Ive been a patient at this dentist for 22 years and I love it here I had wonderful service from all the hygienists and Dr Marsh for the time he was there. After he retired I had good service from another gentleman who was there for a short time. Now I have Dr Asca and she is wonderful as well. The place is always clean.

This place is amazing and the staff is sweet and they are really quick. Made sure to walk me through my teeth getting pulled out. Made it super fast and as close to painless as you can get with some thing like that. I would highly recommend them to anyone. My favorite.

Very welcoming and friendly. Phyliss did a very thorough job cleaning my teeth and the xray tech was very proficeint also. All in all very thorough and pain free exam and cleaning. Also did a referal and they were very knowledgable. Thanks for allowing ES pet to acompany me.

I love Carolina dental docs. I’ve been going to them every sense I was one and my whole family goes here as well they tread us like family and they do not take long with our services.

I scheduled an appointment for my daughter on a Monday for wisdom tooth pain. The earliest that they could see her was that Thursday afternoon. We get there for the appointment with her in pain and not only are there no dentists there, there was nothing on the schedule for her as having an appointment. She was listed as inactive in the system. She waited all week for that appointment to get relief and all for nothing. All we were told is “Sorry, not sure what happened”. Completely unacceptable. I had to end up taking her to Urgent Care and still need to get her in to see a dentist.

Always a great experience, theyre very professionally and Im always in and out in a timely manner.

The waiting area has been updated with new paint and flooring. This is a great improvement. I had only a few minutes wait before being in seen. Everyone is always friendly and helpful. Usually in and out in short time.

Routine visit for my teenagers. The dental waiting area used to be people friendly. It now looks cold and barren.

Was told I had to pay by a certain date. I was supposed to have a tooth fixed and it wasnt. The manager and one the employees was talking about me while I was standing there with the orthodontist side. They demanded payment and I simply said I didnt have the money. I was supposed to receive a bill and have yet to receive it. FYI you cant get blood from a turnip. I love the orthodontist side. I was also told I couldnt be seen again until I paid the dental side. yeah ok.

I am always utterly amazed at how well the dental assistants and dentist are with my daughter. Carolina Dental Docs has been her place to get shiny teeth since she was a year and a half old and everyone is awesome and truly understands the sometimes lengthy process of getting a little ones teeth cleaned. They have always been super nice, knowledgeable and patient - for this mama, that means the world.

Wonderful people. Charles Willard actually gave my husband options on what he will like to do with his teeth. Instead of trying to force him to do what they what like the other dentist was trying to make him do. They even offered him a teeth cleaning, then looked at his teeth to make sure it wouldnt hurt him. Other dentist wouldnt even try giving him a teeth cleaning and they was rude towards him. Dental docs made my husband feel at home & very comfortable. Me and my husband would recommend them to anyone. Thank you dental docs for everything

I love the staff here!!! My son and I are seen here. He has a sensory processing disorder which causes anxiety. When we were there, l Stacey and the staff were very understanding and he actually allowed them to get an image of his teeth which has been hard to do at other offices. The pediatric dentist, Dr. Thompson, worked well with him and was very understanding. I would highly recommend this office. Even if you have a concern, they listen and take action. Awesome staff!!!

Liars in the office. Will change your appointment without notification only for you to be late and they can force you to reschedule.

My child has been petrified of the dentist, screaming, crying even getting so upset that he vomits. He is 4 years old. We switched to here and he saw Dr. Darren Thompson! No screams, no tears..nothing! Dr. Thompson is not only a Godsend but he is The Children-Whisperer! The staff is awesome, caring and sensitive to you and your needs as a parent! My kids will stay here!

This place is awful. Completely based upon financial quotas run by corporate management. Not one of the dental assistants were certified . This place was run like a cattle call. Strictly numbers to make corporate money. I wouldn’t take my dog to this place. The assistants had bottom barrel training and were completely incompetent. Unprofessional. I saw mistake after mistake from this place. Nothing was changed because corporate is in Georgia. They don’t care. All they care about is $

Did a great job at pulling my teeth. My dentures are disgusting. Have only put them in 5 times. Was told it was my fault, I have a deformed mouth. Still paying on my credit card for them but taking out another loan to go somewhere else.

My son and daughter go here and my son got several cavities filled here and they make him feel comfortable and he’s never afraid. Love this dentist office and all the staff are very kind!

I took my 8 year old to Carolina Dental Docs a total of 3 times. We never had a bad experience. All the staff I encountered was pleasant and knowledgeable especially Shelly and April.

We have been trying to reach this office for 2 weeks now and they will not answer the phones or return messages left on their voicemail. We attempted reaching out to the Spartanburg office in hopes someone would answer and NOTHING! How can you operate a business if you do not answer your phones?

Complete waste of time. My appointment was at 8:00, I didnt get seen till 8:40 almost. By the time I left, I knew exactly what I had already known and was in no better condition than when I walked in. They claimed that this is how dentistry operates, well I have news for you... I went down the street to Dental Urgent Care and got what I needed done on the same day, no referral, no waste of time, no waiting for the next appointment and most importantly no more pain. I wont waste my time going here again.

I have been going to Carolina Dental Docs for about 2 years. My teeth cleanings have been done by one of the girls there and she spent at the most 30 mins doing the cleaning ( I never felt my teeth was clean). The other day a lady named Stacy cleaned my teeth and she done a fantastic job. I was in her chair for 55 mins. At the time I was thinking of changing dentist because the cleaning was not as It should have been. I will be getting Stacy to do my cleanings from now on. Thank you STACEY for a job well done. I cannot say enough about how terrible of a place this is. The staff are extremely rude and inconsiderate. They seem overly focused on profit margins and less concerned about people. The entire place appears to a shoddy operation.

These people gave me a sedative that you give to 5 year olds and expected me (17 at the time) to have the same reaction as a 5 year old. Because of my anxiety and claustrophobia I have to be sedated when I go to the dentist but instead of referring me to the proper place they yelled at me and were very rude. I wouldnt send my worst enemy here. If you are afraid of going to the dentist DO NOT GO HERE

This place is a joke. You walk into a filthy environment, not upgraded, stains on the chairs and carpet. It’s supposed to be a pediatric office but isn’t even child friendly there was one child’s book and one toy in the patient waiting area. When my child was taken into the back the tool she was using stopped working while the hygienist was trying to clean my child’s teeth, you look up and it looks like theres mold and leak stains from the roof. It’s just disgusting. The staff are amazing, but this place needs upgrades. I used to go to marsh and sasnett and the office is still decorated the same. Do some remodeling people!!!! This is not healthy or sanitary. You have too good of a practice and staff for this.

Dr Conner insist on putting my 4 year old to sleep, him and a nurse made fun of my 9 years old for crying after he poked her while checking her teeth and gums. Sick group of people. Oh your first visit will be great but just wait. I pity the poor fool that stays here. I sure miss Dr. Sasnett

Good nice people but the prices are crazy 75 for appointment then got charged extra just for the dentist to take a look in my mouth for less then 2 seconds and charged me a extra $50 dollars witch was bs. Next time Ill make them work for that money instead of 2 second job
