventing vision in one eye and causing severe pain. The doctor gave him instructions for medicine to take and neglected to actually give him all his prescriptions which he did not notice because he is having trouble with his vision. When I looked over the paperwork and realized he didn’t have a prescription, we returned to the ER and instead of contacting the doctor, we were turned away and are now trying to get him seen by someone who will not take advantage of someone who can barely see.

Horrible we got there at 8:38 pm and after 2 hours they gotten my vitals go back into the waiting room it’s now 10:38 then we wait until 2:38 am for over 4 hours they did nothing and barely anyone has came into the ER this was a horrible experience I would never recommend anyone ever going here

I had to take my son to this ER ON 2/27/20 at approximately 6:40 pm, and let me just say, the staff we encountered were the ABSOLUTE BEST. They were so compassionate and kind with my son, especially after all hed been through. I cant thank the staff enough for being great people. Ive never had such a kind and compassionate experience from so many different people at other hospitals before.

I am writing this review to commend an employee who made the effort and took the time to assist me in my medical situation. I had a scheduled appointment for a CT Scan that I had registered and paid for days in advance. I arrived at the facility at the time and location where instructed. It was at this point things seemed to breakdown.I want to commend Mrs Kim Smith, Providence NE Hospital, check-in / registration desk. After waiting unnecessarily for over (45) minutes, Mrs Smith checked into the matter and I got the testing done within (5) minutes of her intervention. The test took maybe (2) minutes to complete after waiting (50) minutes. She also explained where the confusion occurred and where the mistakes where made by the medical staff(s) involved. It was because of her actions that saved the day. I would recommend Mrs Smith for a job very well done and her to train others in customer assistance and service.However, in good consciousness, I would not recommend this medical facility based on the overall performance of the others involved in this process.

The wait was horrible. I waited for hours before getting to the back. It was worth the wait. My surgeon was Awesome ! Everyone made me feel comfortable. Thank you

I had to take my daughter to the ER at Providence NE today, and I was very impressed. We are a military family and have gone to hospitals all over the world, and never got the service that we got here. She was taken back within 15 minutes and the PA and the nurse were both awesome! Thumbs up to Wilbur and Elizabeth!!! You two are GREAT and the entire staff today was great! We actually lefts d had to go back due to an allergic reaction that my daughter had to some medication, and again Elizabeth and Wilbur were both great!!

I am not from around here. I ended up at this ER when I was 27 weeks pregnant, and I wasnt aware of the fact that they did not deliver babies, but my daughter was delivered there in the ER on August 31. I’m grateful for all of the nurses and the doctor who helped delivered my extremely premature baby . Only bad thing I have to say is I stayed in the waiting area for a good 7 minutes in labor, so obviously the receptionists never read the paper I filled out to see that I was pregnant, but thank you thank you thank you to all the kind nurses that night and the doctor for safely delivering my baby.

I guess it all depends on whos at the desk. I waited for about two hours for this lady to tell me that my emergency is not as urgent as somebody elses. That was very unfair so I left. you dont know peoples emergencies you cannot judge peoples emergency just by something they write on a piece of paper. You guys need to do better. date is 02/28/20. You guys used to be better than this.

Over two hours waiting with I think is a broken wrist and nothing. I could understand is they are busy but they arent. Do yourself a favor avoid this poor excuse for a hospital. I would leave but Im sure theyve over billed my insurance by now.

This place by far has always provided me and my children awesome service when in need of emergency care. Yesterday morning, I came into the hospital very ill..The nurses, doctors, and support personnel were completely pleasant empathize with me. After completing all the necessary tests and determined the problem, I was taken into surgery immediately. We have been going to this hospital for Emergency care the last 5 years to my family...Never been disappointed...

I really don’t get the negative reviews because when I went in, my experience (although I was incredibly sick) with the doctors and staff here was incredible! I went in on an ER visit and ended up staying in ICU for 4 days. From the time I went in till the time I left, I was treated with the utmost respect and kindness. Yeah, I did have to wait a bit to be seen but that’s to be expected at an ER. The nurses both male and female were all very caring and diligent and so pleasant to deal with. I was extremely sick and they took such good care of me and not once did I ever receive any type of attitude. The nurses were simply out of this world amazing, so much so I even hugged the nurse before I left.

