Fantastic Doctor, office staff. And nurses I just cant say enough. They all even sent a get well card ! They all were very good at what they do and did ! They all wore mask for my safety. And everything was very clean. I just have no idea on how they could improve. I only hope if I need them again , that they are all still there !

Dr. Kropf and his NP were both very kind and helpful to me. Ive already has one kidney stone removed and possibly needing another now. The NP did an excellent job in explaining everything to me and Dr.Kropf did an excellent job in removing the stone. The office staff has always bn kind and helpful to me. I am impressed with Dr. Kropf he has always been easy to communicate with and I recommend him to anyone who was like me and uncomfortable when I first saw him. He made it so easy.UPDATE I changed insurance and was kicked to the curb. I guess he is like the rest all about money. I offered to pay myself and said I was hurting and was dropped like a hot rock .... SMH

The doctor is professional and knowledgeable. I have no complaints about the high quality of care that i received. However, the appointments manager was rude when I called on numerous occasions and did not offer a clear understanding of tele-health appointments or other options when my doctor wasnt available. She also didnt allow me to explain that I needed an appointment so that I could get a medication refilled. She just told me to contact my pharmacy. I tried to explain that I had ZERO refills left, but she still told me to call the pharmacy. I was without my medication for a month.

Excellent experience with Dr. Kropf and his staff. We were new to the area and I developed a kidney stone needing surgical removal. His team was able to get me in to an initial consult within days when an availability opened, and he made room for the procedure the next day. It went very well and his staff was timely in their follow-up and coordination of other details and follow-on care. Very thankful for their care.

Dr. Justin Kroft and his staff are excellent! Dr. Kroft has a great personality, GREAT bed side manors, and truly cares about your needs. I would recommend him to anyone!

He was in the room pretty quick, answered my questions and informed me about my issue, how he wanted to treat it and the meds he prescribed then let me get out of there and on with my day as quickly and pain free as possible.
