Friendly professional women who know their job

These are the rudest people I’ve ever had to deal with!! Paying for a drug test for a custody case and they refused to take my payment because the other party may not show up and it’s “too much extra work” to refund my money. This was after they lady told me it’s 4:43 and we’re about to close so you need to call back Monday. My husband was shocked at how rude they were and we asked for a super “Katie” tried to tell me her employee wasn’t rude or yelling at me but then took my payment information? Completely incompetent and would give 0 stars if it were an option!!

I was sent there for an employee drug screen and the ladies there were super nice and very professional. It was straight to the point. Very simple instructions and youre in and out pretty quickly. Definitley recommend this place.

Absolutely horrible experience. Do not go here, would give 0 stars if I could. The two ladies working were completely incompetent, unprofessional and just rude. Discriminated against, next 5 people that came in were all treated rude as well but differently.

I was sent here for a pre-employment drug screening. Both of the women working when I came in were very friendly, helpful, and professional. Although there were about four people ahead of me, the line moved quickly and I got back to test in no time. I highly recommend Mid Missouri Drug Testing Collections.

Very friendly and quick visit. No wait and I was out within 15 minutes! Glad I was sent here over some other places in the area.

Their worker didn’t put her phone down the whole time I was in there. She would just try and hand me something while texting or on FB and didn’t even tell me what to do. Both workers were VERY RUDE AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. One lady had on flip flops with scrubs. In a MEDICAL FACILITY. WHICH COLLECTS AND HANDLES URINE SAMPLES.

This is is the only place I would recommend to do drug testing. They are kind, non judgmental and to the point.

One of the workers just played on her phone the entire time. She would hand you a piece of paper and never look up, then was extremely rude when asked questions. Very unprofessional office.

Employees were very unprofessional; argumentative and plain rude.

These women are unorganized, unprofessional and unfriendly!!!!!
