No one answers the phone so you can schedule a new patient appointment. No one calls you back if you leave a voicemail. You can’t schedule new patient appointments on the health portal.

I never try to leave bad reviews but this is by far the worst center i have been referred to. It is impossible to get a hold of someone no matter how many times or what time of day you call. No one follows up with voicemails that are left and if they do follow up, days or weeks have passed. As a patient who has been diagnosed with a condition, not being able to get the necessary medication due to lack of communication on their end is exhausting. I can’t count how many times i have cried due to delays in medication on their end. I am fed up.

They got me right in and were all so kind! I loved the resident who saw me first. She was so kind and energetic and spent so much time educating me. Definitely pleased with them!

I was scared enough having been diagnosed with melanoma for the third and forth time, and I didnt have a choice for a surgeon. He told me he did not know the size of the lesions ( my doctor had sent him her findings) and needed to make the incisions longer. With only a local, I ended up with a 7 inch inscision on my left arm and one almost 5 inches on my neck. The surgery was so painful it should have required awake sedation. After discharge, I experienced tremendous pain in my left arm as well as the edema for was not told of either. I tried calling the office multiple times to notify the surgeon with no response. My original dermatologist, when I told her of my pain, prescribed a pain medication. When I had to return to have my sutures removed, I asked the nurse if the incisions were usually this long. She told me that they were when metastasis I was diagnosed. I did not have a metastasis of my melanoma. It was melanoma in situ. Now, many months later I still have periodic, sudden, severe pain from my incision site to my left hand. Never again.

THEY MISDIAGNOSED ME WITH CANCER ON MY FACE. They scheduled me for surgery. Being only 18 that really scared me. Most people that age are worried enough about pimples, I was worried about looking like a freaking pirate. It took two months to get an appointment and another two for the surgery. Turned out I didnt even have cancer. I found out days before the surgery that I didnt have cancer and it eventually went away after a year.

I was referred to Dr. Golda with a Diagnosis of melanoma cancer on my ear. I didnt have a choice. Thats who I was sent to see. However, IF I had been offered a choice, knowing what I know now, I would have INSISTED on seeing Dr. Golda and no one else. This guy rocks! He is friendly but professional, he takes the time to thoroughly answer every question and address every concern. I now realize he is in the top of his profession I trust him without reservation. And, (bonus) hes a really nice guy.Nursing Staff is similarly superb. Nurse Jacque was extraordinary.PS: Occasionally you might experience a wait. Dr. Golda wont rush the patient he was seeing right before you - and he wont rush when he is with you. That seems fair to me.

Good staff and doctors. HORRIBLE wait times. I’ve been here an hour and still haven’t been seen. I was the first person here when they opened! Last time I was here a month ago, same thing. My appointment is literally 5 minutes (a steroid injection).

Absolutely terrible communication with their pts. I had to call them after 2 weeks of waiting for them to call me about being denied a med. Then I was told my dr was in vacation.....so a nurse cant call or the pts arent covered by another dr. So I tried one more time l, was told I would get a blood test for a baseline before I start a new med........2 weeks later I call after giving the sample and was told by a nurse they did not get my results from my local hospital and in the same breath the same nurse tells me oh Haha here they are sitting on my desk.....mmmk so what now dumb nurse....I will make sure the dr calls you about the continuation of your care....2 days later nothing. I have cancelled my future appointments and I am currently looking for another Dr. Stay away from Dr. Braddis and Dr. Klug They are lazy.

You must be available to answer calls on their time. They are quick to schedule you but as soon as you need to talk to them about test results, questions about insurance, or any other standard doctor to patient questions, they are totally unreachable.

Administratively inept. Long-standing appointment cancelled without notice after arriving at the office. Claim to have called but no call nor voicemail history, no MyChart notification, nothing. Unwilling to accommodate the overdue follow-up by the nurse practitioner while onsite, which takes a whole 5 minutes. They volunteered a new appointment 2 months out...
