My husbands primary doctor for the last few years and found out recently he’s leaving the area . It would have been nice if he would have discussed it with his patients before he left and helped them choose another doctor. He even had a phone appointment that was cancelled today because if the weather. A phone appointment?!?! Never knew the weather affected the phone!

So, my I insurance gave me this doctor as my new pcp. I know how it works, and when I called to establish a first visit, I was told there has to be prior approval and authorization for new patients. So you selectively choose which insurance and which patients you wish to administer , yet, how is this beneficial to anyone who is sick? We are more than just numbers to you people and with that being said, I will let my insurance and the board of health know, this is how you conduct business for new patients. I could care less which excuse you deem, as a prerogative or prerequisite to your regulations, I will not listen any further to nonsensical output from staff who care more about that dollar than they do a patient. This tells me all I need to know about your team of doctors, your clinic, and the way you do things. I never knew how hard, finding a pcp is, until you keep your own charts on your own medical health and stay on top of matters. Another money over life scam setup to keep you as a number, in line, while they do the least amount possible. Many want the tag and labels that are applied, yet want none of the work!! Good luck to you all, I will find better!!

Dr. Turner is the most wonderful, very thorough doctor I have ever seen. He is very pleasant, always providing medical documents to backup his advice. My husband and I have had a very enjoyable experience during our annual wellness examinations and prescription refills. Recommend him highly.

Dr turner is outstanding. However the accounting Dept is pitiful and incompetent. Never have i experienced such gross handling of payment and billing. Total disaster and as much as I like dr turner I cannot and will not be back. Received a call today 8/3/2016 from fox collections about a bill from July 2015. Totally absurd and would like acct dept to explain but I feel confident they will not contact me nor do I think they have the ability to properly explain why I owe 169.33. My wife and I have exhausted ourselves trying to work with the accounting Dept. I think they are unprofessional and disrespectful. To the acct dept please address this and make corrections.Need to end positively so again dr turner is great and I throughly enjoyed the experience with him.Bob Hobson Joelton TN
