Dr Kleiber is a wonderful doctor who spends time explaining, as well as answering questions. All in words I can understand.

I felt he actually listened to my issues and provided a good plan to address them. Much better treatment than I have received the past 6months in my own town. Way worth the 2hrs to get here!

He talked too much just get to the point and acted like I was in pain because the regular doc told me what was wrong with my ankle. I had the pain way before I had the mri on my foot. Doc should not assume anything about a patient on the first initial doctors appointment. He was nice and polite and he didn’t even show me the results of my MRI he showed me x-rays of my ankle. And I asked fir a copy and didn’t not receive that either. Kind of feel like I was treated differently because it’s a work compensation claim.

Dr. Kleiber and his staff are very curteous, caring, and professional. And they run their appointments pretty close to on time, which I really find to be a pleasant change from some doctors that I have known in the past.

I had a crush injury to one of my fingers and Dr. Kleiber was kind enough to see me on very short notice. He and his PA did a fantastic job of putting things back together while keeping me distracted and calm. He was very kind and professional. I’d recommend him to my family and friends in a heartbeat.

I have positive experiences with Dr. Kleiber with my own children. Consequently, multiple families have asked my opinion about using Dr. Kleiber when their children are injured. Every one of the folks that have used Dr. Kleiber has had positive experiences. It is difficult to handle a sports injury as a parent and Dr. Kleiber has a professional bedside manner that allows for parents to feel as comfortable as possible in a rough situation. The work he does helps the students recover as quickly as possible and back to enjoying the activities of their choice.

I dont think Google will let me write a review for every issue Dr. Kleiber has helped with so I will write a long review.... Two of my teenage children had ACL surgery(2018 & 2020) and have recovered very well. Both were injured playing basketball their senior year in high school. Dr. Kleiber and his staff were great to work with. He handled both of my daughters well, i.e.senior year season-ending injury is more than just a need to repair a knee. My girls were raised to handle life rather than cry over life, but he gave them room to be upset and I (and my wife!) appreciated his bedside manner. Both girls recovered well going on to snow ski, play college basketball, split wood, hike, live life, etc.Addittionally he helped my second youngest with a collarbone break/displacement. It required surgery and she also has recovered well and lives an active life with no problems.I appreciate that he explains what he will do and why he uses a certain technique. The 2nd ACL surgery was done a little differently than my older daughters was because in the intervening 2 years he felt better techniques or tools were available. I really hope I dont need to see his office again but if a need arises I will return to him first!

My Mom, who had been suffering with ankle issues for some time, was going to a podiatrist in Iowa who was, in my and many others opinion, not qualified to do any type or ankle replacement, was going to just suffer or let an unqualified individual do surgery.I convinced her to come to Columbia Orthopedic Group and have Dr. Kleiber evaluate her. Needless to say, my Mom, who is hard to please, found Dr. Kleiber more than what she could hope for. He explained the ankle replacement surgery to her in terms she could understsnd and he had her scheduled in no time.Dr. Kleiber did an amazing job and his staff, Amy and Jennifer, were there whenever my Mom or I had a question. My Mom is now over a year out and walking better and doing better than she could have hoped for.I would recommend Dr. Keiber right her at Columbia Ortbopaedic Group for your foot and ankle needs. You will NOT be disappointed ....he and his staff are attentive, available and friendly!

There is always room for improvements. No place or games should be rated a 5 because, more room for improvements.

My wife had surgery in 2016 for bunion and overlapping toes. Her foot never healed properly. Her bunion was worse than before with chronic pain, fallen arch, and toes over corrected. She was unable to wear a shoe. Care was not good and he denied there was a problem. Three years later she found a good surgeon to clean this mess up. A procedure that took three 1/2 hours. Her foot has healed, no pain, and toes are aligned. Care in St. Louis was excellent.

Dr. Kleiber isnt the best doctor to see about your foot pain, ankle pain, any pain in general. I went in today about my ankle pain and was told by other doctors that referred me there that I would need surgery. So he begins telling that my BMI is to high for surgery. Ya I understand that, but then proceed to tell me about weight management and how to lose weight and eat the right portion sized food. Excuse me but I know Im fat you dont need to sit there and criticize me about it and your not a weight loss doctor. Stick to what you went to college for!! Thanks!! So yes please go somewhere else for your orthopedic problems. And I agree with others on here he was very rude!!

The only foot and ankle doctor I trust. I’m very confident in him as a surgeon and he has been nothing but honest and respectful towards me.

He was very rude. He interupts patients when they are talking. He down grades other Drs. He told me that there is no way im still having pain a month after my injury. I have ligaments that have been completely separated in my ankle. My ankle still rolls even with a support brace and therapy isnt helping. I go back per work comp orders soon. Well see how it goes this time. Definitely not a Dr I would have chose myself. I gave him one star only because you have to give at least one to post.
