I have always had a great experience here my son loves coming here the service is always fast with getting work done and it’s easy. The sedation process is very good as well Arish does wonderful with that as well. I’ll continue to bring my children here

The staff were super nice. The Dr was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They have a comfortable sedation waiting room for you and your child. They were very efficient. My daughter did very well with their sedation and procedures where as it was an awful experience at Prime Pediatric. We will definitely recommend and go here again for more sedation and dental work that my child may need. Was so much better of an overall experience than we had prior.

We love simply smile!!! If you have children that need to be sedated for a procedure I strongly recommend coming and seeing Arish she is amazing and great with the kids

I have had to fight tooth and nail with my son to go to the dentist but after our first visit to simply smiles all that has went out the window.. All I got to say odd dentist and he’s ready to go no tears or nothing.. The wait is not long and he’s not just treated like a number he’s treated like a human. I wouldn’t take him anywhere else. I absolutely love Dr. Dailey and her staff! It’s such a great and friendly atmosphere. Dr. Dailey is very professional and has the best bedside manners. Me and my kids love it here. My son has always been terrified of going to the dentist because of a bad experience he had when he was 3. We’ve been patients here since 2018 and needless to say, he loves going to the dentist now. Libra is my favorite Dental Assistant and Chris is always so helpful. Their great sense of humor really takes the fear and anxiety out of going to the dentist. Simply Smiles is definitely the “Chick-fil-A” of dentistry!

This is my childrens first time at this practice and were very pleased. The ease of scheduling an appointment was A+ and appointment reminders were great (I tend to forget sometimes). First, I would like to give Crystal the spotlight....my 3 year old was seeing a dentist regularly and every appointment he would cry hysterically when he had to get a cleaning. My 3 year old was so quiet, I didnt even know Crystal was cleaning his teeth. Second, Dr. Kay was so sweet and explained everything. Last but not least, as we were exiting, the front desk staff were very helpful and answered questions that I had. This office is very professional and that means a lot to me and my family.

Visit yesterday, tech must do Xrays and cleaning, cleaning was quick and not thorough. But she was nice. The Dentist Doctor came in did not take my concerns serious about gum pain, she barely looked around in my mouth, Just stood over to inspect the girl cleaning done.. She did not seem joyed a new patient came to office, I felt no warmth or caring from that Dental Dr. The Next thing I know on way out they giving me an estimate for a dental implant! Hey, wait a minute! I came for cleaning only. I never requested or discuss a need of of wanting this service, they assume a tooth missing that a 1st time client need this, another way to get money, Im a black person, and this is the second time in SC , whenever I visit any black dentist, soon as they meet a new case, they thinking how to make money off a client/ insurance. Not once did this Dentist Sat and had any conversation with me to get to know me. Im very analytical and observant. I can see if she asked me questions to get to know a new client, but NO, she was In then Out. ( never fully inspect my mouth) Did not feel valued there by that black Dental provider. 1st time and last time there!!

When walking in I was greeted. Then I noticed my sons name on a board welcoming him to his appointment. As a mother that warmed my heart. I knew I was in the right place. The hygienist was very friendly & made my son feel safe & comfortable. Our experience was a great one. I would recommend them to anyone. The price was affordable as well😉

Krystal is the best her service is outstanding. She takes great care of all three of my kids and they love her. You will never go wrong with Simply Smile. They take care of our whole family. Your in great hands.

Angela the dental tech that cleaned my teeth was simply amazing. She explained everything she was doing and was very kind. I saw Dr. Kay today but have seen Dr. Dailey in the past and they are both wonderful Dentists. Would highly recommend this place for adults and children.

I took my son for his first visit today and I was amazed at how well he did! I believe it had a lot to do with the amazing staff! They were very patient and attentive. He allowed them to brush and look at his teeth better than he allows me to! Thank you to Crystal and Dr. Dailey, you both were great!

I use this dentist office and now that I have children I take them as well. Very friendly and warm staff. They are very informative and they listen to you and accept my insurance. I tell everyone to come here you won’t be disappointed.

Do not go to this place..I love dr Kay but sure wish he would get away from here..they had my 80 year old mother sit and wait 2 hours for a filing..apt was at 11..but told that was only for pre visit..75.00 for that to go and sit and wait for the actual filing which that charge was 182...this place is for Medicaid patients and kids

My son go hit in the mouth with a matchbox car and had to have a tooth removed. Simply smile made us the fastest appointment and took super good care of my baby. We transferred our whole family here and they’ve been taking good care of all of us ever since!

