I had a very poor experience after getting referred to this practice. I was really wanting it to be positive but it wasnt.Dr. Sandy is just too busy and you cant easily get a hold of her at ALL.Id go in, and be seen later than my appointment time, have prescriptions sent in that Id never get a call for and the front staff doesnt do what they say theyll do. I called I kid you not over 15 times and either no one picked up, or someone picked up saying theyll call me back and no one ever did. It got to the point where I drove up there without an appointment whereby I still couldnt get any assistance and Aaliyah promised shed call me back in 30 minutes and guess what nothing. I got through once after going in person where the phone was picked up and I heard background chatter and then all of a sudden the line just dropped. I even tried filling out the contact form and again nothing. I would not recommend and am now on the hunt for a new dermatologist.

I had an appointment with Natasha Sandy today July 24, 2021I have been in Mid Town since 11:00am. I have been calling the service phone and No Answer. I had building services also call No Answer. I had commuted from CT & waited 3hrs not able to communicate with anybody from your office or urself. I have completed my financial pay out which is guaranteed. The servicesI am receiving & been receiving Have been inconsiderate. If these appointments continue too be a problem I would like the remainder of the funds that was suppose to cover the last 3 appointments. Once again this has not been a great experience however I have been trying to complete my commitment to you however it remains difficult when theirs No One to communicate with. I would appreciate if someone gets back to me regarding this matter.This was my 1ST Email to This Suppose TO BE Dermatologist; who NEVER REPLYED TO THIS EMAIL, I SENT THIS BACK IN JULY; ITS NOW SEPTEMBER 14TH & I HAVENT NOTHING BACK AS OF YET. SO ITS TIME 3 LAWYER UP. SMALL CLAIMS HERE I COME. My Face is worst than it was before.

Good doctor, poor customer experience (hour long wait times)

Does the doctor know her stuff? Yes (4 stars), if you keep all the arrogance and condescension aside, the doctor actually knows her stuff. But so do a lot of other doctors.Appointment scheduling? Terrible (0 stars) - no one will pick up your phone for days (12 consecutive business days without phone being answered is my personal record at this clinic), and appointments are randomly cancelled when booked online, a truly chaotic and mismanaged system where your time has no value. And this experience might not be evident for new patients when youre just starting out because youre potential customers for so many treatments, but this will become evident after probably your second or third visit.In-clinic experience? Worst in all my years (0 stars). Count on waiting for atleast 1 hour when you go at the time of your appointment, doesnt matter if youre meeting the doctor for 15 minutes, and youve taken an hour off work. (yes, you read it right, your time has no value)Prescriptions? the number of times I had to keep calling to remind them of sending the prescription to the pharmacy was appalling. (did i mention your time has no value?)By looking at other facilities, it is expected to some extent that healthcare facilities in this country do not treat patients in the best possible way, but at this clinic youll be able to see a whole new level of apathy towards patients. There are other good dermatologists, find ones that are part of a corporate chain of clinics just to get better experience and be treated like a human being because for them atleast it matters what kind of reviews the patients leave on different sites.

The WORST! I really wanted to like Dr. Sandy. I had never had acne until my mid-40s. Dr. Sandy said, I dont feel sorry for you. Ive had acne all my life. WTH? Then on numberous occasions I had to wait hours to been seen by her. On one appointment, I literally walked in the same time as Dr. Sandy and was the first patient. Still waited over an hour to be seen. She is more concerned with being a celebrity dr and less concerned with good patient care. If you value your time, keep stepping!

This business does not deserve any stars due to unprofessionalism. I scheduled an appointment online. The appointment was confirmed via email and text. I arrived twenty minutes early for the check in. A young, lady appeared inexperienced given the way she never welcome me to the establishment or introduced herself. In addition, she asked personal questions in front of other patients and she lacked computer skills because she had a hard time navigating their system to retrieve my demographic information.She stated she did not see any confirmation of this appointment and asked if I had documentation to prove the appointment. I screenshot the confirmation text and sent it to her emai as she requested. Without notice, she abruptly left the desk and went in the back to speak with someone.After conversing, she returns to tell me that my appointment will not be honored due to the glitch in their system and asked what day I wanted to reschedule? I asked if she could go and speak with the dermatologist, due to the fact, I scheduled off from work, drove a long distance and followed all the steps according to their webpage.She returned with no resolution other then rescheduling. She nor the dermatologist took accountability of the malfunction on the webpage or verbally apologized for the inconvenience. Needless to say, I opted out of another scheduled appointment after stating how unprofessional it was for the establishment to handle affairs in this manner.

