The doctors and nurse practitioners I have seen so far have been helpful, and I didnt have to wait too long once I got to my appointment. I had done the online check-in beforehand. I took off a star because of the fact that when you call to make an appointment, you can generally expect to be on hold for a long time. I do have patient portal access now, so Im hoping that I can use its messaging feature to make appointments going forward, and thus be able to avoid those long wait times on the phone.

Never answer the phone and never call back. The doctor I talk to over the phone requires me to talk to him every 3 weeks for a 15 second “how’s your medicine going? Good I’ll refill” and send you a bill for $175… just to get refills on sleep meds? Classic American healthcare.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would ! They never answer the phones. Every time you get an appointment you literally sit there forever ! Everything is an event with them ! It’s makes you not even wanna come! The front desk ehhh okay there’s one nice lady at the pharmacy! That is always very nice the rest just seem to not like their jobs very much if you can go somewhere else please do !

The doctors or at lease my moms doctor is excellent, they only need to hire new staff, specially the pharmacy. They affirm that they hand you prescriptions when they don’t, my mom felt like a addict she needed her meds for her diabetes and they said they had given them to her already. They made her feel like she was trying to infect ppl with COVID even after her test results were negative. Overall we are changing practices hopefully they will change staff we will miss seeing DR, but enough is enough

I would give it a 0 if I could. I brought my sister here because she hurt her leg, had a brace on and crutches. They told us to come in and we drove 40 minutes just to be told that she wasnt registered and had to come back another day. They seriously couldnt have told us that over the phone?? They had way too many people in there, which is also a health hazard. Next time just say youre overbooked. Not to mention one of the nurses/receptionists kicked us out when we were waiting for our ride because she cant walk too much, when no one was waiting in line. Plus, half of the people walking out of there seemed to be upset with them too due to them having similar issues. If you dont like people complaining then do your jobs right!!!

Please avoid going here at all costs. You will never get someone on the line at their behavioral health department, it will always go to voicemail and you will get no call backs. There is no way to contact mental health providers directly through their joke of a patient portal either. Doctors will cancel on you with no notice, and you will not be able to reschedule since no one will pick up the phone. Go to John Hopkins or literally anywhere else instead.

My first day here, and the staff was super nice and knowledgeable, I was seen right away and it was my first appt which usually would take longer somewhere else, I did my pre-paperwork online so maybe thats also why but the doctor I had was amazing and really listened to my concerns. I do have to say that making an appt takes an unreasonably long amount of time, which I think can discourage people from going to their provider which is something that needs to change immediately.

This place is really trashy, the staff is rude, insensitive and really disrespectful. I requested to go with my spouse to the doctor’s consult and this no body person did not let me. I was patient and did not want to cause a scene. But they don’t deserve my insurance money. This is not the only place for treatment. I will find another place for my husband. Definitely avoid this place if you can.

On Hold 3 times for over 30 minutes trying to get an appointment to see Dr. Conner. Wasnt impressed the first time I came in. This pretty much sinks it. Im looking elsewhere. On top of it their phone system is unbelievably bad. Cant get through to a human no matter what and the audio quality drops in and out so its hard to understand. EXTREMELY POOR

I was supposed to be a new patient... Couldn’t get an appointment for another month or so and it was only telemed available. Ok no big deal. I need new prescription refills but I’ll be ok until the day of appointment. Day of appointment comes... I check in, and I see my appointment was canceled! No calls, no email, no anything! Person I called couldn’t tell me why it was canceled, tried calling the receptionist themselves, it takes forever for them to answer. I’ll find another doctor. Not trying these people again!

The pharmacy has very unprofessional customer service associates. They very clearly do not care about their patients and do everything they can to give them a hard time. Its as though the pharmacy associates are trying to deter patients from filling their prescriptions there. Dropping off/picking up a prescription from a pharmacy should not be so difficult or emotionally draining but the people at this pharmacy make it the most stressful event ever! I DO NOT recommend getting prescriptions filled here. While the clinic is full of compassionate individuals, the pharmacy is filled with rude, uncaring, lazy people and something needs to change.People should have passion and should not work in a job they hate and take their frustrations out on customers.

You are truly a disgrace.I can’t start to explain how unsatisfied and upset I am with your “business”. Every time I call it takes me HOURS and minimum of 5 transfers till I get someone to help. Scheduling an appointment is a nightmare, you canceled my appointment and you never bothered to rescheduled me, my mom got infection because of you canceling her Dental appointment and not seeing her on time. Shame

Needed to see a dentist for a tooth ache were able to see me the next day. I was really worried I never been to this dentist before but she was amazing kind thoughtful. I’ll start even taking my kids there and I think that say it all. Thank you 🙏

If I could give 0 stars it would be. The reception staff are rude. They spend 30 to 40 minutes afternoons at your appointment. All the staff do not deserve a single star change this place I do not recommend it to anyone. With good reason they have so many negative comments.

A horrible attention, a Hispanic girl who is at the reception made me wait 3 hours for 2 occasions, until I asked why they did not attend me, she told me that she had problems with the system, which is not true because the other people were attended according to his arrival, and not only was it with me there was another girl that same day who had 4 hours waiting, the Glen Burnnie clinic is very different, the care of the staff in Columbia is a badly organized disaster tea they waste time
