I’ve been seeing Emily love on and off for about 5 years or so and I feel like we have a good relationship even if I don’t see her for a year. She asks important questions and our sessions help me out a lot. The receptionist is always so kind to me and we usually have a little chat while we wait for payments to go through and printing receipts. I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else for help.

I really wanted to get my young daughter help for her anxiety problems. Her psychologist had moved an hour away, and I was hoping for a closer place to take her. This place is just a money making machine. The initial psychiatrist couldnt help, was on her first or second day, and made assumptions about my daughter after 20 minutes of talking to her. Then had no other solution when she had a bad reaction to the medication. When asked if we could see the owner, who is a more experienced psychiatrist, we were told it would be another 400 plus dollars. We then tried the therapy aspect. After meeting with the therapist. She called us to tell us there was no one in the practice that could help and counsel my daughter, and our money would be refunded. It wasnt, so we had to file a dispute. To make maters worse when meeting with the therapist, and telling her why we left the old therapist/psychologist an hour away she commented well people drive. If your child really needs help, I strongly discourage anyone from seeking treatment here!!

I have had such a great experience here. From the little conversations with passing by people to the calm environment, it is a great place to be. The counselors are some of the nicest people I’ve ever met and make it easy to discuss what you’re going through

Emily and Dr. Greenberger have been critically helpful to our family. The medicine was adjusted over time and we found a therapeutic level. Emily is very understanding, warm, and gave us homework to work on ourselves.Can’t thank you enough!!!

Brett, Emily G., and Emily L. were instrumental for me over the years and do an amazing job. They offer a very welcoming community, one I found hard to come by with other doctors.

The staff at Collaborative Counseling were amazing with my teenage daughter! We had seen several therapists before and they didn’t click well. She trusts and really enjoys her time working with Emily Greenberger! Emily gives her small goals to work on and truly listens to her problems. I couldn’t ask for a better counselor!

Exceptionally poor administrative customer service. The office manager has a real attitude and is inept at accurately keeping track of appointments and service charges. The clinical director is inept at CPT coding and is unresponsive, unless you hurt her feelings by expressing legitimate frustration.

CCC is a wonderful mental health center that helps many people and has many caring clinicians. My experience was very positive there.

My daughter was cutting herself and acting like a crazy pre-teen. She had social anxiety and other problems that she was internalizing. The school introduced me to MSA and attempted taking her there but she became worse under their care. The staff at MSA was horrible. I found Dr. Greenberger and his wife Emily. My daughter improved very quickly under their care. Thank you! You healed my baby girl and I really appreciate your team.