I never leave reviews but this was just shameful...I was so excited to support a black owned business. Appt was yesterday...waited an hour plus...I left, Drs bedside manner upon hearing about my departure..questionable at best. The sweet receptionist calls the next morning apologetically and asks if I would be willing to reschedule the same day. I reluctantly agreed and schedule the appt at 2pm. I arrive at 1:55. The doctor has left to go the bank...its 235 now ..no Dr... Just the nice receptionist trying to convince me to stay..its just a shame...dont waste your time ...that is not how business is run AT ALL...such a disappointment

A waste of money. Ive ordered Polished products in the past and really liked them(when I actually received them), but disliked the fact that they would take an inconsiderable amount of time to ship. I would receive the products in 1-3 months. For maintaining a skin regimen and the price of these products, that is way too long. When Ive reached out about it (email is the only means of contact), I would never get a reply. Your team has to do better. If that was on point, I would consider giving this another try. Since Ive repeatedly had an unsatisfactory experience with this business, Ill pass.

Dr. Natasha Sandy is one clinician you will not forget. Her interpersonal communication skills sets her apart from all other celebrity physicians by far. You are not just another patient on the list to her. On a consistent basis, she makes you feel that your clinical case is as unique as any other high profile patient she sees. She will gives you a detailed treatment plan tailored to your care. She will go above and beyond to ensure you have the appropriate ‘at home’ products. Moreover, her holistic approach to reaching your dermatological goals, especially for those who displays high melanin as myself, is why I will continue to see Dr. Sandy periodically throughout the years to come.

Dr. Sandy is very warm and professional. She listens and takes her time always. My only complaint is that she sometimes runs late (once 45 minutes) but other than that, I really feel comfortable seeing her.

I purchased a chemical peel back in Jan/ feb and when I went to book my appointment was told I’d have to spend another 100+ dollars. When I researched out to customer service to see if I could exchange my purchase for a product or receive a refund I have been getting the run around every since. The customer service is the worst.

I had an incredible experience yesterday with Dr. Sandy and her staff. They made me feel welcomed. My baby woke up during the visit and I was terrified. Dr. Sandy rocked her and calmed so that the nurse can finish the prep. She also made sure everything she gave me was safe for breastfeeding. She was incredible with a great human touch!

Had a virtual appointment scheduled. Did everything I was supposed to do, opened my patient portal, waited for the email I was supposed to receive to invite me to the appointment in the patient portal. Nothing. I called MANY times that day as well as the next two days, left voicemails, sent two emails. Never got a response. When I called to make the appointment, someone answered immediately and now nothing? hmmm. I had this appointment scheduled a month in advance because apparently that was the soonest anyone could see me. If I would have been the one who missed the appointment, I would have been charged a fee but what about when its the other way around? I re-arranged my entire day so I could be home for this appointment. Very upset. Very disappointed.

I read good and bad reviews about Dr. Natasha Sandy and I decided to give her a try. She was amazing. Seems everyone has a sense of urgency to be seen right away, but When it’s their turn to be seen they’re in the room holding everyone else up with all their questions and concerns. I decided to try her out myself and she was not condescending and/or arrogant.I was going bald in the middle of my head for ten years. I didnt think it was so bad because I could wear a ponytail and no one would notice. Until one day my beautician told me its starting to spread down the back of my head (scared me to wits end). I sprung into action searching for doctors throughout NY. I found a few and they wanted to take baby steps, I knew there was something that could give faster results. I was listening to the Radio and Dr. Natasha Sandy was being interviewed, immediately I knew I need to see her. Scheduled an appointment for consultation and that day I started treatments. After one treatment my hair started to fill-in. Im on my third treatment and you can not tell I was going bald at all. Money well spent. Dr. Sandys professionalism and personality is amazing (She was very welcoming). She is very informative and passionate about what she does. I can not thank her enough. She informed me of vitamins and remedies that could also speed up the process and it worked. FOLLOW HER INSTRUCTIONS and you will see results.

I have been going to Dr. Sandy for 3 Years now and she is the very best. I have had the best experience with her products such as the scrub, acne pads and complexion correction pads. I would recommend her products and services to anyone who needs it. Not to mention, I am a huge advocate for the hair laser removal service, it has been very effective for me as far as reduced hair growth and no ingrowns at all. Dr. Sandy is very knowledgeable and I am always satisfied when using her products.