Worst hospital to go to be seen for anything. Always waiting for more then 3 hour to be seen, regardless if your throwing up in the lobby. The only reason the hospital still has customers is because of the limited options. Better to go else where for better health care. No one is a priority

Sorriest excuse of a hospital I have ever encountered! My husband writhing in pain and doctor doesnt want to give him anything. Blood pressure goes to 198 over 104 and he is given bentil and sent home. I dont see how it is sound medical practice to release someone with a blood pressure that high. Seems like malpractice to me. The whole environment was that of a party, I guess patients just get in the way. Saw like 6 different people, only one good nurse among them. Cant wait to call my attorney after I take my husband to a real doctor ..

Im unsure of what everyone else is talking about, but my experience was awesome. Came twice within 3 days due to abdominal pain. The nurses and the doctors took such good care of me and were so compassionate, I couldnt have asked for a better experience. They were swift to get me into a room both times and did everything they could to determine whats going on with me. I love this hospital!

The worst hospital visit I’ve ever experienced. A 3k balance bill for what?? The billing dept even notates a higher amount than what was agreed upon between the patient and billing rep. I will travel across town to Lexington before I ever take my kids or myself here again

Care is sub-par. Nurses do not come and check on patients. When you call for help, the nurses appear bothered that you called. When we made a call for the nurse to come and check family members temperature, the nurse said, She doesnt have a fever. Im unsure of how the nurse was able to tell that because the nurse was at the nurses station. We would ask for water and no one would come. We would ask for meds and would have to keep calling.

My daughter was supposed to have surgery at 3 pm and was told to be there by 1:00. We arrived on time and sat in lobby for 4 hours before being told surgery was canceled because hospital overbooked surgeries. My husband is currently taking chemo and radiation. Surgery was scheduled around this and my daughter finals for college. It was a long day for someone so sick and my daughter had not eaten or drank anything since midnight. Lady at desk was rude and snickered about her surgeon to us. Never offered a more comfortable place for my husband and very unconcerned about our situation or 2 hour drive there. Was told by lady at front desk you couldnt speak to administration. They thought it was funny us waiting all that long and then told to go home. We had to pay a lot of money over the phone before her surgery and asked for a receipt but didnt get one.No compassion, facility needs updating and staff needs training . Unprofessional and disrespectful to their patients who pay them for good service.

Third time here and it will be my last. They never act with hast, everyone is in relax mode. No matter if youre in severe pain you could possibly die in the waiting room and theyll still process you as if you only feel asleep. Go to the Providence hospital off of Forest drive, they are way quicker. Youll be in and out of there.

ER gave my wife Patient Discharge Packet of another patient with a lot of confidentiality information. I called to demand ours and they don’t offer an apology.

Horrible. Wait was normal. I expected that. The staff are rude and not friendly at all. I know they work hard but if you dont want to work with the public then get another career.

This was one of the most impressive emergency room staff that I have observed. This is stating a lot as I have lived in multiple states and large metros. The staff was efficient and triaged my husband immediately to back. They took me back to room as soon as I signed him in. Throughout the bad situation for my husband, the doctor was incredible in explaining in detail everything he was doing including engaging colleagues and research. The nursing and other staff were gentle and caring. This was noticeable not only for my husband but what I saw for other 1/2 dozen to dozen rooms busy whole time. I am thankful that the Lord provided a hospital with such great and caring staff.

Went to the emergency room we were out of there in an hour and a half everybody was really nice doctors were great.

Terrible ER experience, waited for hours after coming in, the facility was dirty with an uncaring and unprofessional staff. l Could barely stand When I came in and accidentally threw up on the trash can in the waiting room (apart of The reason I came in) told the person working front desk and never saw anyone come to clean it up as I waited three more hours. When I was finally sent back I never even saw my assigned nurse and realized later he was sitting directly across from me at his computer nearly the whole time and once my doctor finally came (after several complaints from me about the continued wait with no check ins or explanations) though he was very nice, it seemed as though my issue was not being taken seriously. Came here bc it was closer to home but if another emergency ever arises....will just go the extra distance. Wish I could leave this review with zero stars because that’s what this ER deserves.

