Even with the large number of patients checking in the process was fast. Intake did a efficient job of obtaining medical history and I was seen within minutes of my appointment time, had I of asked how they wanted my outside records would have been on time. I brought a flash drive which they (provider/nurse) couldn’t access on their computer so had to have I assume their IT folks do it.He was a lot more thorough than the last ortho provider I saw. He gave me detailed options and a plan to handle my hip issue.

I was amazed how quickly everything went! I had very little waiting time in the lobby. My appointment was at 1. I had x-rays and a cortisone shot and was on my way home by 1:40! Dr. Buchert was very professional and impressed me as well!

Dr Buckert and staff were very efficient and pleasant, as always.The receptionist who checked us in and out, LaTonya, was awesome, she was very personable and timely.

I was diagnosed with Avascular Necrosis in 1990 when I was 30 years old. Dr.Buchert was the only doctor that would consider replacing both hips on someone so young. I am now 58 and my hip joints are the same ones I had placed in 1991 and 1993. I have beat the expectations of them lasting at the most 15 years by 13 and 11 years in other words 28 and 26 years with no problems what so ever. Dr. Buchert did a fantastic job and I owe him a debt of gratitude. His bedside manner is lovely and you can tell his words of concern are truly heartfelt and sincere. I honestly cannot day enough that he saved me from years in a wheelchair when other doctors refused to even consider replacing both hips, one in fact told me I’d be in a wheelchair by the time I was 35 and would remain there until I was what he considered old enough to replace my hips. I would highly recommend Dr. Buchert to anyone having any kind of joint problem. If by chance you see this Dr. Buchert, thank you from the bottom of my heart.