As a black woman with significant scalp damage it was important to me to see a dermatologist who could understand my POV and guide me to both holistic and medical treatments. I came to Dr. Sandy because I was experiencing some hair loss it only took two weeks for my first appointment. Dr. Sandy took her time to listen to my concerns and while waiting for the appropriate bloodwork to come back started me on a treatment regimen. I had two PRP treatments and my hair is back stronger and healthier than ever before. She also made an amazing recommendation for a hairstylist they have consulted each other on my hair care needs and continue to consult on an as needed basis. This all took place over the course of a four month period of time. I have since started a skincare regimen with Dr. Sandy and am in love. I feel renewed and excited about my skin and hair which also means in general, I just feel BETTER!!!!! Thank you Dr. Sandy! You’ve literally changed my overall well being.

So I asked when I came in How far behind is she? and was told she was about normal. Been sitting in an exam room for 45 minutes.Walking out now. Unprofessional and unacceptable. Treat your patients time as if it had value.

I came out of state and all my concerns were quickly and efficiently addressed and future visits accomodated. Passionate and knowledgable in regards to patient care. An affordable skin care plan was suggested and samples to test on my skin were offered. Definitely recommend.

Hallelujah! I finally found a Dr.that cares enough to explain what is happening so I better understand my condition. She didn’t shove a prescription in my hand while rushing me out of the door like most Drs. saying “ just do as I tell you”. She never treated me as if I wouldnt understand and helped me see that not all good meds are good for my condition. . For me, she is what a DR. should be and what we all really want from them. I realize that we have been conditioned to expect less from many others and poor bedside manner is the “new normal”. I will admit that I had to wait a bit - but patience and being seen by Dr. Sandy was worth every minute of the wait.

Dr Sandy is extraordinary. I went for psoriasis(elbow) treatment, after seeing multiple doctors in the span of over 5 years. Dr Sandy took the time explaining me about condition and wrote a presentation which I have used for 4 weeks as directed and I should say I have never felt better in so many years. I can not recommend her highly enough.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Earlier this year, I ordered and paid for skincare products from Dr. Sandys website for $148.75 on 1/25/2019. I asked for delivery updates with no answers. I did not receive the package until 3/1/2019, which I rejected due to extremely late delivery. Dr. Sandys company has refused to respond to any of my emails and telephone calls regarding a refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM DR. SANDYS WEBSITE. They are unprofessional and have poor customer service skills. I expected better because of the celebrity co-signs but I should have done my research. I have spent over $2000 for injections and it only made my condition worse . She’s rude and unprofessional. I have cried everyday after the treatment because I looked horrible but she didn’t care. She charged me to remove my injections and didn’t offer any time of refund .I wish I had read the reviews before going to her. She is not to be trusted. She is also not a certified dermatologist. My visit with Dr. Natasha was pleasant and she was very personable. I had every intention of continuing my treatment with her for sudden stress related Alopecia. However, the lack of communication from her has caused me to seek treatment elsewhere. When you call you receive an answering service or a voicemail. I had blood work done to rule out any underlying issues and I have called seven times to try to receive these results. My calls have been returned twice by her “nurse” who says Dr. Natasha has not yet reviewed my results but reassured me someone would call if there was an issue. I requested I be called with the results whether abnormal or not and also have these results faxed or emailed to me. My blood work was done on August 6th. It is now September 11th and I have still not received a call or copy related to this blood work. I will be seeing a different dermatologist and I’m sure will have to have his blood work done again since I am unable to obtain these records. Extremely frustrating and disappointing.

Years ago, I visited this Dr. years ago because of her interview at the Breakfast Club and what appears to be transformational work she did on CThaGod. I was sooooooo heated when I left. Not only did I wait for a while, but she didnt offer an apology for being late. Once she got me in the back, she was EXTREMELY condescending and arrogant. I attempted to tell her my backstory of how my skin got the way it did and what I believe caused it... and at EVERY TURN she shut me down and smirked, dismissing my concerns. She then threw a whole bunch of products I needed my way and told me I needed this.. and that... and this... and that... along with chemical peels and repeated visits, etc. Just THE WORST! I left pissed off, disappointed and felt like I completely wasted my time. She did a follow-up on the Breakfast Club and I was considering trying her again, but when I read this clients review from a few weeks ago, it reminded me of how I just cant be bothered with someone with this type of energy and arrogance.

ALWAYS LATE. ALWAYS. Never has she ever been on time, always at LEAST 45 minutes late, more like an hour. And only ever was a try this, try that doctor, never did testing, or anything. Did I mention LATENESS???Think Ive set my point