Very unprofessional Emergency Department and Staff.

The experience with my mom was horrible. My mom was in this hospital for 14 hours, they didn’t feed her , didn’t check up on her, didn’t check her blood pressure (which was high when we had to ask them to check it ) , didn’t give her any pillows until we asked. They weren’t following up on her surgery times . We had to ask them to move her to the right hospital which was the main providence hospital downtown . They caught attitudes when we had to tell them to do their own job ..

If I could give it zero stars I would. They had me wait for 2 hours not to see the doctor but the physician assistant which is very rude. They have a thing called fast track where they know nothing. Please go to a real hospital downtown like Baptist or Richland

Worst ER service in NE Columbia. I was in pain and nothing was done, the staff was incompetent and didnt know how to take a blood sample from a vein. They tried to give me saline and called medicine when I could clearly see it was saline. I ended up being left in a room for 2 hours with no care. Do not go to this ER room

This hospital is horrible. I went to the emergency room and they are horrible everytime I come. I had a nurse that really wasnt nice and talks about patients. I seen a doctor once and never seen a doctor again. I had a nurse come and do a few things. The nurse or doctor didnt even tell me my results after a xray and scan was done on me for my chest. On top on that the doctor came in once to have me breathe in and breath out. After scans were done a discharge nurse came in. On top of wasting my time NONE of my prescriptions was sent to my pharmacy.

Accompanied a family member here. Staff are unprofessional and not an ounce of compassion exists. Closest hospital to my home and yet Id travel elsewhere for a 5 hour wait if it meant better care. As a nurse, my expectations were far greater than the care exhibited. I feel like fastbtrack is a rush out of the door that could compromise patient safety and quality.

I am currently here, the doctor was okay. The nurses have no sort of emotion whatsoever, seem to not care. They are engage in conversation with each other, loudly, might I add but dont speak to me to make me feel more comfortable.WOULD NOT RECOMMEND if looking for decent service.

Most nurses lack compassion and lack the ability to communicate effectively with one another. I was left in excruciating pain all night after surgery because the nurses and staff chose to carry on personal conversations in stead of helping their patients. I asked to see their supervisor and not only did he not help at all either, but he was extremely rude and would lie to my face to try and make me sound stupid when he was unaware that Im educated in the field of medicine.

The front desk was friendly not sure how to take the visit. Lets just say this visit was 15 minutes and I was out the door. Hope they know what they doing because not one person touched me they just look at me 🤔

5 hours later, my paralyzed mother is still waiting and now wet! I asked over 45 min ago for her to be changed..... still waiting! Staff stands at desk laughing and talking and we’ve been here 5 hours! This is the worse hospital ever. They deserve no stars.

I have been sitting in the ER since 12:51 in the afternoon and still here at 4:55 pm.I have see many come in after me and leave me.I still havent been seen by anyone.BIG F GRADE.

After they determined my mom had blood clots, they made her wait a total of 11 hours in the ER. The nurses were SO disrespectful. They would rather sit around a laugh and make jokes to each other than to actually do their jobs.The ER rooom was the most disgusting thing Ive ever seen. I will be uploading photos on the page of what the ER room we were in looked like. 100% wouldnt ever suggest this place for my worst enemy, little own a loved one.If youre looking for immediate medical attention in the ER, do NOT go to this hospital.

They will get the job done but the nurses enjoy pointing out that you are not a doctor and have no right to take care of an illness on your own. If you dont mind being belittled while you are here its the place for you.

Want to commend Nurse Artherine Stanton for her fast yet thurow handling of my wife getting her pain meds and blood work when we brought her in with kidney stones. Also her overall empathy.

I took my son there tonight because he hurt his elbow . We waited for 30 mins . Two people came in after us , one of them with a hurt arm , and the other with a hurt ankle , well they got called back before my three year old that was in pain ! He was crying . But yet they called the grown adults back before my three year that was in pain and when my husband asked them if they went in order by who came first , she told him no we go in order from what you write down. I would have understood if it was somebody severally hurt , but two adults with hurt arm and hurt ankle and my son had a hurt elbow .. She told him don’t worry he will be seen . So we left and went to the children’s hospital and was in a room within 30 mins .. I’ll never go back to this place ever again. They don’t care about anything.

