10/10 professional, helpful staff. Great selection, quality and affordability in everything they have. A lot of nice art, fumed pieces, copper on glass, stone and glass pieces. The only place in town that carries THICK quartz buckets for oil rigs. Unless you are looking for $35,000 art glass this is the best shop in como hands down.

Zero stars if it was an option!!! Online website stated item was in stock and would arrive within a week of item being ordered. Two weeks go by and still no item. After several voicemails and emails attempt, i finally get a live person who informed me that item was on back order. Several weeks later i ask for refund which they said they would send check instead of refunding my credit card. No check received after 2 weeks so several voicemails and emails later, I get a live person again. Item supposedly arrived 2 weeks ago but have been swamped and will send to me ASAP. Shouldnt a paying customer who still waiting for their product be their first priority? They will only tell you lies or what you want to hear and has no concept of customer service. Still no product after 3 month!! Stay clear of this shop unless you like wasting time, energy and money!!

Got there at 9:30pm the door was locked. I called on the phone but no one answered and it went to voicemail...thought they’re were open until 10pm??? ☹️ Ended up going to Mari’s to get what I needed...

The smoke shop that stole Christmas. I ordered something from the shop on the 3rd of December so that I would have it for my company Christmas party gift exchange. There has been no communication except for when I call. Christmas is now past I had no gift to give my assistant manager. They keep telling me they have shipped but cant give me a date of the arrival. And the worst part about it this entire time their website shows they have this item in stock. So thanks Dreams Smoke Shop for ruining Christmas. My advice if youre shopping the store online, shop elsewhere.
