If I could give this facility 10 stars I would! The staff was VERY friendly and inviting. After having a not so great experience at another local dentistry I was a bit hesitant. Dee( I hope this is her name) our dental hygienist was AMAZING. Very informative and I love how she interacted with my son. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Love getting my teeth cleaned by Kayla and Michelle. They are so thorough and gentle. My teeth feel so great after. Dr Knowlton is excellent. I am confident in her knowledge and ability to care for my teeth

There are lots of great reviews, but I personally would not recommend this office after having been a patient for the past 2+ years.On the positive side, the staff here is very pleasant, the office is clean and updated, and they are good about getting you scheduled on relatively short notice.That said, there is a lot of pressure to proceed with extensive treatments that are billed as preventative, and I question how much of their recommendations are actually necessary. Anecdotally, I had an old asymptomatic filling that was revised after a lot of pressure from the dentists, and now am unfortunately out $2k on a root canal and crown after the new filling was abutting the pulp cavity.All in all, I would not recommend just based on the fact that there is a lot of pressure at each and every visit to have costly procedures performed, and in retrospect I wish I had gone to a more conservative office.

Jennifer and Dr. Dover (as well as others who have helped me there) are exceptional in their fields and visiting Forest Drive Dental Care is always a good experience. I also appreciate the way Dr. Dover talked about my possible procedures plan, helping me find the right decision for my budget after the pandemic hit. Karen in the front office helped to get me there to begin with, carefully screening what I needed and explaining how it was possible on self-pay, especially with a discount. You have to see this place to believe it--its sort of like being in the home of some busy family, more than a clinical office. The building looks like a an expensive Italian restaurant...and inside theres a completely separated adult side and child side, and a well-trained Golden Doodle (thats a curly-haired therapy dog) who sometimes wonders over to the adult side when hes not busy helping kids on the other side. Thinking back to some of the frightening dental chair experiences of my childhood, I wish they could have been more like this!

Very disappointed with this office. They have excellent reviews and I was recommended to them by several people but did not get the 5 star treatment at all. The appointment setting process was very difficult but I did finally get an early morning slot, that was supposed to be before work. I had requested my annual cleaning since my current dentist office was closed temporarily. Instead of a cleaning, I was told that they needed to do a full exam and x-rays. I was told that this would be covered by my insurance company. After being seen by a hygienist in training, one of the dentists came in and re-did some of the same exam. They claimed that I had cavities that did not show up on the x-rays and sent me home with an estimate for almost 1000 dollars of work. I politely declined to have the work done and waited for my other dentist for my cleaning. I was there for over 2 hours, never got my cleaning, and ended up being late for work.I later received a bill without any items listed. Upon calling, I was notified that my insurance was actually out of network and their entry exam of $160 was only partially covered and I was responsible for the difference. Even though I was told multiple times that everything they were doing was covered by insurance so it didnt matter that they were doing things my current dentist already had done.They have a fancy office and their patients pay for it. If you go there theyll find a problem that costs you money and while theyre very nice outwardly I did not experience them to be upfront or honest.

I have only positive things to say about my experience with Forest Drive Dental Care both today at my check up and since I started going there a few years ago. The whole staff is wonderful. So friendly and professional. Theres a really good vibe whenever Im there. Ive been to a lot of different dental offices over the years due to moving around and I have had a lot of dental work done. I feel lucky to have found Forest Drive Dental Care.

The staff truly cares about their patients. I had a dental emergency on a Monday morning. Bea helped me secure an appointment within the same week. She made sure that I received the treatment that I desperately needed. Thank you Bea for being awesome! Everyone that I interacted with was friendly, attentive, and caring. I use Forest Drive for dental and othro work, and there is not another office I could recommend more highly than these folks! When I needed composite work, Dr. Price spent over two hours working with my teeth and listening to feedback as we went along, and the results are outstanding.

I was very impressed with all staff today when I went in for my routine visit. While times are uncertain and Covid is weighing heavily on all of us, I was pleasantly surprised by the business as usual method found at Forest Drive Dental Care, in adhering to safety protocol. Dr. Price is literally a lifesaver. My sweet 7 year old broke her front permanent tooth last night, and was extremely nervous and embarrassed. Dr. Price saw us first thing this morning and worked us into her busy schedule. She put her right at ease, without even the use of nitrous, and youd never know a huge chunk of her front tooth was missing less than an hour ago! Highly recommend!