Would recommend only if was the last hospital on earth!. Staff is very unprofessional, talk to each other like they are in a club or bar. Was having a miscarriage and I was first asked by the nurse what did I do to make it happen. What?! I was in pain but even more appalled by her question. Had to have a D &C doctor didnt even come to the waiting area to let my husband know how the surgery went! This was in October of 2007 hadnt been back since! God willing NEVER will. It is now 2019 and from the recent reviews they still are terrible ! DHEC or JACHO please close this place down or make them accountable people health and well being are at stake.

Previously I was impressed with the care and service at Providence. But just had a bad experience in the ER with what appeared to be a male nurse or desk attendant. My mother was kept over night in the ER because they didnt have any beds to admit her in the main hospital. I went to the desk to inquire about the status of her transport and the man was very rude and said in a harsh tone I cant talk to you right now So, even though I was taken aback by his response considering we were in a professional setting, I didnt say anything and instead stood at the desk and waiting for someone else to come that could maybe provide me assistance. The man then turned around again in an even harsher tone and belted out to me Dont stand there in busy you are bothering me I still remained calm and told him that I understood he was busy but I wanted to wait on someone else that could help me. He then replied with in a loud manner, Somebody just died and we are trying to bring him back I cant be bothered, move and stand somewhere else!! Wow! So I left the desk. I totally understand a crisis was going on and I get that he appeared stressed, but this is an ER and that happens everyday. They should train their staff to be able to work under pressure, it is an ER and not an uncommon place for those kinds of things to happen. I could understand if this was happening at your local grocery store. A whole different environmen!!. He should have been able to handle the situation, remain calm and be professional with any person that came to the desk. Isnt that what quality training for ER work teaches you? Very inappropriate, rude and not acceptable. I did end up talking to the respiratory therapist who was able to nicely provide me with an update. Providence should work on hiring quality staff and training them to insure that they have better bed side manners. And cleanliness should be assessed as well, but thats another story.

Absolutely the rudest and most ucompassionate interaction Ive ever had from an ER staff. When your heart is beating out of control at rest and your BP is through the roof for no reason, that doesnt call for a sit in the lobby we cant see you yet response. Absolutely a joke .

On Thursday 2/2/17, in immense pain,exhausted due to dislocation of my elbow. I felt bedraggled, and Im sure I looked it too. The staff and doctor (T.J.) were so kind,caring,and thoughtful. He even took the time to explain what was wrong with my bones,and what he would do to help me heal. They were so gentle and considerate of my pain, and took such great care of me. I cant express enough, my gratitude and appreciation. Thank you to everyone!

The worst. Came here to be treated just to be sent home when they thought I didnt have insurance. Ended of up proving I did and u send me home when I can barely walk. That place needs to close.

I went to this ER early last Wednesday with chest pain. Other people were waiting, I offered my Health Insurance information to the girl at the window and she said dont worry about that now come back here In a manner of minutes they had stabilized me, diagnosed my heart attack and had an ambulance team in the room. I was transported to the Cath Lab at Providence Hospital and am very pleased to be writing this from my home today. 6 to 8 people tended to me in the short time I was there, they were 100% professional and caring to me and my wife. Their confidence and skill helped calm us down during a very bad morning. There is nothing more I could have asked. NOTE: If you have chest pain call 911 they will take you directly to the Hospital equipped for what you need. Dont drive here, I was dumb, but lucky thanks to the great folks here.

The nurse my mother had blew her vein while trying to get blood out of a iv that had already had fluids pushed threw. Not only that but he also was yanking at the iv plus being rough while sticking her again to get more blood

Worst hospital i ever been to. Man im glad im not dying because they havent helped. I been here since 12 and its 430. I would rather die than to come back here. I got a needle in my arm sitting in the waiting area. This is a hot mess. And they didnt notice the obvious, my sugar is low now. Just not a carrying hospital. Thats a shame. I am about to take this needle out myself and leave this place because this is just super disrespectful. I dont know if they just not taking me serious so they just ignoring the fact that im weak throwing up or anything or im just being to nice

Youre better off going to a free clinic or momma friend with the home remedies.Horrible bedside manners, dirty facilities and unbelievably slow.Check in at 830... common cold was the diagnosis, the doc said he prescribe some cough medicine...Its 1pm. We are still waiting on the cough medicine....