Love bringing kids here.. my boys love the fish tank and the toys.. they like playing with the puppets in the back.. and i love that i can go back with them.. this is a wonderful place.. the staff is awesome.. they are so nice and respectful. I would without a doubt recommend Children & Adult Dental Group to others because of the great experiences had by myself and my two daughters. In a number of instances people are uneasy about going to the dentist, but their friendly atmosphere makes the dental experience more comfortable. Each member of staff, from the front desk to the dentists, that I have come into direct contact with have been awesome!! The hygienist Nicki is absolutely AMAZING!!! I call her MY hygienist!! I am very happy that I made appointments for my daughters and myself at Children & Adult Dental Group and Im even happier to be a part of their family!!!

The female dentist messed up the roof of my mouth it’s now over a year later and I still have a lump on the roof of my mouth I told them when we did our like follow up appointment about it and she said she didn’t know what it was 0/5 don’t go

Ive been going to this dentist for about 4 years now and I absolutely love the people there and the work that they do Ive never been disappointed. I would recommend them in a heartbeat to anybody because of the level of quality and care and customer service that they have towards the patients is so high. The doctor there is very gentle and understanding and very patient and thats something that you dont often times find so I definitely recommend them whether its for an adult or a child but most definitely if you are a patient that tends to be scared of a dentist they definitely take the time with you.

I would give 5 because its a really nice place BUT on my kids (3) initial visit I was told only simple fill ins once we arrived the sedation the came out and informed me both would need crowns then my oldest same thing happened with them and I dont understand how they went from fill ins to crowns.....I was talking to another parent and her daughter had the same thing happen I hope their not putting crowns on kids that dont need them. When I went for my own appointment the lady cleaning my mouth was so ruff that it started to bleed then she kept checking her phone for an important call she said she had. They are ok as far as when u first come in and when they are talking to u upfront

I went in with my sister for an appointment and needed to schedule my kids as well. They got my kids and I scheduled, verified my insurance and proceeded to see all 3 of my kids on that day. They were very professional and friendly. My 3 year old who doesnt like the dentist actually did very good and I was very impressed with the professionalism in which they handled my children. I am definitely staying here.

I was so leery about coming here and with every right. Dr Kay removed two teeth in what was a VERY PAINFUL procedure on May 19th, and that was with measures in place to ensure it was not painful. After a couple of days the stitches came out, and I called the office (on the 21st) to tell them about the giant hole in my gums and the pain. I was told to come in the following Wednesday (26th) and told them I wanted to see Dr Daily who then informed me there was a root tip left in there and that what was causing my pain. She wrote me a prescription for 3 days of Percocet and sent me to oral surgeon for ASAP suegery. I met with oral surgeon the next day (27th) but because my insurance paid Dr Kay they wouldnt pay oral surgeon. So after some working the system the oral surgeon worked it out and told me she could get me in on JUNE 10TH for surgery. Now mind you Im out of pain meds. She told me Tylenol and Motrin or see my main dentist Dr Daily. So now I am peeved....and in pain. So today I call Dr Daily who informs me that she will NOT write for narcotics anymore. Because just wrote for some a week ago. For 3 days. Like her refusal to manage pain caused by HER practice is in my eyes malpractice and will be seeking legal advice from this point on. I will not be having myself nor will my children going here any longer and will not be referring anyone. This is very disappointing.

Had a horrible experience here. Didnt fix any of my issues. The doctor was very rough with my procedures and pulled a tooth that should of been surgically removed. No one would help resolve the issue. A waste of money I cant get back. The only reason they get one star is because I had to do one.

Set my apt to 10:00 and says it on the card the gave me.. I showed up at that time they told me I had to wait until 11:30 to be seen bc my time was changed.. Smh I really didnt like that because I had to wait longer than 1 her just for a cleaning and they wasnt busy.. I wouldnt recommend a freind..

True honest testimony....I have had 4 extractions done and this has been BY FAR the absolute BEST experience I have ever had. I usually have to take something before going but bc I was In so much pain I didn’t and my anxiety was through the roof. They made me feel sooooooo comfortable. Her numbing process is EXCELLENT. In fact I didn’t even know that the tooth was out. Listen, I hands down recommend NO OTHER dentist in this area that I would recommend. ❤️

I love this dental office! I have a high tolerance for pain every where but my mouth and this dentist was very gentle and reassuring to me during procedures. I have been to another dentist that sarcastically commented on me crying as an grown adult when getting a gum injection. Dr. Dailey, on the other hand, understands that adults have fears too, and she makes me feel very comfortable. So, if you are an adult that has put off your dental visits due to dental fears, this is the place to come to! Staff and the dentists are very attentive and accommodating.