I dont know where to begin. This office BLEW my mind. The level of care is out of this world. I truly felt welcomed by the staff. The office is obviously beautiful, but what matters is the care that comes from the people inside. I am here to tell you i will not be taking my children back to our previous dentist. My daughter complained of tooth pain, the next day we were in Dr. Dovers chair with a game plan down. Next thing i know a tooth extraction was needed. They moved fast, professionally & with care so that my daughter was not freaked out. From the time we walked into the office to the time we left i was so pleased! If you are thinking of making this office the place you take yourself or your children to for dental care, look no further. WORTH EVERY PENNY, i promise.

Today was an unusual occurrence because of the COVID 19 constraints. Ashley met me very promptly and cheerfully. She was totally thorough in her examination of my teeth and we had a very pleasant cleaning experience. Forest Drive Dental is a very friendly and patient oriented practice. I dont normally love to go to the dentist. But my experience yesterday was just the best! Every person from the hygienist, the doctor, the front desk, and especially their service dog, Etta, were incredibly warm, friendly, and compassionate about my jitters. Theyre also not pushy about when and what you can and cannot afford to have done. They help you to plan accordingly. I would highly recommend this practice to everyone!

Highly recommend. I have seen Dr. Dover and Dr. Knowlton and both are top notch. Have been going there about 3 years.and wouldnt want to go any place else. They also have a pet therapy dog for children and adults who might have anxiety. Patients fall in love with this beautiful dog. All personnel treat the patients with respect.

I have been a patient of Dr. Dover & Forest Drive Dental Care since 2011, about the time she opened her practice on Forest Drive. Going to Forest Drive Dental Care for me is more like going to visit a friend. We’ve had some amazing conversations during my visits, some quite hilarious!I have never disappointed after a visit to Forest Drive Dental Care. Everyone there is always interested in my well being. It begins at the front desk where Glory & Kristi are engaging, so very cordial and happy to see me.When I get in the dental chair, Summer and/or Felicia are awesome at making me feel relaxed and comfortable. Dr. Dover is very thorough going over what has been done, asking if I am satisfied, and explaining each of my procedures to my understanding so I can make a well informed decision should I need future procedures.The quality of service is amazing! All of my procedures have been painless, minimal pain would be like a 1 on a scale of 1-10. And even then, I feel like they feel the pain too. At the end of my visit when I go to check out, Glory and Kristi tell me how nice to see again.The entire staff at Forest Drive Dental Care is phenomenal. Who would think a dentist appointment could be amazing!! Genuine staff.. Feel like family. Kind and gentle. They are concerned about the whole person. I had zero pain. They played the music I enjoyed.. The tooth that was the issue, I thought could not be saved, was absolutely saved... Recovery.. Awesome. I cant say enough about this experience and Im a dentist dodger from past bad experiences. No dental shaming. You get hugs from the Dr. And the assistant. Dr. Dover is incredible at what she does and very specific with her recommendations as well as conservative in her approach, wanted to treat as minimal and holistic as possible. Dr. Jon handles the kids side of the practice and he is great! (Well, everyone there is great but this is our most recent experience) We were told by two different offices that my child would have to go under general anesthesia for his treatment. My wife and I were not comfortable with that option. Dr. Jon agreed and with the awesome set up they have there for children as well as the patience and competence to split the appointments to complete the work, my son did not have to be put under in order to fix his issue. Great care, great service! Thanks so much guys!

May 19, 2020 was my first time at the Forest Drive Dental Care and it was FANTASTIC!! From the moment I was taken to the exam room, everyone was so nice and super understanding of my being unable to see the dentist for the past few years. Mrs. Nikkia (I hope I spelled her name correctly!) immediately made sure I felt comfortable and answered all of my questions no matter how small they were. She was amazing and Im very thankful for her!! Furthermore, Dr. Dover is a one-of-a-kind Dentist!! From the minute she walked into my exam room, she was singing and just seemed to be enjoying life! That is the kind of doctor we all need!! Dr. Dover always made sure I wasnt hurting during the exam and she made it a point to get to know me as a person and not just a patient. Dr. Dover and Mrs. Nikkia were amazing and I am so excited to go back and fix my teeth! I have never been excited to go to any kind of doctor before in my life so thats how I know this office is truly genuine in caring about their patients. I, sincerely, hope that all doctors can take a few pointers from Dr. Dover and her staff so we all can begin to feel comfortable going to any and all kinds of health offices. I want to personally thank Mrs. Nikkia and Dr. Dover for their help and awesomeness.