I have a blood clot in my lungs and a possible heart attack and they kicked me out of my room and sent me to wait in the waiting room and they didnt even do anything with my room until i said somthing. If i could rate this place a zero i would. Disrespectful and dont even care

This was the worst experience yesterday at that place. The whole left side of my face was swollen, my eye almost shut, and in pain. I waited in the waiting room for 3 hrs, to only go in the back, and the so called nurse asked if i dyed my hair, i said no so she says well with yall hair it cause an allergic reaction( Im black and shes white. Then she goes on to say well when we put perms in our hair, it gets curly, but makes yall straight, Im like wth??? All along Im trying to tell her i think its my sinues.Then she says but then again it might be glaucoma, but your vision is fine so we might have to numb your eyeball to see, but were backed up, so youll be back here a while, heres the remote, so you can watch tv.The final straw was when i hear her and some other people talking, trying to figure out who the food belonged to, theyre back there eating!!! I walked the hell out of there and went to Doctors Care, on Two Notch Rd, where i was seen with the best care, and very friendly staff, and needless to say, it was a sinus infection!! I went to that er cause i thought it was a good place, i was so wrong. Instead i got a tutorial on black and white people hair like Im at a beauty salon!!!!! Complete let down, thanks Doctors Care!!!

Worst experience ever to sum it all up was put in a room for an hour no one ever came to check on me. Went their to get checked to see if I had a blood clot. Left ito of the room to see what was going on they didnt even know I was in a room.. Something about the tracking system anyways the Dr claim he just came in and the first shift had left no records or anything of me even being there on top of that he said he would be there went back to the room. Waited for like fifteen minutes no one still came.i left went home came back went back to the same room and no one even knew.. But on top of that there was a young lady I saw that was there the same time I was come to find out she was their for the exact same reason as I and her last name was the exact same.. Anyways they had ito records mixed up and was trying to perform all these different test on me I was like what the.. Anyways I pray to the Lord i never ever have to go back there terrible terrible terrible service.. one of the young ladys that was there was so rude and nasty..I called my Dr the next day so I could checked iou correctly. They tried to get my records they were told I didnt come to ER..I was like wow

I came to er for my son and i waited in the waiting for 4 hours and 30 minutes. This is ridiculous. I would recommend it.

Need new staff they have the rudest staff in all hospitals i been to and they neglect thier patients, and they talk about patients and when you state your concerns they dont care for the patients then too. Only great thing is its quick tp get in the back. Please hire people that follows the hospital policy. Im stating my concerns to the epo. I have video of how rude staff talk to patients and if epo does nothing im sending to wltx wis news and fox. Slack staff

I had back surgery May 21st at Providence North East and it was the worse experience I have ever had at any medical facility. My surgery was delayed over 5 hrs because the surgery before ran over. This is no ones fault, it happens however I was treated as if it was my fault. I was in pre-op from about 11:45 until after 5 and if course I had not had anything to eat or drink after midnight and I was in awful pain. At one point my husband had to find another nurse to take me to the bathroom because we could not find mine. I was told later by the CEO that she was getting ready for the next day. I wish she had been more concerned about that day instead of the next day. I also was told I would get something in my IV before going to the OR for nausea and to relax me but i didnt get anything I was told later by the CEO and the OR manager that sometimes they dont do that if you are in your last sixties which I am not i quess they discriminate against age. I could go on but i think you see why I am so upset. I will never return

Nursing staff would rather chat in the halls about patientsthan actually helping them. I believe they are pocketing the pain pills while allowing patients to suffer.

The er department keeps writing rx for things that are on and have been on backorder and refuses to rewrite the rx. Avoid at all cost if you want to get your meds without a hassle 10 drug store couldn’t fill it. 10. Then staff is rude and nasty like you asked for the rx to be written that way. Stay away.

