I have been very happy with my / our experience at Tides of Change. We followed our therapists from a previous location to ToC and after several years we Graduated knowing and understanding more about ourselves and the way we deal with world around us, the things we can and can not control. This is a wonderful practice! All of the therapists have helped me grow tremendously in my time here. Jasmine in particular is very caring but is not afraid to call me out on BS. If you are looking for somewhere you can gain skills to improve yourself and your quality of life this is the place!

I highly recommend this practice. We were clients of Jasmine Parletts (DBT) for more than a year. Jasmine was patient with our daughter yet called her bluffs when needed and she challenged us to step up as parents. We had to make some very difficult choices and Jasmine was there for us. We are most familiar with Jasmine, but all the therapists are fantastic!