Doctors Price and Dover were very pleasing and insightful in diagnosing problem areas and laying out a plan moving forward. Doctor Price was very laid back and answered my questions with ease. Doctor Dover was also very quick in spotting possible problem areas and informed me of next steps.

This place was amazing ! Everyone was so friendly, and they were fast and efficient. They are up to date with technology offering ipads or paper to fill in your information. They have chairs that massage while youre being examined and they have tvs hanging from the ceiling so that you can watch while in the chair. This place was designed with comfort in mind. Recommending to everyone that I know !

I love my dentist and staff. They are the absolute best. If anyone had told me many years ago that I would have a filling WITHOUT novacain, I would have said they were crazy....but Dr. Dover said she could do a small one without anything and I would be fine. I really didnt believe her and said I was really a big chicken. She said if I was uncomfortable, to let her know and they would give me something. Guess what!!! I didnt need anything and I got the filling done. She is great! I have seen both dentists and love them both. I also see Dr. Johannes for sleep therapy and she is absolutely wonderful too. No CPAP for me....I now have a mouth guard. Love It!!

Where do I start! I LOVE Dr. Dover and Dr. Knowlton. I walked in with a horrible tooth ache one day and they both worked quickly as possible to ease my pain and fix my smile. I now have a new bright smile and it has helped my confidence in so many ways. I live a hour away but I will forever make that drive to see them! Thank you both so much! Nicole, the hygienist in this practice, is the best I have ever experienced in my many years of receiving dental care. She is very knowledgeable and thorough in her cleaning technique, easy to talk with and concerned for any dental question..Dr. Dover is delightful, easy to talk with and willing to explain any questions. She gives a good exam, is conservative in her approach to dental care, and willing to take time with each patient.The office area is very clean and neat, with Gloria and Christy doing a great job at the front desk. Its easy to make appointments, and emergency needs are promptly cared for.

Customer service is above 5 stars. Just a warming, friendly environment. Everybody that works there are awesome and caring!

I’m a new patient here and I haven’t been to a dentist in FOREVER. Not once did they make me feel embarrassed or uncomfortable, it was quite the opposite actually. Every member of the staff from the front office ladies to Dr. Dover herself seemed to love their job and went above and beyond to make me comfortable and feel welcomed. The rooms have massage chairs and TVs on the ceiling, I’m thinking about scheduling another appointment just to go there, laugh with the staff, and relax in one of those chairs again. Congrats on the new office, you guys have done an amazing job and I’m excited to call Forest Drive Dental Care Home!

I went to this office expecting to have a tooth removed. They saved it and also saved me lots of money. This office is very nice had a beautiful modern look with a rustic feel. Also with beautiful art of the dentist site before they built! What I loved was the amazing hospitality and the ability to have whatever music you wanted played in the room. Also, if you have a long appointment they have a tv with Hulu!! Even the chairs have massagers! Which was a nice amenity! Anyways. The dentist looked at my tooth and went over every single option I had. She helped me decide the best route to try first and after arriving in pain, I left without an ache in my mouth. They were fantastic and I plan to go here for any dental work I may ever need again. I only wish I’d have known about them sooner!Again thank you all so much!!!!!!

I was very impressed with everyone there, from the friendly reception I got when I filled out paper work, to the excellent experience I got when I had my cleaning and evaluation, and finally to meet Dr. Dover.I previously had been going to the same dentist for most of my life. After his retirement I was concerned about having to go to a new practice. After my visit I was very happy that I had chosen this practice. I took our teenage son there for the first time and wow, what a friendly and fun atmosphere! They were quick but precise in the care given. She did everything to make sure he was comfortable. Definately made a return appt. Shes a female version of Patch Adams always singing and making merry.....not your typical boring office visit!