Worst experience ive ever had a hospital i wouldve been better going to richland where they leave you the hallway.. Dont get me wrong they are fast but lack in everything else.. They give no introduction when they walk in the room b4 examinating me the doctor say well you need to lose weight then take the time to see whats wrong with me... Dr.S life was rude and so was the nurses thay sit at the desk with the doctors thats my LAST time going there

For ER pass them by and continue to Palmetto Richland. My wife almost lost her hand because they did not treat it properly.

Been in emergency room for nine hours. They are very slow. You ask them something and they say theyll be right back and you dont see them again. Same problem that we had when we were here a couple months ago. Dont ever seen to be in a hurry.

Rude staff that treat you like garbage. Its nasty in here and no one cares if you are in servere pain. The nurses in the emergency room are rude and are incompetent. They dont know anything and when you ask him a question they look at you like youre wasting their time. The hospital is nasty and no staff at night. Stay away from this hospital please. This is the absolute worst. . I mean WORST Emergency room Ive EVER been to.Every time there is an emergency I hope who ever is involved dont pick this God forsaken hospital.My own experience is a 4 hour wait then when youre called a 3 hour wait followedby a 600+ hospital bill.In my case I tore all the muscle tendens in my ankle. I was in excruciating pain. The brainless lazy doctor comes in touches my ankle and says its just a sprain. Them lazy gossiping bastards wouldnt even offer to wrap my foot up. Or give me a crutch to walk on.. I couldnt even walk.And it is the same everytime Im forced to come to this place.If you have a injury thats serious. . DO NOT COME TO PROVIDENCE NORTHEAST HOSPITAL.

Staff talking laughing and standing around ..no one has been back to check on my mom as we’ve been waiting for results for 3hrs ..NEVER AGAIN!!

This was one of the worst hospitals I ever visited. This facility is very filthy,trashcans were overflowing with trash along with dirty floors. Hospital staff stood around and goofed off at front desk laughing and talking very loudly as if they were having a tea party. I wouldnt bring my pet here to be seen.

Fast,friendly and caring. Excellent service when my husband had bad dude effects from his chemo.

Waited over an hour and still didnt see a doctor. I was in so much pain, I went to another hospital and was out in less than 45 minutes.

They took great care of hubby who had chest pain. Diagnosed with pleurisy after a thorough work up.

I arrived in pain, they expeditiously took care of me, ruled out any life threatening illness, and I left feeling better. I couldnt ask for better treatment.

IT WAS THE WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER! I CAME IN WITH KIDNEY STONES I WAS IN PAIN THEY TOOK FOREVER TO SEE ME THEY DIDNT EVEN HARDLY SPEAK CHECK ON ME OR ANYTHING. THEY PROCESSED ME AS IF I WASNT IN PAIN OR EVEN THERE THEY COMPLETLY FORGOT ABOUT ME AS I WAS LAYING IN A ROOM ALONE NO ONE EVEN CAME TO CHECK ON ME OR ANYTHING I ENDED UP PASSING MY STONE WITH NO HELP TO ANYONE THEY DIDNT CARE AND WATCHED ME WALK OUT AND THEY SAID NOTHING TO ME. I WILL NOT PAY ANYTHING BECAUSE I DIDNT GET ANY HELP AND I GOT THERE AT 3:51AM ON 12/16 AND LEFT AT 7AM ON 12/16 AND NOTHING GOT DONE NOTHING TO HELP THE PAIN WHILE I WAITED THE NURSE WAS JUST TALK THEY STOOD THERE I HAD TO GET OUT OF THE BED AND CALL FOR HELP CAUSE I SAT THERE IN PAIN SO LONG! I AM LIVID ABOUT THIS EXPERIENCE IT MADE MY SITUATION OF PAIN SO MUCH WORSE! I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS HOSPITAL AGAIN!

This is by far the worst hospital Ive been to. First I wait in the ER for 3 hours with a broken thumb And now that Im trying to get copies of the X-rays the ladies who kept transferring me got attitudes because I have to keep calling back because some one in medical records keeps answering and hanging up. This is ridiculous

Triage here is fast but useless the Ed isnt proving to be any better my first time bring my teen here and already regretting it
