These people don’t answer their phone.i waited 5 min 36 seconds before I gave up. Even if they give excellent service, if they are unwilling to talk to prospective clients, who needs them.

I truly believe PHC has some of the best HH Nurses, one in particular Rebecca Wischmeyer. My dad really enjoyed her company, and she could make him laugh. All she had to do was start talking about his westerns shows. He would light up like a Christmas tree. Thanks Rebecca and thank you as well PHC..

It’s with a heavy heart that I say goodbye to my Phoenix family. I love my job, so this is really hard for me to do. I love my clients and I just hope they get amazing and more wonderful caregivers even better than me. I want to thank Phoenix they have been great.. This service is horrible for returning phone calls and answering calls for their clients who need their assistance, they ask for communication but never answer when a client is trying to ask for assistance. And they are no call no shows and they are always needing to hire someone they seem to not have the help they sell you on when you come to them. I would never recommend this company for such an important job as caring for your loved ones.

This is a shout out for Josette Kerns. I want to say she is the best aid ever. And i will fight for her with my last dying breathe. I have had her for a little over a year now, she is great at what she does, she shows up on time, calls if she is running behind, she is caring and compassionate. Hard working, amazing cook, true joy to be around. Up beat and funny. Trust worthy. Loyal,. Gets the job done. She goes above and beyond and has a heart of gold. I love her to pieces..

My caregivers name is Josette K., and I just love the services she provides! She is friendly, attentive, and always does a great job. I have a bad back and knees, so she is very careful not to hurt me when she performs personal care. She is dependable and shows up on time. I have had a lot of different helpers from Phoenix, and she is by far the best one I have had. I do not want to lose her, and hope she will be able to continue being my permanent provider. Thank you Phoenix for an awesome helper!

My name is Lavette Ivory the CDS Coordinator. I have been employed with Phoenix a little over 3 months and I have nothing but positive things to say about Phoenix Home Health and Hospice. The crew I look forward to working with everyday, is simply amazing. I have had the opportunity to meet some of my clients face to face, while doing home visits. I have found myself laughing, crying and praying with my clients, doing these visits. I have not meet all my clients face to face. But, I am making my rounds. My grandmother has been going through this agency and has had horrible experience. Sometimes the workers that are supposed to work for 2 hours go quicker away in 45 minutes rushing and barely doing there job, my grandmother has simple instructions and they cant even do that. Leaving her house as dirty as before they showed up. One worker was supposed to come and didnt show for 3 weeks without anyone notifying my grandmother of the situation and my grandmothers refrigerator was bare. She went through 5 already, one was good and went above and beyond the call but this agency fired her, apparently they dont know good workers to let them go. Im very disappointed because my grandmother desperately needs the help, help gives her hope. She lost it through this agency. I would definitely give this place a thumbs down for your loved ones.

I HATED working for Pheonix. I worked hard, drove nearly 500 miles a week to help clients outside of Columbia, and in return the company jerked me around on the reimbursement for my mileage and would change my schedule at a moments notice. Theyre an incredibly, poorly managed company and they abuse their staff.

This is not a place that I can recommend seeking employment at. They will lie to you about how great they are to work for and what your benefits will be, then once you start, they will nig on everything they promised. Manipulative, money-hungry, apathetic leadership. I was so happy when I finally left. Money doesn’t bring happiness, especially when you dread going to work each day because you are constantly lied to and back stabbed. Beware of the names Trish and Suzanne. Most hateful, insincere, manipulative people I’ve ever had the misfortune to deal with.

Do not I repeat DO NOT WORK WITH SUSAN! Shes inconsiderate, unreliable, thinks shes more important than she really is, keeps peoples money from them and doesnt feel a damn bit of guilt about her behavior.If this continues I will be hiring a lawyer.

I was given service through this company after a motor vehicle accident. During the time that I needed them the most they were unable to find some one to send to my location. I finally got a nurse with a very poor attitude but it took longer to recieve some one in the aid position. The first aid I recieved was pysically unable to do basic chores that needed to be done so it then took more time to recieve another. After all that I would give an extremely low rating to this company for the service provided but I give it a 5 only for the aid that I now have. Once Josette was assigned to me I recieved all the help i could ask for with a wonderful friendly can do attitude and a friendship caring of my person self. This rating is for Josette and for that I can only thank Phoenix for sending her to me.

Horrible staff turn overs. Workers, not all, did a very poor job cleaning. But the worst was dealing with the office staff. The manager was always hard to reach. They did not call to inform you of changes nor did they make an effort to be sure you were taken care of.
