She does take a while, but as inconvenient as that can be, you really see why she takea so long once you are seen by her. You really feel cared for. Block out your day from your appointment time on though lol. Also, the receptionist has always been a calm and reassuringly professional presence in the office from my point of view and the assistant is a very nice person, as well.

Love her and the staff. She is patient and while their is a wait the reason is she listens to the patients and actually cares. Its rare these days. She has helped me through several conditions and I am grateful for her.

Dr Khan is great. She is very attentive. She takes her time to listen to you. She is always concerned about my health. She does not rush you. I am proactive about my health. She entertains any conversation I have about alternative medicines or any other research I have done about my condition. If she has not heard about it, she will research it also and give an opinion on it. A lot of doctors think they know it all. She does not come across like that.She has one full time office staff person, who is a very nice person. She is thorough and to the point. If you call there, say hello, identify yourself and state your business clearly and precisely and she will address your questions and/or concerns. After all she is one person and she runs the office by herself. She doesnt have time to listen to a dissertation.

Im done going there as long as the current receptionist is there.she lacks the most basic skills for communicating with patients.The Doctor helself is nice and her assistance Rachel is good too ,but the front desk is a different story.

Dr. Khan is awesome! Yes, you do have to wait, but Ive figured out to manage that effectively. Its rare these days that doctors spend more than 15 minutes talking WITH not to but WITH their patients. She is thorough, knowledgeable and compassionate. She has been my primary care doctor since 2010 and has seen me through some major health issues with professionalism, current knowledge and information.

Love Dr Khan, shes very attentive to her patients, shes the first doctor Ive ever had that listens to your concerns, follows through, and cares about what you have to say. Which is why theirs a bit of a wait shes very thorough with her patients, she not the type of doctor that quickly brushes you off and out of their office with none of your concerns met. So I dont mind waiting every now and then because I know shes giving not only me her undivided attention but the rest of her patients as well. I have not encountered a rude receptionist here, that I see mentioned a lot in the reviews. The receptionist was very warm and caring as well, and Ive been seeing Dr Khan for 2years now, would definitely recommend.

I have been seeing Dr. Khan since 1998. She is kind, thoughtful, knowledgeable, and spends time with her patients. I referred many friends to her. You may have to wait so bring a book or some work, but she is well worth the wait. You do not find this quality medical care in many places these days.

In 2014, following my strokes and when I was in need of a PCP, my wife suggested her primary - Dr. Kahn. I like her. From what I see, each and every patient is afforded a significant amount of consultation time (I always know that I have to wait for my appointment). Shes quite knowledgeable and thorough and she doesnt guess. If you want an Internal medicine practitioner as your primary care provider, you dont mind paying by some means other than credit card (thats admittedly a pain), and you dont want to go someplace that has a cookie cutter mentality, I highly recommend her.

It was my first and last visit. I arrived at 2:20 for a 2:30 appointment. I asked if the doctor was on time and the receptionist smiled and shrugged her shoulders. Told her that I had another appointment nearby at 3:45. I waited until 3:35 and she was still with another patient. Said that I had to leave. The receptionist said that she could reschedule, I said that I would not be back. Asked for my copay and remarked that my time was also important. Why is it that the patient is penalized for cancelling in less than 24 hours or being late, yet theres no sense of responsibility for the patients time?

There is a lot of waiting so be prepared with good reading material. On the other hand, dr. K is tentative, compassionate, and very professional.

The doctor herself is very good and attends to everyone nicely and in detail but I had the most unpleasant experience with the receptionist she has sitting at the front. She was rude, crude, unhelpful, awe full and downright racist. It is needless to say I will not be going there anymore and would not recommend anyone else too. And I hope, for the good doctor, that she gets rid of her awe full, awefull receptionist.

The receptionist answering the phone is very rude and un-helpful. She quickly rushed me off the phone and hung up on me.

Total disrespect for the people time , I took time off from work to take my wife for 945 appointment and at 1015 she is not in office yet and one person still ahead of us ,when we expressed our concern to the receptionist simply she said do you like to reschedule!!!!!

The doctor is really nice, but the receptionist was rude when I called to ask for information and I also dont recieve reminders of future appointments and when I leave voicemails to get reach back, I dont get called back.
