I have been here once for a hair cut and also for a facial/massage for my birthday. My haircut was absolutely amazing and I’d never had a facial or massage before and I was IMPRESSED! My skin, over 2 weeks later has never been so smooth and soft. They are always so friendly here and the facility is absolutely beautiful. Prices are 100% reasonable. I recommend this salon and spa to anyone and everyone.

First visit to Well Soul was successful. Im still relatively new to the area and trying to establish a stylist and decided to give Laura Gale Girdler a try. She took the time to understand what I was looking for and provided options that she thought would work best. The end result was a success.

Walked in as a new customer to make an appointment. The place is beautiful and busy so I maybe overreacting but after first impressions, I decided to call back today and cancel my appt. I felt as if it was annoying them to talk to me. No one even looked at my hair when I asked who they thought would be a good fit for me, they just kept staring at the computer and not making eye contact. I’m sure I looked a hot mess since I just got out of a ten hour day decorating cakes, but you shouldn’t judge a book by it’s cover and assume someone isn’t worth your time, which is how it felt. Two stars for decor.

This place has superior quality all around from the look, to the quality of the salon, spa, products and massages. The prices are very reasonable for the quality and I never feel rushed. Sally is THEEE BEST massage therapist!!! I can tell Sally what I need and she gets it right every time, or you can let her know you need just a relaxed massage and you’ll fall asleep right on the massage table. 10+ STARS!!!

I have gotten my hair cut by Candace for years. I can trust her to give me good advice for my face shape and hair style. Sally also takes good care of my brows and my skin! Excellent customer service, too.

The girl who cut my hair, Kelly I think, did not communicate with me, claimed she wasnt comfortable cutting my hair short dry and that I had to pay extra for the shampoo. I caved and she only asked once what length and style. Didnt check in with me after the initial cut, and I had to take my glasses off of course so I couldnt really see what length she cut it. Next thing I know its too short she added odd layers around my face when I wanted a more blunt bob and just didnt check in or talk with me the whole time. Told me I wouldnt be able to style my cut to look like the pictures even though it was a simple bob haircut. Never checked in on the temp of the blow dryer. And it was just overall a stressful and disappointing experience. My friend went at the same time and got great results and communication so I can only assume it was the girl who cut mine.

Today was my first visit at WellSoul and it was a great experience. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. I had my first ever facial with Sally and she is amazing and Candace is so knowledgeable about what is needed to get my hair style shape right for me. She did a fantastic cut and style for me. Ive already booked both for my next appointment and look forward to being a long term customer. Thank you so much for the wonderful experience!

My hair stylist, Mary Powell, does an exceptional job with color and cut, especially for savvy, short styles. Shes able to execute exactly what I want and keeps my color natural to compliment my skin tones. And shes sweet and makes me feel confident that I can just relax while in her chair.

Sally Rhodes does an amazing job! She is great with waxing of any nature. Very thorough, professional and knowledgable. Sally has great hands and gives a relaxing massage. She is dual-trained as an esthetician and massage therapist, which makes her super convenient for scheduling purposes. Top-notch service provider.

Okay to start Mrs. Candace is magic with hair. She takes the time to understand your hair and what you want. I would definitely recommend her to anyone struggling with their hair 🙌 also she gives some really good tips/tricks so save your hair !!

I am so, so happy this place exists! I have insanely fast growing and thick hair that is, apparently, somewhat intimidating to cut. I have had a horrible time finding someone I can trust to handle it. But Candace is the absolute best and I would recommend her to absolutely everyone on the planet because I always know what I’m getting. Plus she’s basically a hair wizard and I learn something from her about keeping my hair in line every time I see her. The rest of the Wellsoul staff is nice and courteous and I have never had any issues. The space is clean and airy and adorable and easy to find. I cannot recommend them enough!

My stylist Susie is such an amazing and more than capable cosmetologist! Shes talented, has loads of experience and really listens to your hair care needs/wants. The salon has a great open, yet cozy feel. Always clean and wonderful customer service. I cant say enough nice things about this business.

Loved this salon and spa! I got the Lash Lift by Jocelyn and was impressed with the results. My lashes look so much fuller and more noticeable and it was super quick and painless. Sally is an incredible massage therapist and esthetician! I always leave feeling relaxed and have less pain in my jaw, neck, and back when she gives me a massage. Ive had one facial by her and I loved how my skin felt and looked afterwards. She is friendly, professional, and truly cares about her clients well being. Oh my goodness! Today was my first visit at this salon and first time working with Stylist Kimberly Mocks. Today I got balayage highlights, for the first time, and root touch up. The salon is very clean and comfortable, they have snacks and drinks for their customers. All the ladies I met in the salon today were very friendly.Kimberly was not only very friendly but also very talented! She did an incredible job at listening to (understanding)and creating the color I wanted. I was blown away by what a good job she did with choosing the perfect color! She even blow dried my hair in the style that I wanted...without me even telling her!I looked 10 years younger! 😃 i’m a freak about my hair looking good, I’m 59 years old and want to stay youthful looking as long as I can.All I can say is....Kimberly rocks! 🥰

Laura Gale is one of the best stylists that I have had the pleasure of working with. She has given me several haircuts, and I must say she always does an amazing job! Kimberly Mocks is absolutely amazing, and that’s the subtle version. Ive never had a thermal straightening / silk press before and hadn’t straightened my hair since 2 months after my big chop in 4/2017. I don’t trust people with my hair in general after a bad experience a little over 2 years ago; however, Kimberly soothed my nerves by making sure I was well informed and comfortable with every step of the process without even being told how nervous I was. I can happily say I’ve found my forever hairstylist.The salon is absolutely gorgeous. It’s extremely clean, well organized, spacious, relaxing, and inviting all at the same time. There’s enough room between each station that I couldnt fully hear others convos and couldn’t get distracted from my own with Kimberly. It reminds me of a bridal salon, so it really felt like I was being pampered and really treating myself with this appt. I consider getting my hair done to be self care and this salon most certainly makes it feel that way.
