I highly recommend 9Round at Forest Drive. I started at the suggestion of my doctor. RIP is an excellent trainer and great guy. The workout always leaves me feeling better than when I went in, even on days I considered skipping. The workouts vary and fit all levels of fitness and health.

Great place to get in a quick workout that shows results in less time. Good overall body workout.

From the moment you walk in the door, it is a personal experience! I am a member at the Forest Acres location in Columbia, SC and I absolutely love the community there! The trainers are very skilled in identifying and providing individuals with modifications for each exercise to ensure you understand and perform each exercise with proper form! They make it their priority to help you get the most out of your workout! Ive tried many different gyms, but the 9Round experience and results from the past 2 years here are the best I have ever seen!

Black guy that worked there was asking too many personal questions. Just wanted a workout not to share my life bio. Pressuring me for answers too much. My advice to him....just teach the class.

I was in town for a week and the owner, David gave me an awesome workout! I am from Maine and have been a 9Round member for over a year and was so grateful to be able to workout at the Forest Drive location. I appreciated that my trainer noticed some flaws in my technique and took the time to help my tighten my form. Thank you for allowing me to get some much needed exercise at your gym while in town visiting relatives.

Great place to workout

Ive been a member for several months now and my opinion of 9ROUND Forest Drive has only grown, if it could have gotten any better. I was impressed with it from the start. David and Ginida have become good friends. I look forward to each workout. David makes them challenging but within my abilities. I can tell a big difference in my agility and strength. As a person with Parkinson’s, I tried physical therapy several times with mixed results. But since joining 9ROUND Forest Drive, my Parkinson’s symptoms have regressed quite a bit. I can perform activities that were difficult if not impossible before. Whether you have Parkinson’s or not, 9ROUND Forest Drive is a great place for a workout.

I love this place! The best part is the trainers that are there to help you through the entire workout. Its also really convenient because there is no set schedule!!

Having survived a serious health issue along with dealing with Parkinsons, 9Round has been the positive difference for me. Not only will I recommend them, I have recommended them.

So far everyone is super nice and they build your confidence they push you so you wont give up I love it

Both trainers are very nice and the workout is good. But if you need to cancel for any reason make sure you are not a day late. I had to cancel because I have a baby on the way so trying to conserve finances. Well my member renewal is the 10th of the month. I was charged the the 10th. Came in on the 13th cancel and was told I had to pay for next month the as well because I had to give 30 day notice I was 3 days late to cancel. But my lose is their gain
