Dr. Chapin is wonderful. Before my first appointment, I was only familiar with the hands-on, crack your back chiropractic care. Their office is equipped with x-rays and more advanced adjustment tools and equipment. Everyone is very professional.

My Doctor is very thorough in my health and, thats exactly what I needed a doctor that cares.

Great doctors office

I started going to Field’s Chiropractic because of back and nerve pain. I told them that it felt like a possible disk herniation. The Chiropractor reassured me that all I had to do was stretch and strengthen my core for my pain to go away. They didn’t take x-rays of my spine and just proceeded to adjusted me every single session.All my visits didn’t improve my pain. It kept getting worse. Then I decided to go get an MRI, and the results showed that it was a herniation in my lower lumbar. After going to a physical therapist, I learned that some of the exercises and stretches that were given to me by the chiropractor at Field’s were actually compromising my spine instead of healing it.Keep in mind that this was in 2017. Ever since I have been to a few other chiropractors which were very much updated in new spine healing research and weren’t the typical old school “let’s just adjust you right away” method.This is my first negative review that I have ever given! I always give positive reviews. But I feel like I wasted my money here and want others to be extremely careful when getting treated for spine health. Do your research and trust your body. Don’t just focus on masking the pain. Find out what the exact issue is first. I’m sure that many patients have actually improved their lifestyle and pain at Field’s Chiropractic, but I was not unfortunately one of those people. They also tried to sell me a pillow for $85 and I found the same pillow online for $25!

I has not seen a.chiropractor in 35 years . I asked around for recommendations .Dr.chapin came.highly recommended.by 4.people.. i mad an appt with dr.chapin and after doing paper work and blood pressure . I was.put in a room and told.i wasnt seeing dr chapin.I should have.left.then but i will never go back.The dr i saw never explained why i should come back. He told.receptionist i shouldcome.back. he placed.hot packs on back and left.room after.they started to.burn my back.i had to.get off.table.to and open door ti get.help. if your.go and want.to.see.a.specific dr..Make.sure you are. Before.you pay 35.00 as a new patient.for.bait.and switch

They are super amazing! I have been going for a few weeks now and they are just as friendly as when I started. From the front desk receptionist to the aid to the doctor everyone is amazing. They also respect your time and you are not there long at all. I can plan other things to do after my appointment! I am that guy that always manages to hurt himself . Aside from working in a physically demanding envirement , Some times I just do stupid things ( car and motorcycle wrecks, gym injuries , attempting to do things at 37 that I have no business doing, etc ) Over the years I have have grown to trust Jamie and Andy , along with the entire staff, with all of my medical needs. As a customer for over a fifteen years, they have managed to keep me working for my family, as well as my entire staff. They have proven to be caring , attentive , and thorough with each and every visit.

The technicians were thorough, honest and timely. Took over an hour to find a small break in a wire and didnt charge me extra. I will be a long time customer.

Do not let Dr.Fields age be of any concern .He is excellent and far beyond his age when understanding and helping people .He has done me more good with five visits that any prescribed medicine that I have taken,I have a bad S.I. joint and he has helped it tremendously ,,adjusted my spine and at last my legs are the same length.I had a one inch difference and now I am perfectly balanced,Do yourself a favor and give this Dr. a try. .John J Postiglione

Okay 4 minor problem on medical side. Seems a bit unorganized at desk. Scheduling blood work is a joke. Went 3x before work but no one is available to draw blood, even though I had an appointment. Looking for new PCP.UPDATE: Response to Fields: EXACTLY WHY I STATED MEDICAL SIDE.

Four months ago, I started going to Fields Chiropractic for the worst neck pain due to bone spurs pinching my nerves. I was destined for neck surgery & injections at Midlands Orthopedic.Under the expert care of Dr. Patrick & Dr. Chapin, I am no longer in any pain! I have gone from tears of pain to smiles and a great quality of life. I am doing so well, Dr. Chapin has me on a maintenance schedule of just once every two weeks. I had been going 3X weekly for months.If you have any pain, be it minor or chronic, dont walk....run to Fields Chiropractic for a better quality of life! These guys are awesome-- James Fields and Chapin Jennings are the best in Columbia, when it comes to chiropractic results. Ive had several friends that had chronic pain and Chapin was able to take care of them with more long term results. James adjusted my wife, who was having chronic migraine headaches, and she didnt need any pain relievers for the next few weeks. These guys know their stuff-- if you have any kind of aches or pains, do yourself a favor and check these guys out!

I suffer from chronic lower back pain, and it’s been years since I slept through the night. Coming here has made my pain and my quality of life sooooo much better. Make sure to be at your appointment exactly on time! I got a 5:15 mixed up with a 5:30 and drove in to find an empty office. Customer Service skills need work!
