Dr. Birdsong has been by primary doctor over 25 years. She is awesome. She takes the time with you and she shows concern for you as a person.I have never experienced any bad experiences at this office.

I have been a patient with this doctors office for a number of years but in the last two the customer service and response back to the patient has been terribleYou try and call them back and nothing happens.I requested a referral and it took six days for for someone to call me back.I requested a sic visit and called 8:30 in the morning and no response back in that same day.If this is the treatments you receive from your own doctors office what can I expect anywhere else. I guess urgent care here I come😡

Dr. Birdsong has been my primary doctor for over 20 plus years. One of the best doctors so caring and knowledgeable in her field. It’s so hard to find a doctor that really cares about you and your family! Thank You Dr. Birdsong!

Dr. Birdsong is a kind person but unfortunately, this practice is too dysfunctional for me to continue to align as my preferred provider. The bills I get dont ever align with the services provided (i.e. preventative care/treatment upcoded as diagnostic care/services; the fact the patient medical records verify this are something this doctor is indifferent to). Medical practice staff here are inconsistent in communicating with the patient and equally incompetent of extracting data from office/medical records to verify accurate medical codes were applied and based only on the actual services rendered to the patient. [I had an issue where I scheduled an annual physical, asked to discuss ovarian cancer screening - and this office billed as diagnostic rather than annual exam - *and* I never received any ovarian cancer screening txmt/svcs/referrals/care! No matter - that was adequate to upcode the preventative visit that I had arrived fasting for labs to chk glucose, bp, cholesterol - and it still wasnt enough for this office to recognize this wasnt a diagnostic for OCS - but an annual exam. Had multiple office staff communicate 3x along the bill dispute process that they indeed saw the appt was scheduled as an annual exam and they could see it on their screen to confirm thats the case. Weeks later, other staff would call stating it was never set up as an annual exam. Other issues are having diagnoses among my medical file the doctor diagnoses as a result of exams, tests and screenings – and never received that info. I have lived in many places and never had the experience of being led an exam room and forgotten about but I have here. Arrived for a 3pm and not looked in on until they were clearing the office to shut down for the day - which is indicative of what its like to be a patient here. This office falls deficient on too many levels and I have opted out of this cycle of frustration and problems that persist with this having this practice and Prisma as my preferred healthcare provider. Even the hospital billing takes months to correct when billed erroneously for services in the following year than actually provided – causing me to meet OOP threshold (again) before insurance pays the bill that should have been picked up fully had it been accurately billed with the correct service date. The staff patients are relegated to work with for these issues simply don’t return calls and the ones who do call are not in a position to resolve anything. All I can say is, if you use Prisma and/or this office, read your EOB, compare it with your patient bill and if you don’t get itemized/line-item billing, request it. It could set you back hundreds or more if you dont. Expect upcoding to your typical preventative care visits or seeing charges come across in various arrangements (i.e. 1x3 or 2x2 so they appear like new charges for a bill previously paid). And they do not alert you to using out of network services/staff/etc despite being your in-network provider - so good luck with that as well.

I saw Dr. Birdsong for the 1st time Monday 4/24/2017. the first thing I noticed is how caring and compassionate she is. I was experiencing lower back pain and she was thoughtful listened to me, extremely attentive to my needs and she had an office full Monday. I never felt she rushed me, she gave me time like she was a friend listening to me describe my pain. One of the best Physicians Ive had the pleasure to meet and need treatment from.

Dont even try to get ahold of anyone in the office, because their deficient staff will either hang-up on you, disconnect you, or send you on an endless ringing service, eventually leading to a voicemail they dont respond to. Besides that, Dr. Birdsong is a peach. She is super nice and caring. But again, the rest of the office staff is terrible.

Wonderful caring thorough Md. My Dr. for 6 years. Practice very busy but when she walks into room with you and gives you the quality time and attention needed She is truly a 5 star Dr.
