Being a very satisfied patient of Dr Gregg McKenzie who has been my periodontist for many years, I trust him completely to provide the best services that are available anywhere. I remember the day that he gave me an injection in the roof of my mouth and I wasn’t even aware that he’d administered it because it was 100% painless-His skills are impeccable. His office is beautiful and clean with relaxing music playing. The dental chairs are massaging chairs, and the rooms are sparkling clean. Neida, my dental hygienist, is very skilled too with a soothing personality. Dr McKenzie has the best of the best hygienists and competent office staff. Having Dr. McKenzie as my periodontist is a blessing!

My son has a receding gum line. Dr. McKenzie took his time examining my son and then pondering the appropriate course of action. He was kind and compassionate and he was honest about the outcomes. Our decision was to do nothing but change his toothbrush. Dr. McKenzie could have insisted that surgery is needed but he carefully considered the trauma of surgery and the results with a special needs patient. Doctors who truly look out for the best interest of the patient, and not the best interest of their income, are rare. Dr. McKenzie also can explain in easily understandable terms conditions of gums and teeth, details of treatments and possibilities if untreated, for example. I am very happy with the results since 2011.Final note, regardless of the turnover in office , (theres not much of it) , in either office workers or health professionals, Dr Mackenzie keeps all well informed and up-to-date, basically a well-organized team. Dr. McKenzie is such a caring and gentle doctor.I was so nervous for the first visit and he was very reassuring that I was going to be just fine! The whole office is great! Since me and my family just moved here to SC I needed to find a dentist. I went to see Dr.Woods at Crowns Now Dental and he recommended I see a periodontal dentist. So I did my research and found Dr. Gregg McKenzie. I scheduled a consultation with his office and went to see him. Being new to the area I was greeted by the most friendliest staff. Together with Dr. McKenzie everyone was pleasant and happy and had the utmost respect for anyone coming into their dental office. After the consultation was completed I was given my choices on what needed to happen next. The next day I was back in his office and before he did any kind of work on me he and his assistant went through with me step by step on what the procedure was and what they were doing as they were doing it. They all made me feel very relaxed and comfortable. Before the procedure took place we all prayed and that meant the world to me as no one has ever done that with me before. After the procedure was completed they asked me if I had any questions and went over what I was to expect next. I recommend you go see Dr. McKenzie and his team of professionals because he truly is one of the best people I have ever met.
