My husband and I have been going to Dr. Daniels for close to 10 years now and we still recommend him to everyone! He is an attentive and compassionate professional. I never feel rushed through appointments and we have always been well taken care of by the staff (from the front desk to the nurses to Dr. Daniels).

The nurses there are terrible when it comes down to following up with patients. They just take there sweet old time while the patient on the other hand is suffering. I would say it takes a minute to verify a prescription but they take 24-48 hours and that right there is wrong and unacceptable. I think Im just going to find another family doctor. Horrible service.

I am about to find me another doctor. My sickle cell doctor referred me to Dr. Daniels because they are trying out this Palmetto Health USC Sickle Cell Medical Home and I dont like it one bit. It is terrible. I called in a prescription a week earlier and havent gotten it yet.

Used to be a patient there. Left to go somewhere closer to home. Ended up with pink eye in both eyes and called them first before my regular primary and no one ever called me back. Ended up going to my regular primary after being worked in.

The hardest place to get a response from. Ive been a patient for almost a year and the nurse never calls with results from your labs. Im diabetic and the service I get from them is repulsive. Im going to switch practices because they dont take the health of their patients seriously. If I dont get a call back from this nurse, Ill also be contacting the health board.
